The terms referred to in this application are explained first:
a process node;
in this embodiment, the process node refers to a node that a doctor needs to pass through in the whole process from the initiation of a medical authorization request to the final passing of the medical authorization on the internet medical platform, and the process node specifically includes a submission node, a preliminary examination node, a filing node, a pass-through node and a service opening node, the submission node refers to a doctor submitting doctor authentication information to an internet medical platform, the primary review node refers to an operator of the internet medical platform conducting primary review on the doctor authentication information submitted by the doctor, the filing node is used for the operator of the internet medical platform submitting the doctor authentication information to a relevant department for filing, the approved node refers to a responsible person of the relevant department for filing the doctor authentication information, and the service opening node refers to an operator of the internet medical platform opening or closing a remote medical service authority of the doctor.
Fig. 1 is a scene schematic diagram of an information processing method according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 1, an application scene of the embodiment is an internet medical platform 11, where the internet medical platform 11 may be a computer or other processing device, and the internet medical platform 11 may perform information interaction with a user terminal 10 and a docketing terminal 12 through the internet. The user terminal 10 may be operated by a doctor, initiate a medical authorization request and submit medical authorization information to the internet medical platform 11, the internet medical platform 11 needs to verify the medical authorization request and the medical authorization information initiated by the doctor, and after the verification is confirmed, the internet medical platform is forwarded to the filing terminal 12, a person in charge of a relevant department who is responsible for operating the filing terminal 12 carries out filing, and after the filing passes, the internet medical platform 11 is fed back, and an operator of the internet medical platform 11 opens the remote medical service of the doctor or closes the remote medical service. The personnel involved in the whole process at least comprise doctors, platform operators and responsible personnel of related departments, and the platform operators need to interact information with multiple personnel when the flow is advanced.
In practical application, the flow nodes in the whole medical certification process are manually pushed, when a platform operator completes the auditing work of one flow node or pushes the flow nodes to related department personnel or doctors, the platform personnel need to track and record the pushing states of the flow nodes in real time in order to ensure that the flow nodes can be linked, otherwise, the fault condition is easy to occur, when one of the flow nodes does not pass the auditing work, the platform personnel need to continuously return to the previous flow node for auditing again, the whole process is relatively complex, the tracking difficulty is high, and when the number of doctors initiating the medical certification request is large, the workload is remarkably increased, the workload of the operator is increased, and the auditing efficiency is low.
The information processing method, device, equipment and readable storage medium provided by the application aim to solve the technical problems in the prior art, and the technical concept is as follows: by identifying the auditing state of the doctor authentication information of each process node, when an operator audits, the doctor authentication information of the corresponding process node can be found only according to the auditing state, corresponding types of auditing are carried out, manual tracking of each process node is not needed, and meanwhile when the number of doctors initiating the doctor-receiving authentication request is large, the doctor authentication information of different process nodes can be screened out directly according to the auditing state, so that the auditing by the operator is facilitated, and the auditing efficiency is improved.

The following several specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments. Embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of an information processing method provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the information processing method may be applied to a processing device such as a computer, as shown in fig. 2, and the information processing method includes the steps of:
s201, acquiring doctor authentication information submitted from a client and a first process node where the doctor authentication information is located.
In this embodiment of the application, the client may be installed in a user terminal (e.g., a mobile phone), a doctor may initiate a doctor-performing authentication request through the client in the user terminal, and submit doctor authentication information to an internet medical platform, a doctor-performing authentication process includes a plurality of process nodes, each of which needs to perform different auditing operations on the doctor authentication information, for example, the process nodes may include a submission node, a preliminary examination node, a filing node, an auditing passing node, and a service opening node in sequence, when the doctor initiates the doctor-performing authentication request, the doctor authentication information is in the process node of the "submission node", and after the doctor submits the doctor authentication information to the internet medical platform, the doctor authentication information enters a next process node (preliminary examination node).
Illustratively, the doctor authentication information includes doctor identification information, doctor qualification information, doctor job title information and doctor signature information, and the doctor authentication information submitted from the client is acquired, i.e. the internet medical platform may acquire the doctor identification information, doctor qualification information, doctor job title information and doctor signature submitted from the client.
Optionally, the client may also be installed on an internet medical platform, and a doctor may entrust an operator of the internet platform to submit doctor authentication information, at this time, the operator may perform a preliminary review operation on the doctor authentication information first, and if the preliminary review is qualified, the doctor authentication information is uploaded through the client of the internet medical platform, and since the operator has completed the preliminary review operation on the doctor authentication information, when uploading the doctor authentication information, the first process node corresponding to the doctor authentication information may be a "docket node", so that the process steps may be reduced, and the doctor-performing review process may be accelerated.
