meanwhile, the upper end of the alarm column is also provided with a second groove 5, a first telescopic rod 6 which can stretch out and draw back along the vertical direction is connected in the second groove 5, a second telescopic rod 7 which can stretch out and draw back along the horizontal direction is arranged on the first telescopic rod 6, a camera 8 is arranged on the second telescopic rod 7, the camera 8 can rotate 360 degrees on the second telescopic rod, meanwhile, the first telescopic rod is also connected with a rotary column, the rotary column drives the first telescopic rod to rotate 360 degrees circumferentially, when event real-time condition information needs to be acquired through a camera device, the calling center can control the first telescopic rod and the second telescopic rod to extend or shorten, the rotary column to rotate, the camera to rotate and record video, the camera device can acquire farther information under the action of the first telescopic rod and the second telescopic rod, and the acquired information is more accurate; when the camera device is not used, the first telescopic rod and the second telescopic rod are shortened, as shown in fig. 5, the camera device is completely positioned in the second groove, the opening end of the second groove is sealed after the second telescopic rod is shortened, the second telescopic rod and the first telescopic rod are both provided with rubber layers, therefore, when the first telescopic rod and the second telescopic rod are shortened and positioned in the second groove, rainwater cannot enter the second groove, the second telescopic rod is provided with a first inclined groove 9, the upper end of the alarm column is provided with a second inclined groove 10, when the camera device is positioned in the second groove, the first inclined groove is communicated with the second inclined groove, and rainwater can directly flow out through the first inclined groove and the second inclined groove.

Claims (10)

1. The alarming method of the alarming column is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the calling center is connected through a calling button (4) on the alarm column (1);
the call center acquires information of an alarm person and an alarm event through a screen (2) on the alarm column (1);
the calling center judges the state of the alarm event according to the acquired information of the alarm person and the alarm event;
acquiring field information according to the state of the alarm event or/and interrupting the connection between the alarm column and the call center;
scheduling staff according to the field information or/and alarming;
an alarm event map of the alarm event is displayed through a screen (2) on the alarm column (1), the alarm event map is used for displaying position information and incident situation information of the alarm event in a scenic spot and position information and contact information of nearby workers, and the workers can be contacted through the contact information of the workers in the alarm event map.
2. The warning post warning method according to claim 1, characterized in that the call center obtains the warning person information and the warning event through the screen (2) on the warning post (1), including:
the alarm post (1) is connected with a call center, and the call center is connected with an alarm person through a screen (2) in a video or voice mode;
alarm person information is obtained through a screen (2) and recorded and stored, wherein the alarm person information comprises image information and identity information;
and acquiring an alarm event through the screen (2), recording and keeping the alarm event, wherein the alarm event comprises event state information, event position information and event condition information.
3. The alarming column alarming method of claim 2, wherein the call center judges the state of the alarm event according to the acquired information of the alarming person and the alarm event, comprising:
acquiring event state information of an alarm event through a screen (2), wherein the event state information comprises a processed state and an unprocessed state, and if the event state information is the processed state, the connection between an alarm column (1) and a call center is interrupted; if the alarm event is in an unprocessed state, acquiring event position information and event condition information of the alarm event;
and acquiring the event grade according to the event condition information, wherein the event grade comprises a primary event, a secondary event and a tertiary event.
4. The warning post warning method according to claim 3, wherein obtaining field information based on the status of the warning event or/and interrupting the connection of the warning post to the call center comprises:
if the event is a primary or secondary event, the call center acquires the real-time condition information of the event through the camera device, records and retains the information, and interrupts the connection between the alarm column and the call center;
if the event is a third-level event, the connection between the alarm post and the call center is interrupted.
5. The warning post warning method according to claim 4, wherein the scheduling of workers, or/and the warning according to the field information comprises:
event real-time condition information acquired by a camera device is used for verifying the event grade;
if the event grade is the first-level event after verification, scheduling the staff and giving an alarm;
and if the event grade is the second or third grade event after the verification, scheduling the staff.
6. The warning post warning method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein scheduling personnel comprises:
and acquiring event position information, scheduling a worker closest to the event position information to go to the event position according to the event position information, or/and acquiring a fastest route of the position away from a scenic spot, and sending the fastest route to the worker matched with the route.
7. The warning post warning method of claim 6 wherein the warning event map is used to display the fastest route.
8. The alarm column warning system is characterized by comprising a calling module, a connecting module, a judging module, an acquiring module, a scheduling module, an alarm module and a display module;
the calling module is used for connecting the alarm column (1) with a calling center;
the connecting module is used for connecting the alarm column (1) with the call center, and the call center acquires alarm person information and alarm events through a screen (2) on the alarm column (1);
the judging module is used for judging the state of the alarm event according to the acquired alarm person information and the alarm event;
the acquisition module is used for interrupting the connection between the alarm column and the call center according to the state of the alarm event, or acquiring the field information and interrupting the connection between the alarm column and the call center;
the scheduling module is used for alarming according to the field information or scheduling and alarming the staff;
the display module is used for displaying an alarm event map of the alarm event in real time through a screen (2) on the alarm column (1), the alarm event map is used for displaying position information and incident situation information of the alarm event in a scenic spot and position information and contact information of nearby workers, and the workers can be contacted through the contact information of the workers in the alarm event map.

The warning post warning system according to claim 8, further comprising a base module for fixing the warning post (1), wherein the base module comprises a fixing plate (11) connected below the warning post (1) and an adjusting rod (16) positioned below the fixing plate (11), a plurality of telescopic rods (17) with adjustable lengths are arranged between the adjusting rod (16) and the fixing plate (11), a plurality of first connecting rods (18) corresponding to the telescopic rods (17) one by one are arranged at the lower end of the adjusting rod (16), and the corresponding first connecting rods (18) and the telescopic rods (17) are positioned on the same vertical straight line; all be connected with one spring beam (12) on the both ends of the lower extreme of fixed plate (11), the lower extreme of spring beam (12) is connected with the firm pole (13) parallel with fixed plate (11), is connected with second connecting rod (14) between fixed plate (11) and firm pole (13), and the both ends of adjusting pole (16) are the suit respectively and are connected on two second connecting rods (14), and head rod (18) and second connecting rod (14) are used for inserting ground.
10. The warning post warning system according to claim 9, characterized in that a third connecting rod (15) is further connected below the fixed plate (11), the third connecting rod (15) passes through the adjusting rod (16), and the adjusting rod (16) can slide on the third connecting rod (15).
