First embodiment
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a payment method based on a user credit rating according to an embodiment of the invention.
The execution subject of the present embodiment is the server, which is a charging operator server. The application scenario of this embodiment is: the server is connected with the charging pile system, the charging pile system collects fingerprints of the user, the fingerprints of the user are identified by the charging pile system, identity information of the user is determined, after the user inserts the charging pile into the electric automobile, the electric automobile of the user is charged, and after charging is completed, the charging pile system sends a charging order to the server, so that the server pays the charging order, and the whole charging behavior is completed. The method comprises the following steps:
step S10: and collecting credit information of the user, and determining credit of the user according to the credit information.
When the user uses the charging pile system for the first time, the credit information of the user on a third party platform can be collected, the third party platform is a platform which has made credit evaluation for the user, and the embodiment can link the third party platform under the condition that the user allows the user and collect the credit information of the user on the third party platform. The credit information is transaction record, fulfillment record and credit of the user on the third party platform, and the credit of the user is determined according to the credit information, and the method specifically comprises the following steps: and directly acquiring the credit of the user on the third-party platform, or converting the credit of the user on the third-party platform to acquire the credit of the user on the charging platform, or scoring the user according to the transaction record and the fulfillment record of the user on the third-party platform to acquire the credit of the user. The credit of the user can be preliminarily determined through the third-party platform, so that automatic payment service is provided for the user when the user charges through the charging pile system for the first time, and the credit of the user is subsequently readjusted according to the payment behavior of the user in the charging pile system.
Step S20: and searching a credit grade corresponding to the credit in a preset mapping relation table, and distributing a corresponding virtual credit line for the user according to the credit grade.
In order to provide each user with a virtual credit line, a preset mapping relationship between credit rating and credit score, and a correspondence relationship between credit rating and virtual credit line, for example, table 1 below, are set. The virtual credit line is a virtual amount used by the user in the charging pile system, and can pay for a charging order of the charging pile system.
TABLE 1 correspondence table between credit rating, credit score, virtual credit line
Credit rating | Credit score | Virtual credit line |
Three stages | 600-800 | 1000 |
Second-level | 400-600 | 800 |
First level | 400 or less | 500 |
Step S30: and when receiving a charging order sent by the charging pile system, paying the charging order according to the virtual credit line.
After the user finishes charging through the charging pile system, the charging pile system sends a charging order to the server, and after the server receives the charging order, the charging order is paid through the virtual credit line, the charging amount is deducted from the virtual credit line, and the virtual credit line is updated.
In one possible implementation manner, the step S30 includes: when a charging order sent by a charging pile system is received, user identity information and a vehicle license plate number are extracted from the charging order, and verification is carried out on the user identity information and the vehicle license plate number based on a legal user database; the legal user database stores the identity information of each legal user and the vehicle license plate number of each legal user, and after verification is passed, the charging order is paid according to the virtual credit line. The charging order comprises information such as user identity information, vehicle license plate number, charging time, charging amount and charging amount of the current charging, in order to ensure the fund safety of the user, the server guides legal users to input the identity information and the vehicle license plate number in advance, when the charging order is received, the user identity information and the vehicle license plate number are extracted from the charging order, the user identity information is searched in the legal user database, the legal license plate number corresponding to the searched user identity information is obtained, the vehicle license plate number in the charging order is compared with the legal license plate number, and in the case that the vehicle license plate number in the charging order belongs to the legal license plate number, verification is considered to pass, and after verification is passed, the charging order is paid according to the virtual credit line, so that the property safety of the user can be ensured, and illegal charging behaviors are avoided.
In a possible implementation manner, after the verification is passed, paying the charging order according to the virtual credit line includes: after the verification is passed, judging whether the virtual credit line is not lower than the charging amount corresponding to the charging order; if the virtual credit line is not lower than the charging amount corresponding to the charging order, paying the charging order according to the virtual credit line; and if the virtual credit line is lower than the charging amount corresponding to the charging order, prompting the user to pay. After multiple uses, the virtual credit line of the user may be lower, so that after verification, it is further required to determine whether the virtual credit line is sufficient to pay the charging amount, and if the virtual credit line is not lower than the charging amount, the charging order is paid according to the virtual credit line; and if the virtual credit line is lower than the charging amount corresponding to the charging order, prompting the user to pay.
