When the foldable support leg is unfolded, the foldable support leg 4 is rotated by 90 degrees, and the fixing rod 46 of the foldable support leg 4 automatically slides into the first notch 43, so that the unfolding of the support leg can be realized; the upper layer table top 1 is lifted upwards, the upper layer panel 1 is automatically separated from the lower layer panel 3 until the sliding block arranged on the scissor arm 2 slides from one side of the limiting part 16 to the other side, and the unfolding and locking of the upper layer table top can be automatically realized.

and the elastic piece (17) is connected between the limiting part (16) and the base (19) and is used for providing an elastic trend for enabling the limiting part (16) to be far away from the base (19).
2. A locking arrangement as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the blocking plate is provided with an unlocking button (15).
3. A locking arrangement according to claim 1, characterised in that the limiting portion (16) is provided with a recess for avoiding a guide rail (14) in the double-deck trolley cooperating with the scissor arm (2).
4. A quick foldable double-deck shallow which characterized in that includes:
the upper panel (1) is used for carrying objects, the upper panel (1) is respectively provided with an unlocking button (15) used for avoiding a locking structure and a through hole used for avoiding a limiting part (16) in the locking structure, and the upper panel (1) is also provided with a guide rail (14);
a lower deck (3) for carrying objects;
the shearing fork arm (2), one end of the shearing fork arm (2) is provided with a first connecting end and a second connecting end, the first connecting end is hinged with the upper layer panel (1), the second connecting end is provided with a sliding block, the sliding block is matched with the guide rail (14), the other end of the shearing fork arm (2) is provided with a third connecting end and a fourth connecting end, the third connecting end is hinged with the lower layer panel (3), the fourth connecting end is slidably connected with the lower layer panel (3), and the slidable direction of the fourth connecting end is consistent with the slidable direction of the second connecting end; and
the locking structure of claim 2, which is connected with the upper panel (1) through a base (19), and the unlocking button (15) and the limiting part (16) are respectively positioned in a through hole of the upper panel (1);
under the operating condition, the second connecting end has an unlocking state and a locking state, when the second connecting end is in the unlocking state, the sliding block is positioned on one side of the limiting part (16), the limiting part (16) limits the sliding block, when the second connecting end is in the locking state, the sliding block is positioned on the other side of the limiting part (16), and the limiting part (16) limits the sliding block.

A foldable rapid double-deck stroller according to claim 4, wherein said stopper (16) has a guide surface, and said slider is in sliding contact with said guide surface when said slider is slid from one side of said stopper (16) to the other side of said stopper (16) to change said second connection end from said unlocked state to said locked state.