S202, according to the first process node where the doctor authentication information is located, performing state identification on the doctor authentication information to obtain a first auditing state of the doctor authentication information.
The first auditing state is used for indicating the user to audit the corresponding types of the doctor authentication information at the first process node. The corresponding type of auditing may be an initial auditing operation, a filing submission operation, and the like, for example, if the first process node is an initial auditing node, the corresponding first auditing state may be a to-be-initially-audited state, and the user performs an initial auditing operation on the doctor authentication information according to the first auditing state.
For example, the preliminary review operation may be to check the correctness of the doctor authentication information, and determine whether the doctor authentication information is clear and complete and whether there is an information error.
In the embodiment of the application, the user specifically refers to an operator of an internet medical platform. The doctor authentication information is in different process nodes and corresponds to different auditing states, and illustratively, the auditing states corresponding to different process nodes can be searched through a preset corresponding relation table.
S203, obtaining the auditing result of the doctor authentication information of the first process node, and submitting the doctor authentication information to the second process node according to the auditing result.
And the auditing result is obtained by auditing the doctor authentication information by the user by utilizing the first auditing state.
In this embodiment, the operator may search the doctor authentication information at the first process node according to the first audit state, and then perform corresponding type audit on the doctor authentication information at the first process node, where if the audit is in accordance with the requirement, the audit result is that the audit is passed, and if the audit result is not in accordance with the requirement, the audit result is that the audit is not passed.
Illustratively, when the audit result is that the audit is passed, the doctor authentication information may be submitted to the previous process node to perform the audit operation again, and if the audit result is that the audit is passed, the doctor authentication information may be submitted to the next process node.
And S204, updating the first auditing state according to the second process node where the doctor authentication information is located to obtain a second auditing state.
The second auditing state is used for indicating the user to audit the doctor authentication information at the second process node in a corresponding type, and the first auditing state is different from the second auditing state.
In this embodiment, the auditing states of the doctor authentication information at different process nodes are different, and illustratively, the auditing state of the doctor authentication information at the primary auditing node is to be primarily audited, and the primary auditing state of the doctor authentication information at the docketing node passes the primary auditing.
Illustratively, the doctor authentication information is located in different process nodes, and the corresponding auditing states can be found through a preset relationship correspondence table.
According to the embodiment of the application, the doctor authentication information at different process nodes is identified through the auditing state, so that an operator can quickly find the doctor authentication information at different process nodes only according to the auditing state, and corresponding types of auditing are carried out on the doctor authentication information, the situations that faults occur between the process nodes and manual connection is needed are avoided, the workload of the operator is reduced, the auditing efficiency is improved, and the auditing efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the step S202 may be implemented by:
acquiring an auditing state corresponding to each process node;
and determining a first auditing state of the doctor authentication information at the first process node according to the auditing state corresponding to each process node.
Specifically, a relationship correspondence table may be preset, each process node corresponds to an audit state, illustratively, the audit state corresponding to the preliminary audit node is a to-be-preliminarily-audited state, the audit state corresponding to the docket node is a preliminary audit passing state, and the audit state corresponding to the first process node can be found through the relationship correspondence table and used as the first audit state of the doctor authentication information at the first process node.
According to the method and the device, the auditing state corresponding to each process node is obtained, and each process node in the whole authentication process is communicated through different auditing states, so that a user can track the doctor authentication information circulated to different process nodes according to the auditing states, the user is prevented from manually paying attention to the auditing state of the doctor authentication information in each process node in real time, and the workload of the user is reduced.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiments, in some embodiments, the step "obtaining an audit state corresponding to each process node" may be specifically implemented by the following steps:
according to the preset corresponding relation, acquiring corresponding type audit of the doctor authentication information at each process node by the user;
and determining the auditing state corresponding to each process node according to the auditing of the corresponding type.
Specifically, different types of auditing of the doctor authentication information are required by the user at different process nodes, for example, when the doctor authentication information is at a primary auditing node, the user is required to perform primary auditing operation on the doctor authentication information, and when the doctor authentication information is at a filing node, the user is required to perform filing operation and submit the doctor authentication information to a relevant department for filing.
