The headset assembly 22 receives the voice signal and then is connected to the intelligent voice broadcasting machine through the wireless transmission module.
The intelligent voice broadcasting machine accurately broadcasts the electrolytic aluminum production process data and the electrolytic bath operation state to the on-site production personnel of the electrolytic workshop in real time or directly issues instructions to guide the production personnel to operate. Meanwhile, production personnel can report actual conditions on site to master control room management and control personnel through the intelligent wearable terminal, seamless connection and real-time communication are achieved, labor intensity of the management and control personnel is reduced, various emergency situations in electrolytic production can be reported timely and accurately, adjustment on the electrolytic production site is facilitated, the intelligent level of an electrolytic workshop is greatly improved, production management informatization is further achieved, and stability, production efficiency and intelligent level of an electrolytic cell are improved.
Technical data are collected from the groove control system 3 through the network communication interface 15 by the upper computer 11, and broadcasts and instructions sent by the broadcasting system are recorded and controlled through the upper computer 11 and are transmitted to the intelligent wearable terminal 2 through the wireless transmission unit 14. The intelligent wearable terminal 2 receives the voice information and the control instruction transmitted by the upper level through the wireless transmission module 24, and the field production personnel can receive the voice broadcast and the control instruction of the upper level through the headset assembly 22 and can report the actual situation of the field to the master control room management personnel, thereby realizing seamless connection of production and control and real-time communication. By using the system, the on-duty personnel in the control room only need to maintain the intelligent broadcasting system equipment, and the intelligent broadcasting system automatically alarms when encountering abnormal conditions. Therefore, the labor intensity of the operators on duty is greatly reduced, and the labor productivity is also improved. Meanwhile, field production personnel can also report the outgoing line problem in production to the control room in time at any time, thereby achieving the purpose of being up to the scene and facilitating production management.
