The problems of the prior art are described in detail here: and creating a property right transfer sheet based on the foreign order sales order and the self-operation purchase order, and operating property right change by one key to complete the function of transferring foreign orders to self-operation articles, thereby finally realizing the self-operation sales mode of the articles.
1. Establishing a corresponding relation between the exterior single goods and the self-service goods on the centralized management platform, wherein one exterior single goods code corresponds to one self-service goods code;
2. on a WMS owner change management interface, a owner change order (an unproductive car dispatching order and an appointment order need to be input) is newly built, and positioning, production tasks, article bar code printing and PDA execution tasks (batch attribute acquisition, serial number acquisition and warehouse transfer) are completed;
3. after the owner of goods changes the order to build, according to finishing the logic of purchasing and putting in storage and order out of storage, pass back upstream systems such as reservation system, BIP, ERP, scheduling, carrying, ECLP, etc.
In the prior art, a plurality of operating systems are provided, the operating process is complex, the property right changing function of the articles can be completed only by the warehouse production delivery order and the warehouse purchasing storage order, and the warehouse is consumed for a long time to operate useless shelving and picking.
Referring to fig. 1, a main flowchart of an article information processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, including the following steps:
s101: for a first item in a car dispatch list, determining a second item in an appointment list, wherein the second item has an association relation with the first item;
s102: calculating a dispensing amount to be dispensed to the second item from the delivery amount of the first item; wherein the distribution amount corresponds to the reserved warehousing amount of the second article;
s103: changing the characteristic type of the first article of the dispensed amount to the characteristic type of the second article.
In the above embodiment, in steps S101 to S102, this embodiment is mainly directed to a warehouse logistics processing method including self-service items and exterior single items in a mall.
Referring to fig. 2, setting an interface for binding the association relationship of the newly added article, the operation is as follows:
1) inputting the code, the name and the goods owner code of a first article (namely, an open article in the figure); the goods owner code is the code of the delivery company to which the first goods belong, and the codes of different delivery companies are different.
2) The code, name and owner code of the second item (i.e., the associated item in the figure) are entered.
For example, the mobile phone a is sold in a market, the SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) code in the self-service store is SKU1, but the SKU code in the flagship store is SKU2, at this time, the two codes need to be bound, and the staff in the store needs to know the SKU codes of the mobile phone a in the self-service store and the flagship store in advance.
3) And establishing an association relation between the first item and the second item, and generating an item association record for facilitating subsequent query.
Referring to fig. 3, setting an interface for a newly-built owner change order operates as follows:
1) and receiving a vehicle dispatching order number transmitted by an upstream vehicle dispatching system, and acquiring the code of the item corresponding to the vehicle dispatching order number and the delivery amount of each item. In practice, it is possible to first display how many items, i.e., SKU numbers, are in the dispatch order, as shown in the figure.
2) The reservation sheet number in the reservation system is input, the item number corresponding to the reservation sheet number and the delivery amount of each item are acquired, and this interface is merely an example and shows information of one item. In practice, it is possible to display how many items, i.e., the number of SKUs, are in the reservation order, as shown in the figure.
It should be noted that fig. 3 is only an example, and in actual operation, a plurality of car dispatching orders and reservation orders support input, and after the input, car dispatching order information is queried through the car dispatching order number, and reservation order information is queried through the reservation order number.
The lower right corner shown in fig. 3 is a save button, and after the save is clicked, the following checks are required:
1) for a first article in the car dispatch list, firstly judging whether the first article is bound in an article association record, wherein the type is [ open to camp ], if the first article is bound, jumping to 2), otherwise prompting that the article XXXXXXX in the car dispatch list AAAAAA is not bound with the associated article, please maintain in the article association record; wherein XXXXXXX is the code of the first item;
2) judging whether a second article associated with the first article exists in the reservation list, if so, jumping to the step 3), otherwise, indicating that the associated article does not exist in the reservation list, and prompting that the reservation list does not have the article YYYYYYY and please add the reservation list; wherein YYYYYY is the code of the second article;
3) judging whether the warehouse-out amount of the first article is smaller than or equal to the reserved warehouse-in amount of the second article, if so, jumping to the step 4), otherwise, prompting that the number of the second article YYYYYYY in the reservation list is insufficient, and please add the reservation list;
4) and entering an article distribution link, and specifically distributing the first article of the dispatching list according to the ascending rule of the reservation list number and the purchase list number. For example, item 111111 is associated with item 222222
A vehicle dispatching list:
vehicle dispatching list | Status of state | Sales order | Article coding | Number of |
P1 | To be positioned | D1 | 111111 | 10 |
P2 | To be positioned | D2 | 111111 | 10 |
Reservation order:
reservation sheet | Status of state | Purchase order | Article coding | Reserved warehousing quantity |
Y1 | Initial | C1 | 222222 | 5 |
Y2 | Initial | C2 | 222222 | 10 |
Y2 | Initial | C3 | 222222 | 10 |
And matching results are as follows:
vehicle dispatching list | Sales order | Original SKU | Reservation sheet | Purchase order | New SKU | Number of matches |
P1 | D1 | 111111 | Y1 | C1 | 222222 | 5 |
P1 | D1 | 111111 | Y2 | C2 | 222222 | 5 |
P2 | D2 | 111111 | Y2 | C2 | 222222 | 5 |
P2 | D2 | 111111 | Y2 | C3 | 222222 | 5 |
It should be noted that, there are usually more than one item in each of a dispatch list and a reservation list, and only one conversion method is provided, and conversion is performed for only one SKU at a time, so that it is determined which SKU in which dispatch list corresponds to which SKU in which reservation list, and then conversion is performed.