For example, if it is determined that the current process node needs to be subjected to the initial review operation, the process node may be determined to be an initial review node, and a user needs to perform the initial review, so as to further determine that the review state corresponding to the process node is to be subjected to the initial review.
According to the method and the device, the auditing required by the users with different process nodes is determined, when the doctor authentication information flows to different process nodes, the users can directly audit the doctor authentication information at the process nodes in corresponding types, the users can conveniently audit the same type in batches, and the auditing efficiency of the users is improved.
For example, on the basis of the foregoing embodiments, in some embodiments, if the process nodes include a primary review node, a record node, a review pass node, and a service provision node, and the review state includes a to-be-primary-reviewed state, a primary review pass state, a primary review reject state, a record submission state, and a record pass state, the foregoing step "obtaining the review state corresponding to each process node" may specifically be implemented by the following steps:
if the process node is a primary audit node, the audit state corresponding to the process node is a to-be-audited state; if the process node is a filing node, the auditing state corresponding to the process node is an initial auditing passing state; if the process node is a node passing the audit, the audit state corresponding to the process node is a filing state; and if the process node is a service opening node, the auditing state corresponding to the process node is a filing passing state.
Specifically, the corresponding relationship between the process node and the audit state may be determined by a user in advance and stored in a processing device such as a computer, and the processing device such as the computer searches and determines the corresponding audit state according to the current process node.
Illustratively, when the auditing state is a primary auditing state, the method is used for instructing the user to perform primary auditing operation on the doctor authentication information of the primary auditing node, when the auditing state is a primary auditing passing state, the method is used for instructing the user to submit the doctor authentication information of the docketing node to a relevant department for docketing, when the auditing state is a docketing submitting state, the method is used for instructing the user to confirm whether the doctor authentication information submitted to the relevant department passes docketing, and when the auditing state is a docketing passing state, the method is used for instructing the user to manage the doctor's authorization, such as opening the doctor's remote medical service or closing the doctor's remote medical service.
According to the embodiment of the application, the initial examination nodes, the filing nodes, the examination passing nodes, the service opening nodes and the examination states corresponding to all the nodes are set, the process nodes required to be experienced in the whole medical authentication process are defined, a user can be fully familiar with different process nodes and the examination states corresponding to different process nodes, the user can conveniently and quickly determine that the doctor authentication information is in the corresponding process nodes according to different examination states, examination is carried out, the examination efficiency is improved, meanwhile, the whole medical authentication process is divided into four independent process nodes, the boundaries among all the process nodes are clear, the follow-up examination work related to all the process nodes can be conveniently refined and modified, and the whole medical authentication process cannot be influenced.
On the basis of the above embodiments, in some embodiments, the step of "obtaining the corresponding type of audit performed on the doctor authentication information by the user at each flow node according to the preset corresponding relationship" may be specifically implemented by the following steps:
if the process node is a primary review node, determining that the user performs primary review on the doctor authentication information at the process node; if the process node is a filing node, determining that the user submits the doctor authentication information to be filed at the process node; if the process node is a check passing node, determining whether the user checks the doctor authentication information at the process node and records the information; and if the process node is a service opening node, determining whether the user audits at the process node to open or close the service.
Specifically, different process node users carry out different auditing operations, each process node corresponds to the auditing operation required by the process node one by one, illustratively, the user carries out initial auditing specifically to examine whether doctor authentication information is complete and accurate, the user submits filing specifically to submit the doctor authentication information to relevant departments for filing after the user verifies and determines that the doctor authentication information is complete and correct, when the process node is an auditing passing node, the user audits and determines whether the filing passes, when the process node is a service opening node, the user manages the doctor authorization of the doctor, if the service is opened, the doctor can provide medical service remotely, and if the service is closed, the doctor cannot provide medical service remotely.
According to the method and the device, the corresponding types of audits required by different process node users are determined, so that the users can quickly audit the doctor authentication information at different process nodes, and the auditing efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the step S204 may be specifically implemented by the following steps:
acquiring an auditing state corresponding to the second process node; and updating the first audit state according to the audit state corresponding to the second process node to obtain a second audit state.
In the embodiment of the present application, the first process node and the second process node are different. The auditing state corresponding to the second process node can be searched according to a preset corresponding relation table, and the first auditing state corresponding to the doctor authentication information is updated to the auditing state corresponding to the second process node to serve as the second auditing state.
According to the method and the device, the auditing states of the doctor authentication information at different process nodes are updated, so that a user can quickly track and find the process node where the doctor authentication information is located according to different auditing states, corresponding type auditing is executed, and the auditing efficiency of the user at each process node is improved.
