cutting the titanium alloy plate to obtain two end plates,
embedding the processed end panel into the step of the tile dragging primary die to obtain a mahjong tile matrix;
carving a mahjong tile shape on one end face plate of the mahjong tile base body;
and polishing and coloring the carved mahjong tile substrate to obtain the titanium alloy mahjong tile.
2. The method of forming a titanium alloy tile of claim 1, wherein inserting the formed end plate into the step of the tile dragging mold comprises:
and extruding the end plate into the step of the card dragging initial die until the surface of the end plate is flush with the end surface of the card dragging initial die.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein carving a mah-jong shape on an end plate of the mah-jong base comprises:
attaching a protective film on the end panel of the mahjong tile base body;
and after the carving is finished, removing the protective film.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the tile base has a size of (13-17 mm) × (18-22 mm) and a thickness of 10-12 mm.
