The first category of goods includes: the goods matched to the order, the grid and the review desk, except the first type of goods, are called a second type of goods, and the second type of goods comprises one or more of the following goods: no merchandise information, no merchandise matching to the order, or merchandise matching to the order but not matching to the dock.
The distribution equipment acquires matching information of the commodity by scanning the commodity, if the information of the commodity is not acquired after the commodity is scanned, the commodity is indicated to have no commodity information, if the matching information of the commodity is acquired, whether an order and a grid in the matching information of the commodity are valid or not is further judged, if the order and the grid in the matching information are valid, the commodity is determined to be a first type commodity, and if the order or the grid in the matching information is invalid, the commodity is determined to be a second type commodity.

S210, receiving the multicast confirmation information input by the user, determining that the commodity is multicast, and updating the state of the commodity to be the multicast state.
And the user inputs the multicast confirmation information through a determination control on the user interface, and updates the state of the commodity from the state to be multicast to the multicast state.
S211, judging whether the commodity has the next review platform.
If the commodity has no next review station, step S212 is performed, and if the commodity has a next review station, step S213 is performed.
S212, judging whether other commodities exist in the container.

and the determining module 15 is used for determining that the commodity distribution is completed when the distribution confirmation information input by the user is received.
Optionally, the matching module 12 is specifically configured to:
inquiring the state information of the container according to the container number of the container;
if the state information of the container indicates that the container does not match with the order, matching the order, the grid and the review platform for the commodity in the container according to a matching algorithm, and generating matching information of the commodity;
and if the state information of the container indicates that the container is matched with the order, reading the matching information of the commodities in the container from the generated matching information of the commodities.
Optionally, the matching algorithm includes an order matching algorithm and a grid matching algorithm, and the matching of the orders, the grids and the review platform for the commodities in the container according to the matching algorithm includes:
matching orders for the commodities according to the order matching algorithm;
if the commodity is matched with the order, distributing a grid for the order to which the commodity belongs according to the grid matching algorithm;
and determining that the check platform to which the grid port belongs is the check platform of the commodity according to the corresponding relation between the grid port and the check platform, wherein one check platform corresponds to one or more grid ports.
Optionally, the order matching algorithm is configured to match orders for the commodities according to at least one of the following information: cut-off time, order type, order amount to be separated or order taking time.
Optionally, the grid matching algorithm is configured to match a grid for an order according to at least one of the following information: rechecking the number of backlog pieces, the size of the grid openings or the occupancy rate of the grid openings.
Optionally, the generating module 13 is specifically configured to:
determining whether the commodity is a first class commodity or a second class commodity according to the matching information of the commodity in the container, wherein the first class commodity comprises: the second type of merchandise, which is matched to the order, the grid and the review station, includes one or more of the following: no merchandise information, no matching to order, or no matching to order but no matching to grid;
and generating the commodity distribution information for the first class of commodities.
Optionally, the generating module 13 is further configured to: generating first prompt information for the second type of commodities, wherein the first prompt information is used for prompting that the commodities need to be reintroduced or multiple commodities. The output module 14 is further configured to: and outputting the first prompt information.
Optionally, the device further comprises an establishing module, configured to scan the idle container and the commodity, establish a corresponding relationship between the commodity and the container, and update the state of the container to an unmatched order.
Optionally, the commodity distribution information further includes one or more of the following information: the method comprises the steps of a container number, a commodity name, a commodity code, information of an order to which the commodity belongs, a to-be-separated amount of a grid corresponding to the commodity, a separated commodity number input frame and information of a next review platform corresponding to the commodity.

