In the scheme, due to the fact that the identification of the user is added, the questionnaire can be effectively prevented from being pushed to the user who has already made the questionnaire or does not want to answer the questionnaire, accurate control over the input crowd is achieved, repeated input or invalid input is avoided, and effectiveness of the recovered questionnaire sample data can be improved.
Optionally, on the basis of any of the foregoing embodiments, the information processing method provided in this embodiment may further include the following steps:
after sending a questionnaire service response to the second equipment, the first equipment receives a questionnaire result from the second equipment, wherein the questionnaire result corresponds to the page type; the first device stores the questionnaire results.
It should be noted that if the user answers the questionnaire, the questionnaire result includes a questionnaire score, and the questionnaire score may be a score of one or more parameters, such as a product recommendation score, a product quality score, a product description score, a product delivery score, and the like. If the user does not answer the questionnaire, that is, the questionnaire is closed after the questionnaire is opened, the questionnaire result is not considered, and meanwhile, the first device may mark the user or store the user identifier of the user in the non-push user set.
The following embodiment provides an information processing method, the execution subject of which is a first device, such as the questionnaire server 13 shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2, mainly related to the data processing process of questionnaire scores in questionnaire results of a plurality of users, and the comprehensive recommendation index of questionnaire research products or services is obtained.
Fig. 5 is a schematic flowchart of an information processing method according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 5, the information processing method of the present embodiment includes the steps of:
step 301, receiving questionnaire results of a plurality of users.
Wherein questionnaires provided by the first device to a plurality of users are used to investigate the same product or service.
For example, in order to investigate the market feedback of the products of a certain enterprise, a questionnaire of multiple page types is created, for example, a questionnaire of page type 1 is used for placing to the order payment completion to-be-executed page, a questionnaire of page type 2 is used for placing to the order execution completion page, and a questionnaire of page type 3 is used for placing to the order after-market page.
Step 302, classifying the questionnaire results of the multiple users according to the page types.
Based on the above example of steps, assume that users 1, 2, and 3 receive the questionnaire of page type 1 and have submitted questionnaire results 1, 2, and 3, and the questionnaire result of page type 1 includes the pre-sale score of the product. Assume that users 4, 5 receive a questionnaire for page type 2 and submit questionnaire results 4 and 5, respectively, with the questionnaire results for page type 2 including a product pre-sale score and a product quality score. User 6 receives the questionnaire of page type 3 and submits questionnaire result 6 correspondingly, and the questionnaire result of page type 3 includes pre-sale score, product quality score and after-sale score of the product.
Illustratively, the specific score of each user's questionnaire results is shown in the following table:

Step 303, determining the comprehensive score of the questionnaire result corresponding to each page type.
In an embodiment of the present application, if the questionnaire result corresponding to a certain page type only includes one score, for example, the questionnaire result corresponding to page type 1 shown in the above table only includes the pre-sale score of the product, the integrated score of the questionnaire result corresponding to the page type is an average value of scores of the same type in the plurality of questionnaire results corresponding to the page type, for example, the integrated score of the questionnaire result corresponding to page type 1 is (8+9+7)/3 ═ 8.
In one embodiment of the present application, if the questionnaire result corresponding to a certain page type includes at least two scores, for example, the questionnaire result corresponding to page type 2 shown in the above table includes a pre-sale score and a product quality score, and the questionnaire result corresponding to page type 3 includes a pre-sale score, a product quality score and a post-sale score. First, an average of each score in the plurality of questionnaire results is determined. For example, the average value of the pre-sale scores of the products in the two questionnaire results corresponding to page type 2 is (8+ 10)/2-9, and the average value of the product quality scores is (7+ 9)/2-8. And secondly, determining the comprehensive score of the questionnaire result corresponding to the page type according to the average value of the scores of different types. For example, the comprehensive score of the questionnaire results corresponding to page type 2 is: the average of the pre-sale scores and the average of the quality scores of the products, namely (8+9)/2, is 8.5. For another example, since only one user's questionnaire results are collected for page type 3, the total score of the questionnaire results corresponding to page type 3 is the average of the scores of the respective categories, that is, (9+6+7)/3 is 7.3.
