In this embodiment, three concave surfaces 420 are provided, and two adjacent concave surfaces 420 are separated by 120 °, so that the cylindrical portion 520 of the ball screw 500 is in contact with the concave surfaces 420, thereby realizing large-angle swing of the ball screw 500 relative to the screw base 400, and meeting clinical use requirements under more conditions.
The lock plug screw 300 is connected to the second screw hole 440 and abuts against the ball head portion 510. The connecting rod 200 is a cylindrical rod, the connecting rod 200 is clamped in the opening 410, the length direction of the connecting rod 200 is perpendicular to the length direction of the screw seat 400, and in the embodiment, two ends of the connecting rod 200 extend along the front-back direction. The diameter of the connecting rod 200 is matched with the opening 410, namely the wall surface of the opening 410 is contacted with the outer wall surface of the connecting rod 200, so that the connecting rod 200 is limited, and the connecting rod 200 is prevented from moving left and right relative to the screw seat 400.
The self-breaking screw plug 100 is connected to the first screw hole 430 and abuts against the connecting rod 200. Specifically, the self-breaking screw plug 100 includes a clamping portion 110 and a first threaded portion 120. The first through hole 113 is provided to provide an operation space when the self-breaking plug screw 100 is molded and the first inner corner hole 121 is manufactured. After the fastening part 110 is disconnected from the first screw part 120, the first inner corner hole 121 is rotated by using an existing tool to detach the first screw part 120 from the first screw hole 430, so that the nail removing operation is performed on the patient.
Further, the self-breaking screw plug 100 is provided with a V-shaped second groove 140, the second groove 140 is arranged around the joint of the first through hole 113 and the first inner corner hole 121, the wall thickness of the joint of the clamping portion 110 and the first thread portion 120 is further reduced, and the connection strength between the clamping portion 110 and the first thread portion 120 is reduced, so that the operation difficulty of the self-breaking screw plug 100 is reduced, and the self-breaking screw plug is suitable for different clinicians.
Specifically, the clamping portion 110 is provided with an arc-shaped groove 112, the arc-shaped groove 112 is provided in a plurality of surrounding positions around the outer peripheral surface of the clamping portion 110, and the arc-shaped groove 112 extends downwards from the upper end surface of the clamping portion 110. In this embodiment, eight arc-shaped grooves 112 are uniformly spaced around the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical body to form the clamping portion 110. The outer wall surface between two adjacent arc-shaped grooves 112 is a convex surface 111.

The grip portion 610, the link portion 620, and the connecting portion 630 are sequentially connected, and in the present embodiment, the grip portion 610, the link portion 620, and the connecting portion 630 are integrally formed. The holding portion 610 is a cross bar, the upper end of the connecting rod portion 620 is connected with the middle portion of the holding portion 610, and the connecting rod portion 620 is perpendicular to the holding portion 610.

