Detailed Description
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solutions in the present application, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Aiming at live scenes with more problems of live viewers, such as medical live scenes, consultation scenes and the like, the viewers generally have problems to be provided in the live watching process, the problems often have commonalities, the time for everyone to enter a live room is not stopped, a user who enters the live room later often does not know whether the live viewers answer the problems expected by the user before based on a reply, and if the user continues to ask questions, the live viewers reply again, the time for the live viewers and the time for the viewers are often wasted. And if the viewer does not ask questions any more but plays back the whole live broadcasting process, the time cost for the viewer is very large, and the user experience is not good.
For this reason, in the embodiment of the present application, it is considered that if a viewer setting question can be provided, the question is open to all viewers, and when a live viewer replies to the question, a mark association may be performed, for example, when the user a presents the question X, and when the live viewer sees the question X and starts to reply, the live viewer may set the section of reply video to be associated with the question X, and these associated contents are visible to the live viewer, so that other live viewing users may simply and efficiently know which questions have been replied, and may directly see the relevant live segments, thereby greatly improving the live efficiency.
Based on this, in this example, a live system is provided, as shown in fig. 1, which may include: the system comprises a watching end device 101, a live end device 102 and a server 103, wherein the watching end device 101 is used for displaying live content and setting or marking interest points in the live watching process; the live broadcast end equipment 102 is used for live broadcast, replying interest points set by a viewer and generating live broadcast paragraphs associated with the interest points; and the server 103 is used for storing the interest points and the associated live paragraphs in an associated manner and providing a service for the viewer to view the live paragraphs associated with the interest points.
The watching end device and the live end device may be terminal devices or software operable by a user. Specifically, the terminal device may be a terminal device such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a desktop computer, a smart watch, or other wearable devices. Of course, software that can be run in the terminal device described above is also possible. For example: application software such as live broadcast software, shopping websites or browsers.
Based on the live broadcasting system provided by the embodiment, in the live broadcasting process, users (namely, live viewers) are allowed to publish questions (interest points) to the live viewers in a question asking mode, other live viewers can see the questions in the whole live broadcasting process, and the interest points can be voted or marked, so that the interest of the users in a certain interest point can be displayed in real time, and repeated question asking is avoided. And the method can help the live broadcast person to judge the popularity of each interest point, so that the reply of the live broadcast person is more targeted.
When the live broadcast person replies to the interest points, the live broadcast can be marked both when the live broadcast person starts to answer and after the answer is completed, for example, the live broadcast can be marked in a video dotting operation mode, so that video answers of each interest point, namely, related live broadcast segments can be generated according to the marks of the live broadcast person. After the interest points and the replied live segments are stored in an associated mode, a viewer can directly check the replies of the live players by clicking the interest points. Namely, the interest points of the viewers are used as directory clues to view the live broadcast content, so that the live broadcast efficiency and the user experience can be effectively improved.
Namely, the anchor enters a live broadcast room, a user watches live broadcast and makes comments, etc., a question-answering mechanism is preset, when the user (namely, a live broadcast viewer) has a question requirement, the input content can be triggered to be published as a question, and for other live broadcast viewers, the question can be seen. Specifically, when the user inputs the content in the input box, as shown in fig. 2, an option may be set around the input box to let the user confirm whether the input information is a question, and if the user selects "ask in question", the information currently input by the user is added as a question (i.e., a point of interest) to the question list (i.e., the fun item list).
All the questions in the question list can be seen by the live viewers, so that the live viewers can know which questions are asked by looking at the question list, and if the questions which the live viewers want to ask are asked, the questions are not necessary to be asked repeatedly. Further, in order to make the live broadcast know which questions are concerned more, a mechanism for adding attention to the questions may be set for the viewer, that is, as shown in fig. 3, the viewer may trigger to view the list of the concerned questions, and if finds a question that is also interested in the viewer, the viewer may click "interested" in the question, and through this marking mechanism, the degree of attention to each question may be distinguished.
For the live player, the questions in the question list may be sorted according to the attention degree, that is, the questions with higher attention degree are arranged at the position higher, so that the live player can determine which questions to reply preferentially.
As shown in fig. 4, if the live player has responded to a question, the live player may click on the "start solution" button corresponding to the question, and take this time point as the start time of the response to the question, and after completing the response, the live player may click on the "end solution", so that the live video between the start solution and the end solution is the response content corresponding to the question, and this live video may be associated with the question.
After association, as shown in fig. 5, the live viewer can see the live content of the questions of his or her own interest by viewing the question list to know which questions have been answered.
In actual implementation, in order to further improve user experience, after a live broadcast finishes responding to a question, a prompt message can be sent to a live broadcast viewer who presents the question and marks interest to the question to prompt the viewer that the question has been responded, and a relevant live broadcast section can be viewed.
For the server, in order to effectively improve live broadcast efficiency, it is considered that in the live broadcast process, viewers can check the problem list, but the behavior is not actively executed by all viewers, so that the situation that the same problem is repeatedly asked by a plurality of users exists, in order to reduce the influence of the situation on the live broadcast users and the screening and checking of the live broadcast viewers on the problems, the server can perform similarity matching on the problems in real time, and if the problem with high similarity is determined, similar problems can be combined, so that the generation of repeated problems is reduced.
However, it should be noted that the above-mentioned triggering manner, displaying manner, inputting manner, selecting manner, etc. are only an exemplary description, and other identification manners may be used for triggering, displaying, inputting, etc. when the implementation is practical.
Taking a medical live broadcast scene as an example, a patient is allowed to publish a question to a doctor in a question asking mode in the live broadcast process, other users can see the question in the whole live broadcast process, and other users can vote or mark the question, so that the interest of the user in a certain question can be displayed in real time, the doctor can be helped to judge the heat of each question, and the reply of the doctor is more targeted. For doctors, the live broadcast can be marked both when the answer is started and after the answer is finished, so that the questions can be associated with the live broadcast segments to generate video answers corresponding to the questions. Later stage user just can directly look over the doctor to the answer of problem through clicking this problem, promptly, looks over live content (or playback video) through the problem that the patient proposed as the directory clue to can improve greatly and watch experience, the doctor need not repeatedly answer the same problem simultaneously, has promoted live efficiency.
For example, in the process of answering question a by a doctor, the live video is marked a1 at the beginning of the answer, and the live video is marked a2 at the end of the doctor answer, so that the answer to question a is the live segment between a1 and a 2. By analogy, the answer corresponding to the question B is the live section between B1 and B2; when the user needs to check the answer of the question A, the user is directly shown with a segment a1-a2, namely, a content directory is automatically generated for the user to index and check according to the question A, the question B, the question C and the like.
