It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In the embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one logical division, and other divisions may be realized in practice, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or units, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit.
The functions, if implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a U disk, a removable hard disk, a ROM, a RAM, a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
Furthermore, it is to be noted that in the device and method of the invention, it is obvious that the individual components or steps can be decomposed and/or recombined. These decompositions and/or recombinations are to be regarded as equivalents of the present invention. Also, the steps of performing the series of processes described above may naturally be performed chronologically in the order described, but need not necessarily be performed chronologically, and some steps may be performed in parallel or independently of each other. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or any of the steps or elements of the method and apparatus of the present invention may be implemented in any computing device (including processors, storage media, etc.) or network of computing devices, in hardware, firmware, software, or any combination thereof, which can be implemented by those skilled in the art using their basic programming skills after reading the description of the present invention.
Thus, the objects of the invention may also be achieved by running a program or a set of programs on any computing device. The computing device may be a general purpose device as is well known. That is, such a program product also constitutes the present invention, and a storage medium storing such a program product also constitutes the present invention. It is further noted that in the apparatus and method of the present invention, it is apparent that each component or step can be decomposed and/or recombined. These decompositions and/or recombinations are to be regarded as equivalents of the present invention. Also, the steps of executing the series of processes described above may naturally be executed chronologically in the order described, but need not necessarily be executed chronologically. Some steps may be performed in parallel or independently of each other.
While the foregoing is directed to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. An intelligent personnel management system, comprising:
the authentication module is used for acquiring first registration information input by a user at a personal registration client, sending the first registration information to a government affair service platform and receiving identity authentication passing information fed back by the government affair service platform, wherein the first registration information comprises identity identification information of the user;
the registration module is used for receiving second registration information of the construction cost engineer qualification registration input by the user after the authentication module receives the identity authentication passing information fed back by the government affair service platform;
the acceptance module is used for checking the second registration information, and generating office information according to the second registration information after the second registration information passes the checking;
and the auditing module is used for verifying the office information and generating an electronic certificate after the office information passes the verification.
2. The intelligent personnel management system of claim 1 wherein said registration module comprises at least one of:
the initial registration module is used for receiving second registration information which is input by a user for the first time and used for the qualification registration of the cost engineer;
the change registration module is used for receiving change information for changing the second registration information after the second registration information is registered based on the qualification of the cost engineer input for the first time by the user;
the system comprises a continuation registration module, a renewal module and a renewal module, wherein the continuation registration module is used for receiving continuation request information which is input by a user and is used for renewing the validity period of an electronic certificate;
the re-registration module is used for receiving second registration information input by the user and used for re-registering the qualification registration of the cost engineer;
the added item registration module is used for receiving added item information which is input by a user and is added on the basis of second registration information which is input for the first time and is registered based on the qualification of the cost engineer;
and the logout and registration module is used for receiving logout request information which is input by a user and used for logging out the qualification of the cost engineer.
3. The intelligent personnel management system of claim 2,
the acceptance module is further configured to analyze and process information received by at least one of the initial registration module, the change registration module, the continuation registration module, the re-registration module, the added item registration module, and the logout registration module, and send the information to the audit module after the verification is passed.
4. The intelligent personnel management system of claim 3, wherein said audit module is further configured to verify information of at least one of said initial registration module, changed registration module, continued registration module, re-registration module, added registration module, and de-registered module sent by said acceptance module.
5. The intelligent personnel management system of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the auditing module is further configured to generate an approval record after the verification is passed, wherein the approval record includes at least one of the following information: audit logs, details of application registration, submission time, progress and state of transaction of matters and examination and approval reply information of related departments.
6. The intelligent personnel management system of claim 1 further comprising:
and the storage module is used for storing the second registration information, office information and the electronic certificate into a personnel database, and the second registration information, office information and the electronic certificate are bound with the identity identification information of the user.
7. The intelligent personnel management system of claim 1 further comprising:
and the downloading module is used for downloading the electronic certificate corresponding to the identity of the user from the database.
8. The intelligent personnel management system of claim 1 further comprising:
and the query module is used for querying the progress information and the result information of the relevant information processed by the acceptance module, the audit module and the warehousing module.
9. The intelligent personnel management system of claim 1 further comprising at least one of:
the monitoring module is used for monitoring and managing the registration condition information of the cost engineer stored in the database;
the personnel management module is used for managing the personnel information of the cost engineer stored in the database;
and the news information module is used for displaying important news and/or notification information about the cost engineers and pushing the information to the registered cost engineers.
10. An intelligent personnel management method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring first registration information input by a user at a personal registration client, sending the first registration information to a government affair service platform, and receiving identity authentication passing information fed back by the government affair service platform, wherein the first registration information comprises identity identification information of the user;
after receiving the identity authentication passing information fed back by the government affair service platform, receiving second registration information of cost engineer qualification registration input by a user;
the second registration information is corrected, and office information is generated according to the second registration information after the second registration information passes the correction;
and verifying the office information, and generating an electronic certificate after the office information passes the verification.