The second through hole 632 is communicated with the blocking hole 631, one end of the blocking block 640 is connected to the connecting portion 630, and the other end of the blocking block 640 passes through the second through hole 632 and can be abutted against the outer wall surface of the blocking portion 110 of the self-breaking screw plug 100, so that a pressing acting force can be applied.
Specifically, the latch 640 includes a fixing portion 641 and an arc portion 642, the fixing portion 641 is integrally connected with the arc portion 642, the fixing portion 641 is fixedly connected with the connecting portion 630 by a screw connection or a welding method, the arc portion 642 extends from the fixing portion 641 to the second through hole 632, and two ends of the arc portion 642 are higher than a middle portion thereof, so that the middle portion of the arc portion 642 can extend into the second through hole 632, that is, the arc portion 642 protrudes toward the second through hole 632.
The convex surface of the arc portion 642 is located in the engaging hole 631 and can abut against the outer wall surface of the engaging portion 110. In the present embodiment, the convex surface of the arc portion 642 abuts against the convex surface 111 of the snap portion 110. When the fastening portion 110 of the self-breaking screw plug 100 is inserted into the fastening hole 631, the fastening portion 110 can push the arc portion 642 open (i.e., the arc portion 642 deforms to a certain extent relative to the fixing portion 641), and move to a proper position in the fastening hole 631, and at this time, the arc portion 642 applies a pressing force to the fastening portion 110, so that the fastening portion 110 can be ensured to remain in the fastening hole 631 after the fastening portion 110 is disconnected from the first threaded portion 120.
During clinical operation, an operation space is firstly opened from the posterior spinal column, the operation is performed according to the operation mode of a normal posterior spinal column screw rod system product, and the universal pedicle screw fixing device is installed after the focus is removed.
First, a surgical instrument is used to open a screw hole at a preset screw position of a patient, a screw channel is established, the ball screw 500 is screwed in along the screw channel by using a screw driving tool until the second thread part 530 is submerged in a vertebral body, and the steps are repeated to screw in all the ball screws 500. At this time, the ball screw 500 passes through the first screw hole 450 of the screw base 400, that is, the ball screw 500 is coupled to the screw base 400.
Then, the screw base 400 is arranged according to the preset matching direction and angle with the connecting rod 200, the locking screw plug 300 is screwed by a screw plug rotating tool, the ball screws 500 are pressed and fixed, and according to the step, all the ball screws 500 are correspondingly fixed with the screw base 400.
Next, the connecting rod 200 is bent by a surgical tool to conform to the physiological curvature of the spine of the patient, and the connecting rod 200 is inserted into the opening 410 of the screw holder 400.
Subsequently, the clamping portion 110 of the self-breaking screw plug 100 is inserted into the clamping hole 631 of the connecting portion 630, and the first threaded portion 120 of the self-breaking screw plug 100 is screwed into one of the screw seats 400 by rotating the hand-held grip portion 610 until the clamping portion 110 and the first threaded portion 120 are disconnected. At this time, the lower end of the first screw portion 120 abuts against the connecting rod 200, and the upper end of the locking plug screw 300 abuts against the connecting rod 200, thereby achieving locking and fixing of the connecting rod 200 and the locking plug screw 300. Subsequently, the connection portion 630 and the clip portion 110 are pulled out from the first screw hole 430, and the clip portion 110 is taken out from the clip hole 631 and recovered.
Then, the fastening portion 110 of another self-breaking screw plug 100 is inserted into the fastening hole 631 of the connecting portion 630, the holding portion 610 is rotated to screw the self-breaking screw plug 100 into another screw seat 400 on the same side, but the first threaded portion 120 of the self-breaking screw plug 100 cannot be pressed against the connecting rod 200, a certain gap is reserved between the first threaded portion 120 and the connecting rod 200, and then an opening/pressing surgical tool is used to open/press the screw seats 400 of two ball screws 500 connected to the vertebral bodies, so that the screw seat 400 can slide along the connecting rod 200 (the two ends of one connecting rod 200 are respectively connected to the two screw seats 400), and at the same time, because the locking screw plug 300 has fixed the ball screws 500 and the screw seat 400, the screw seat 400 can drive the vertebral bodies to move, and the opening/pressing effect between the vertebral bodies is achieved. After being spread/pressed to a proper degree, the self-breaking screw plug 100 is tightened through the connection portion 630 until the clamping portion 110 and the first screw portion 120 are broken, thereby achieving a desired locking effect.
The universal pedicle screw fixing device provided by the invention has the advantages that on the basis of realizing universal angle imbedding, the ball head screw 500 and the connecting rod 200 are locked and fixed in a step-by-step mode, so that better pressurization/decompression effect in the operation is realized, the intervertebral height and the physiological curvature of the spine of a patient can be better recovered, and the patient can be healed and recovered more easily after the operation.
Through the design of the fixed twist-off force value of the self-breaking screw plug 100, the universal pedicle screw fixing device can be controlled to obtain an ideal locking force value under different operation conditions and different user conditions, and on the basis of meeting the locking fixation, the universal pedicle screw fixing device or the mounting tool is effectively prevented from being out of work and deforming due to improper operation.
Meanwhile, the mounting tool designed in a matched mode can effectively hold the clamping portion 110 of the stable self-breaking screw plug 100 through the arrangement of the connecting portion 630 and the clamping block 640, and the clamping portion 110 is prevented from falling into an operation area to hurt the nervous tissue of a patient after the final locking is broken.
Compared with the existing pedicle screw product, the universal pedicle screw fixing device provided by the invention can solve the problems that the traditional pedicle screw is poor in propping-open/pressurizing effect in the operation and unstable in final locking force value, has the advantages of flexible structure and simplicity and easiness in operation in the operation, can effectively shorten the operation time, reduces the operation difficulty of an operator, and is high in practicability.
While the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been illustrated and described, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the details of the embodiments shown and described, but is capable of numerous equivalents and substitutions without departing from the spirit of the invention as set forth in the claims appended hereto.
Claims (10)
1. A universal pedicle screw fixation device, comprising:
a ball screw (500) having a ball head (510);
the screw seat (400) is provided with a first screw hole (430), a second screw hole (440) and a first screw hole (450), the first screw hole (430), the second screw hole (440) and the first screw hole (450) are sequentially arranged along the length direction of the screw seat (400) and communicated, the inner peripheral surface of the first screw hole (450) is a spherical surface matched with the spherical head part (510), the screw seat (400) is provided with a U-shaped opening (410), the opening (410) extends from the first screw hole (430) to the second screw hole (440), and the two openings (410) are respectively positioned on the front side and the rear side of the screw seat (400);
a lock plug screw (300) connected to the second screw hole (440) and abutting against the ball head portion (510);
a connecting rod (200) clamped in the opening (410), wherein the length direction of the connecting rod (200) is perpendicular to the length direction of the screw seat (400);
and a self-breaking screw plug (100) which is connected to the first screw hole (430) and abuts against the connecting rod (200).
2. The universal pedicle screw fixation device according to claim 1, wherein the self-breaking screw plug (100) comprises a clamping portion (110) and a first threaded portion (120); joint portion (110) with first screw thread portion (120) integrated into one piece, from disconnected plug screw (100) be equipped with first recess (130) that are the V-arrangement, first recess (130) encircle the junction setting of joint portion (110) and first screw thread portion (120).
3. The universal pedicle screw fixation device according to claim 2, wherein the first threaded portion (120) is provided with a first inner corner hole (121), the clamping portion (110) is provided with a first through hole (113), and the first through hole (113) is opposite to and communicated with the first inner corner hole (121).
4. The universal pedicle screw fixation device according to claim 3, wherein the self-breaking screw plug (100) is provided with a V-shaped second groove (140), and the second groove (140) is arranged around the connection of the first through hole (113) and the first inner corner hole (121).

The universal pedicle screw fixation device according to any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein the clamping portion (110) is provided with a plurality of arc-shaped grooves (112), the arc-shaped grooves (112) are arranged around the outer peripheral surface of the clamping portion (110), and the arc-shaped grooves (112) extend downwards from the upper end surface of the clamping portion (110).

The universal pedicle screw fixation device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the locking screw plug (300) is provided with a second inner corner hole (310) and a second screw hole (320), the second inner corner hole (310) and the second screw hole (320) are sequentially arranged along the axial direction of the locking screw plug (300), and the inner peripheral surface of the second screw hole (320) is a spherical surface matched with the spherical head part (510).