In one possible embodiment, the method further comprises: and receiving the target license plate number input by the user, and adding the target license plate number into the legal user database. The legal user database stores the identity information of each legal user and the license plate number of each legal user, each legal user can correspond to one or more license plate numbers, and the user can add new license plate numbers into the legal user database at any time, specifically: and receiving the target identity information and the target license plate number input by the user, searching the target identity information in the legal user database, and adding the target license plate number at the legal license plate number corresponding to the searched target identity information, so that other electric automobiles can be charged, and the convenience of other users is improved.
In a possible implementation manner, after the step S30, the method further includes: receiving charging pile use information sent by the charging pile system, wherein the charging pile use information comprises: the time spent between the completion of charging and the pulling-out of the charging gun head by the user; and adjusting the credit of the user according to the time-consuming time length. Setting a corresponding relation between the time wasting duration and the credit descending score, determining the corresponding credit descending score according to the time wasting duration, adjusting the passing credit score according to the credit descending score, and reducing the credit score of the user when the user occupies the charging pile for too long, thereby encouraging the user to pull out the charging gun head as soon as possible after the charging is completed, and improving the utilization rate of the charging pile.
In a possible implementation manner, after the step S30, the method further includes: generating a bill to be paid in unit time according to the payment behavior in the unit time; and prompting the user to pay the bill to be paid when the preset payment date is reached. When the prolonged repayment day is reached, detecting whether the user has repayment the bill to be repayment; if the user is detected to be paid, the credit of the user is increased; and if the fact that the user does not pay is detected, the credit of the user is reduced. The unit time is a generation period of the bill to be paid, for example, when the unit time is month and the preset payment date is five days per month, the bill to be paid of the month is generated according to the payment behavior of paying by the virtual credit line in one month, the user pays three times by the virtual credit line in one month and pays 300 yuan in total, the bill to be paid of the month is generated, the amount to be paid is 300 yuan, and the user pays the bill to be paid by other accounts before five days of the february, so that the user only needs to pay once in one unit time without paying every charging, the operation of the user is greatly reduced, and the user experience is improved. When the prolonged repayment day is reached, if the fact that the user does not repayment the bill to be repayment is detected, reminding the user again, and if the user does not repayment after remixing again, reducing the credit of the user.
In one possible embodiment, the method further comprises: adjusting the credit rating of the user according to the adjusted credit score; if the credit rating rises, prompting the user to perfect personal information, and optimizing the user rights and interests of the user after the user perfects the personal information; and if the credit rating is reduced, reducing the user rights and interests of the user. After the credit score of the user is adjusted, the credit rating of the user is correspondingly adjusted according to the table 1, and the rights and interests of the user are optimized or reduced according to the adjusted credit rating. If the credit rating increases, prompting the user to perfect personal information including, but not limited to: the system optimizes the user rights and interests of the user after the user perfects personal information, such as upgrading to members, providing charging discounts, giving free electric quantity and the like, can guide the user to pay off on time, improve credit, cultivate good charging behaviors of the user and improve the income of the charging pile system. Meanwhile, if the credit rating is reduced, the user interests of the user are reduced, for example, the virtual credit line of the user is reduced, and when the virtual credit line of the user is lower, the user needs to pay on the server manually every time when charging, and the operation is more complicated, so that the user can be encouraged to pay back on time, the credit is increased, and the automatic payment service is restored.
In one possible embodiment, the method further comprises: and setting a reporting window and a complaint window, receiving reporting information input by a user through the reporting window, verifying the reporting information, and if the reporting information is true, increasing a preset score for the credit score of the user. For example, the user can report that other users damage the charging pile, and the occupied charging pile is not separated after the charging of other users is finished, so that the service life of the charging pile system is prolonged through mutual supervision among users. And receiving complaint information of the user through the complaint window, verifying the complaint information, and if the complaint information is true, recovering the credit deducted by the user.