In some embodiments, the step S203 may specifically include the following steps:
acquiring an auditing result of the doctor authentication information at the first process node, wherein the auditing result comprises an auditing pass and an auditing fail;
if the checking result is that the checking is passed, taking the next process node of the first process node as a second process node according to the preset sequence of the process nodes; and if the audit result is that the audit is not passed, taking the previous process node of the first process node as a second process node.
In the embodiment of the application, a small-cycle scenario may be set, that is, when a user audits the doctor authentication information at the first process node, if the doctor authentication information does not meet the requirement, the doctor authentication information may be transferred to the previous process node of the first process node to modify or supplement the doctor authentication information, and if the recheck requirement is found, the doctor authentication information is continuously recommended to the next process node of the first process node.
Illustratively, if the doctor authentication information is in the initial review node, when the user finds that the doctor authentication information lacks the identity card information of the doctor, the user makes a judgment that the review fails, and at this time, the doctor authentication information is transferred to the submission node, and the doctor continues to supplement the identity card information.
According to the embodiment of the application, by setting the small-cycle scene, when the doctor authentication information cannot pass the audit, the doctor authentication information can continuously return to the previous flow node for modification and supplement, so that the user can conveniently carry out the audit work, the phenomenon that the doctor authentication information is incomplete or wrong and the review is carried out again from the beginning is avoided, and the audit efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the step S202 further includes the following steps:
writing different doctor authentication information into corresponding preset detail pages respectively; and respectively writing the label of each preset detail page into a corresponding information column in the preset list page.
The preset detail pages are used for auditing the doctor authentication information by a user, the information columns are used for displaying labels of different preset detail pages, and the labels are used for displaying the preset detail pages corresponding to the labels when the labels are selected by the user.
Illustratively, the preset list page is shown in Table 1 below:
TABLE 1
In the above table, the information bar includes four rows, and each row corresponds to a doctor name, a contact information, a department to which the doctor belongs, an audit state, update time, a tag, and the like.
In the embodiment of the application, the preset list page may be displayed on a user interaction interface of a computer or other processing device, and when a user clicks or touches the label "view" of each line, the user will turn to the preset detail page, where the preset detail page includes the doctor authentication information.
Illustratively, the doctor authentication information in the preset detail page specifically includes doctor identification card information, doctor qualification information, doctor job title information and doctor signature information.
For example, the operation buttons for the user to perform the review are further included in the preset detail page, for example, when the doctor authentication information is in the initial review node, the operation buttons in the preset detail page include two buttons of "initial review pass" and "initial review fail", and when the doctor authentication information is in the docket node, the operation buttons in the preset detail page include one button of "filing the docket".
According to the embodiment of the application, the preset detail page and the preset list page are set, so that the doctor authentication request initiated by each doctor can be visually displayed, the doctor authentication information in different auditing states is audited, and the auditing efficiency of a user is improved.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, in some embodiments, after the step "writing the label of each preset detail page into the information column of the preset list page", the method may further include the following steps:
respectively extracting identification information for identifying the doctor authentication information and the auditing state of the doctor authentication information from the doctor authentication information of each preset detail page;
and writing the identification information and the audit state into an information column corresponding to the label.
For example, the identification information in the information field may be the name of the doctor and the department to which the doctor belongs in table 1 above, where the name of the doctor may be extracted from the id card information or the doctor signature in the doctor authentication information, and the department to which the doctor belongs may be extracted from the doctor qualification information in the doctor authentication information.
According to the embodiment of the application, the identification information in the doctor authentication information is extracted and written into the information bar, so that a user can read and know the doctor information initiating the doctor-performing authentication request, and meanwhile, the auditing state of the doctor authentication information is known, the user can conveniently perform targeted auditing, and the auditing efficiency is improved.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, in some embodiments, after the step "writing the identification information and the audit status into the information column corresponding to the tag", the following step may be further included:
acquiring a target auditing state input by a user from a preset list page;
and screening the information columns of the preset list page to obtain the target information column according to the target auditing state.
And the target information column is written with the auditing state of the doctor authentication information matched with the target auditing state.
In this embodiment, the user may select a target audit state from all audit states in table 1, so as to perform screening from the information fields to obtain a target information field including the target audit state.
Illustratively, the total audit states include at least five audit states, specifically, a preliminary audit state, a preliminary audit passing state, a filing submitting state, and a filing passing state.
