The car protection canopy device with the retractable function for the automobile freight transportation according to claim 1, wherein the mounting rail (1) is of a groove shape, mounting angle steel (3) is welded on the bottom surface of the mounting rail (1), a handle bolt (4) is connected on the bottom surface of the mounting angle steel (3) in a penetrating and threaded manner, and a top block (18) is welded on the top surface of the handle bolt (4).