Claims (11)

1. The commodity sub-broadcasting method is characterized by being applied to sub-broadcasting equipment which is handheld equipment, and comprising the following steps:
scanning a container to obtain the container number of the container and the information of commodities in the container;
acquiring matching information of the commodity in the container, wherein the matching information of the commodity comprises information of an order, a grid and a review desk to which the commodity belongs;
scanning commodities in the container, generating commodity sub-broadcasting information according to matching information of the commodities in the container, and outputting the commodity sub-broadcasting information, wherein the commodity sub-broadcasting information comprises information of a rechecking platform corresponding to the commodities;
when receiving the multicast confirmation information input by the user, determining that the commodity multicast is completed;
the generating the commodity distribution information according to the matching information of the commodities in the container comprises the following steps:
determining whether the commodity is a first class commodity or a second class commodity according to the matching information of the commodity in the container, wherein the first class commodity comprises: the second type of merchandise, which is matched to the order, the grid and the review station, includes one or more of the following: no merchandise information, no matching to order, or no matching to order but no matching to grid;
and generating the commodity distribution information for the first class of commodities.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining matching information for the goods in the container comprises:
inquiring the state information of the container according to the container number of the container;
if the state information of the container indicates that the container does not match with the order, matching the order, the grid and the review platform for the commodity in the container according to a matching algorithm, and generating matching information of the commodity;
and if the state information of the container indicates that the container is matched with the order, reading the matching information of the commodities in the container from the generated matching information of the commodities.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the matching algorithm comprises an order matching algorithm and a bin matching algorithm, the matching orders, bins, and review bins for the items in the container according to the matching algorithm comprising:
matching orders for the commodities according to the order matching algorithm;
if the commodity is matched with the order, distributing a grid for the order to which the commodity belongs according to the grid matching algorithm;
and determining that the check platform to which the grid port belongs is the check platform of the commodity according to the corresponding relation between the grid port and the check platform, wherein one check platform corresponds to one or more grid ports.
4. A method according to claim 3, wherein the order matching algorithm is used to match orders for goods based on at least one of the following information: cut-off time, order type, order amount to be separated or order taking time.
5. A method according to claim 3, wherein the bin matching algorithm is adapted to match bins for orders according to at least one of the following information: rechecking the number of backlog pieces, the size of the grid openings or the occupancy rate of the grid openings.
6. The method as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
generating first prompt information for the second type of commodities, and outputting the first prompt information, wherein the first prompt information is used for prompting that the commodities need to be reintroduced or multiple commodities.
7. The method as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
and scanning an idle container and commodities, establishing a corresponding relation between the commodities and the container, and updating the state of the container to be an unmatched order.
8. The method of any of claims 1-5, wherein the merchandise distribution information further comprises one or more of the following: the method comprises the steps of a container number, a commodity name, a commodity code, information of an order to which the commodity belongs, a to-be-separated amount of a grid corresponding to the commodity, a separated commodity number input frame and information of a next review platform corresponding to the commodity.
9. A commodity distribution device, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for scanning the container to acquire the container number of the container and the information of the commodity in the container;
the matching module is used for acquiring matching information of the commodities in the container, wherein the matching information of the commodities comprises information of an order, a grid and a review platform to which the commodities belong;
the generation module is used for scanning the commodities in the container and generating commodity distribution information according to the matching information of the commodities in the container, wherein the commodity distribution information comprises information of a rechecking platform corresponding to the commodities;
the output module is used for outputting the commodity distribution information;
the determining module is used for determining that the commodity distribution is completed when the distribution confirmation information input by the user is received;
the generating module is specifically configured to:
determining whether the commodity is a first class commodity or a second class commodity according to the matching information of the commodity in the container, wherein the first class commodity comprises: the second type of merchandise, which is matched to the order, the grid and the review station, includes one or more of the following: no merchandise information, no matching to order, or no matching to order but no matching to grid;
and generating the commodity distribution information for the first class of commodities.
10. A unicast device, wherein the unicast device is a handheld device, the unicast device comprising: at least one processor and memory;
the memory stores computer-executable instructions;
the at least one processor executing computer-executable instructions stored in the memory causes the at least one processor to perform the merchandise distribution method of any one of claims 1 to 8.
11. A computer readable storage medium having stored therein computer executable instructions which when executed by a processor are for implementing the merchandise distribution method of any one of claims 1 to 8.
