Test of drug efficacy

The MTT method and flow cytometry are used for detecting the influence of the medicines obtained in the examples 1, 2 and 3 on the proliferation and apoptosis of MDA-MB-231 cells and MCF-7 cells at different concentrations, and the results show that: the medicines obtained in the examples 1, 2 and 3 can obviously inhibit the proliferation of breast cancer cells MDA-MB-231 and MCF-7 and obviously induce the breast cancer cells to generate apoptosis.