The whole reservation order is not allocated with any article, and the prompt is 'the reservation order BBBBBBBB is not matched with the car dispatching order, and the car dispatching order is deleted or added'. After the verification is completed, a shipper change order is generated, with the following fields:
1) the type of change: open to camp certainly
2) Source list number: air conditioner
3) The state is as follows: to be positioned
4) The original goods owner: owner corresponding to first article in vehicle dispatching list
5) The new owner: owner corresponding to second article in reservation order
6) Quantity: delivery amount of each commodity in dispatch list
For step S103, after the owner change order is generated, the type of the first item assigned to the second item is adaptively changed according to the characteristic type of the second item (e.g., self-operation). The type of SKU111111 of D1 in the delivery order is changed from open to self-operation as "matching result".
The above-mentioned manner is only to change the characteristic type of the first article, and in practice, the transfer of the right of things can also occur, as shown in fig. 4. For example, the first article of the dispensing amount is transferred from a certain storage position to another storage position, the other storage position is the storage position where the second article is located or a preset storage position dedicated to storing articles, and the state of the owner change list is changed from "pending" to "located".
Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
locating a first storage location in the first warehouse corresponding to the code, the name and the owner code of the first article; and
positioning a second storage position corresponding to the code, the name and the goods owner code of the second article in the second warehouse;
and transferring the first article of the distribution amount from the first storage position to the second storage position, and changing the code, the name and the goods owner code of the transferred first article into the code, the name and the goods owner code of the second article.
And generating a task group corresponding to the positioned storage area according to the task engine, wherein the state of the task group is initial, and the state of the goods owner change list at the moment is changed from positioned to generated task.
Task groups are generated by storage area, one task group corresponds to a plurality of SKUs, and one storage location corresponds to a plurality of SKUs. Or task groups are generated by bin + SKU, one task group for each SKU and one bin for each SKU, as shown in fig. 5.
After the task is generated, the user can operate on a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), scan a task number, and pick up a shipper change task. And inquiring the WMS according to the task number, wherein the inquiry comprises the printing times, the task number, the storage position, the information of the new and old commodities, the quantity, whether batch information is collected or not and whether a serial number is scanned or not.
After successful pick-up, the PDA informs the WMS to change the status of the owner change order from "generated" to executing, and then jumps to the execution interface. Clicking the submit button, completing each task, the PDA sending message to WMS, the message content: task group number, task number, original storage position, new and old commodity code, quantity and serial number. And after the execution is finished, the task state is updated to be finished, the stock of the original goods owner, the original commodities and the original storage position is deducted, and the stock of the new goods owner, the new commodities and the new storage position is added. And meanwhile, the inventory of the ECLP and ERP systems is transmitted back, so that the consistency of the inventory information of the commodities is ensured, and the whole implementation process is shown in figure 6.
The method provided by the embodiment adds the property right transfer function to the WMS, does not need the flow of picking the commodities out of the warehouse and then warehousing the commodities, simplifies the operation of warehouse staff, improves the efficiency of changing the commodity property of the warehouse, and greatly saves the production time.
According to the average 10w commodities of the large monthly merchant weight transfer demand of the mall and the average 20w commodities of the monthly weight transfer after conservative estimation of the currently-talking merchants are added; after the property right transfer process is on line, the efficiency can be improved by 40 percent, which is equivalent to that 20 ten thousand large commodities simplify the production time in the warehouse by 40 percent.
Referring to fig. 7, a schematic diagram of main modules of an article information processing apparatus 700 according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, including:
the determining module 701 is configured to determine, for a first item in a car dispatch list, a second item in an appointment list, where the second item has an association relationship with the first item;
