Example 4
Referring to fig. 1-2, a color protection film includes a PET base film 1, a blue ink layer 2 is disposed on the top of the PET base film 1, an optical brightness enhancement film 3 is covered on the top of the blue ink layer 2, a glue layer 4 is disposed on the top of the optical brightness enhancement film 3, and a steel plate layer 5 is disposed on the top of the glue layer 4.
The bottom of the PET basic film 1 is connected with a heat insulation film 6, and the heat insulation film 6 is a heat insulation glass film.
The optical brightness enhancement film 3 is provided with a projection, and the optical brightness enhancement film 3 is a prism sheet or a light-gathering sheet.
The PET base film 1 adopts 0.05mm blue PET +0.02mm glue, and the blue ink layer 2 is blue ink with the thickness of about 3-5 mu m.
Through being equipped with optics brightness enhancement film 3 and thermal-insulated membrane 6 on PET basic membrane 1 respectively, when this protection film used on the light source, utilize optics brightness enhancement film 3 to make 2 colours on the blue printing ink layer brighter bright-colored, because the bottom of PET basic membrane 1 is equipped with thermal-insulated membrane 6, played fine thermal-insulated effect for PET basic membrane 1, avoid the heat conduction on the light source on PET basic membrane 1, lead to glue and the membrane on the PET basic membrane 1 to drop.
The processing method of the color protection film comprises the following processing steps:
s1, corona a surface layer of the prepared PET basic film 1;
s2, coating a layer of blue ink layer 2 with the thickness of about 4 microns on the corona surface of the PET film;
s3, putting the PET base film 1 coated with the blue ink layer 2 into an electric oven, and baking and curing;
s4, coating an optical brightness enhancement film 3 on the surface of the blue ink layer 2;
s5, sending the blue ink layer 2 coated with the optical brightness enhancement film 3 into an electric oven, and baking and curing;
s6, coating a glue layer 4SDK-54 on the surface of the optical brightness enhancement film 3;
s7, placing the optical brightness enhancement film 3 coated with the glue layer 4 into an electric oven, and baking and curing;
s8, attaching a layer of heat insulation film 6 to the bottom of the PET basic film 1;
s9, attaching a steel plate to the surface of the glue layer 4, and measuring the glue without residue;
s10, after numbering the protective film after ring measurement, sending the protective film into a curing chamber for curing.

Referring to fig. 1-2, a color protection film includes a PET base film 1, a blue ink layer 2 is disposed on the top of the PET base film 1, an optical brightness enhancement film 3 is covered on the top of the blue ink layer 2, a glue layer 4 is disposed on the top of the optical brightness enhancement film 3, and a steel plate layer 5 is disposed on the top of the glue layer 4.
The bottom of the PET basic film 1 is connected with a heat insulation film 6, and the heat insulation film 6 is a heat insulation glass film.
The optical brightness enhancement film 3 is provided with a projection, and the optical brightness enhancement film 3 is a prism sheet or a light-gathering sheet.
The PET base film 1 adopts 0.05mm blue PET +0.02mm glue, and the blue ink layer 2 is blue ink with the thickness of about 3-5 mu m.
Through being equipped with optics brightness enhancement film 3 and thermal-insulated membrane 6 on PET basic membrane 1 respectively, when this protection film used on the light source, utilize optics brightness enhancement film 3 to make 2 colours on the blue printing ink layer brighter bright-colored, because the bottom of PET basic membrane 1 is equipped with thermal-insulated membrane 6, played fine thermal-insulated effect for PET basic membrane 1, avoid the heat conduction on the light source on PET basic membrane 1, lead to glue and the membrane on the PET basic membrane 1 to drop.
The processing method of the color protection film comprises the following processing steps:

s6, coating a glue layer 4SDK-48 on the surface of the optical brightness enhancement film 3;
s7, placing the optical brightness enhancement film 3 coated with the glue layer 4 into an electric oven, and baking and curing;
s8, attaching a layer of heat insulation film 6 to the bottom of the PET basic film 1;
s9, attaching a steel plate to the surface of the glue layer 4, and measuring the glue without residue;
s10, after numbering the protective film after ring measurement, sending the protective film into a curing chamber for curing.

Claims (8)

1. A color protective film comprising a PET base film (1), characterized in that: the top of PET basic film (1) is equipped with blue printing ink layer (2), the top on blue printing ink layer (2) covers has optics brightness enhancement film (3), the top of optics brightness enhancement film (3) is equipped with glue layer (4), the top of glue layer (4) is equipped with steel deck (5).
2. A color protective film according to claim 1, wherein: the bottom of the PET basic film (1) is connected with a heat insulation film (6), and the heat insulation film (6) is a heat insulation glass film.
3. A color protective film according to claim 1, wherein: the optical brightness enhancement film (3) is provided with protrusions, and the optical brightness enhancement film (3) is a prism sheet or a light-gathering sheet.
4. A color protective film according to claim 1, wherein: the PET basic film (1) is made of 0.05mm blue PET +0.02mm glue, and the blue ink layer (2) is 3-5 mu m blue ink.
5. The method for processing a color protective film according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the method comprises the following processing steps:
s1, corona a surface layer of the prepared PET basic film (1);
s2, coating a blue ink layer (2) on the corona surface of the PET film;
s3, putting the PET base film (1) coated with the blue ink layer (2) into an electric oven, and baking and curing;
s4, coating an optical brightness enhancement film (3) on the surface of the blue ink layer (2);
s5, sending the blue ink layer (2) coated with the optical brightness enhancement film (3) into an electric oven, and baking and curing;
s6, coating a glue layer (4) on the surface of the optical brightness enhancement film (3);
s7, placing the optical brightness enhancement film (3) coated with the glue layer (4) into an electric oven, and baking and curing;
s8, attaching a layer of heat insulation film (6) to the bottom of the PET basic film (1);
s9, attaching a steel plate to the surface of the glue layer (4), and measuring the glue without residue;
s10, after numbering the protective film after ring measurement, sending the protective film into a curing chamber for curing.
6. The method for processing a color protective film according to claim 5, wherein: in the S1, the surface of the base material of the PET basic film (1) is subjected to corona treatment to form a reactive group, so that a layer of fine pits is formed on the surface of the base material, and the adhesive force of the surface of the base material is improved.

The method for processing a color protective film according to claim 5, wherein: the glue layer (4) in the S6 can be closely contacted with the surface of the adhered object and flows into the groove of the adhered surface as much as possible, so that the effective contact area is increased, the glue layer has higher anti-stripping capability, and the stripping speed is higher, and the stripping strength of the pressure-sensitive adhesive is higher.
8. The method for processing a color protective film according to claim 5, wherein: in the PET base film (1) in the S1, the base film has to have good transparency, no wrinkle, no scratch and no dirt.
