The distance of the second grabbing clamp 9g, which moves when the grabbing push plate 8c is pulled downwards, can be accurately controlled by the processor 1e, so that the amount of the fine anesthetic required by the doctor can be obtained. After the refined anesthetic is extracted, the second grabbing clamp 9g releases the push plate 8c, the first grabbing clamp 9f rotates the barrel 8a to the horizontal state, and the barrel is conveyed to the position of the drug outlet groove box 5 and releases the barrel 8a, so that the syringe filled with the refined anesthetic is stored in the drug outlet groove box 5, and a doctor can take out the syringe filled with the refined anesthetic from the drug outlet window 2 d. 1.