It should be appreciated that the composite score of the questionnaire results corresponding to different page types characterizes the composite score of the questionnaire results collected by different channels.
And step 304, determining the total score of the product or the service according to the preset weight value of the page type and the comprehensive score of the questionnaire result corresponding to each page type.
In this embodiment, the weight values of the page types, that is, the weight values of different channels, may be set according to the actual application requirements.
Illustratively, based on the above example, the weighting values of page type 1, page type 2, and page type 3 are 0.2, 0.3, and 0.5, respectively. According to the preset weight values of the page types and the comprehensive scores of the questionnaire results corresponding to the page types, the total score of the questionnaire investigation products or services can be calculated as follows: 8 × 0.2+8.5 × 0.3+7.3 × 0.5 ═ 7.8.
As can be seen from the above example, the weight value of the total score of the questionnaire results corresponding to the page type has a corresponding relationship with the weight value of the page type, that is, the weight value of the questionnaire total score collected from the order after-sale page > the weight value of the questionnaire total score collected from the order execution completion page, and the weight value of the questionnaire total score collected from the order execution completion page > the weight value of the questionnaire total score collected from the order payment completion page.
The information processing method provided by the embodiment is applied to a questionnaire server, the questionnaire server receives questionnaire results of a plurality of users, classifies the questionnaire results of the plurality of users according to page types, determines a comprehensive score of the questionnaire results corresponding to each page type, and determines a total score of a product or a service according to the comprehensive score of the questionnaire results corresponding to each page type and a preset weight value of the page type, wherein the total score can indicate a comprehensive recommendation index of the product or the service. And comprehensively analyzing and processing the scores in the questionnaire results by collecting the questionnaire results put on different pages to obtain the comprehensive recommendation index of the product or service. The referral of the recommendation index is high due to the consideration of the weights of different pages.
In the embodiment of the present application, the information processing apparatus may be divided into the functional modules according to the method embodiments, for example, each functional module may be divided corresponding to each function, or two or more functions may be integrated into one processing module. The integrated module can be realized in a form of hardware or a form of a software functional module. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the division of the module is schematic, and is only one logic function division, and there may be another division manner in actual implementation. The following description will be given by taking an example in which each functional module is divided by using a corresponding function.
Fig. 6 is a first schematic structural diagram of an information processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 6, the information processing apparatus 400 provided in the present embodiment includes: a receiving module 401, a processing module 402 and a sending module 403.
A receiving module 401, configured to receive a questionnaire service request from a second device, where the questionnaire service request includes page information of a current page visited by a user;
a processing module 402, configured to determine, according to the page information, a questionnaire corresponding to the page information;
a sending module 403, configured to send a questionnaire service response to the second device, where the questionnaire service response includes the questionnaire.
Optionally, the page information includes a page type;
in an embodiment of the present application, the processing module 402 is specifically configured to:
determining whether the page type is a preset page type, wherein the preset page type comprises at least one of an order payment completion page, an order payment completion to-be-executed page, an order execution completion page, an order after-sale page and a product main page;
and if the page type is determined to be a preset page type, determining a questionnaire corresponding to the page type according to the page type.
Optionally, the questionnaire service request further includes a user identifier;
in an embodiment of the present application, the processing module 402 is specifically configured to:
determining whether the user is a pushing user according to the user identification, wherein the pushing user comprises at least one of a user who is not pushed with a questionnaire within a preset time period, a user who is not closed with the questionnaire operation, an active user and a user whose ordering times are greater than a preset value;
and when the user is determined to be the pushing user, determining a questionnaire corresponding to the page information according to the page information.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of an information processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application, and referring to fig. 7 on the basis of the apparatus shown in fig. 6, the information processing apparatus according to the embodiment further includes: a storage module 404.
After the sending module 403 sends a questionnaire service response to the second device, the receiving module 401 is further configured to receive a questionnaire result from the second device, where the questionnaire result corresponds to a page type;
a storage module 404, configured to store the questionnaire result.
In an embodiment of the present application, the receiving module 401 is further configured to:
receiving questionnaire results of a plurality of users, the questionnaires of the plurality of users being used for investigating the same product or service;
a processing module 402, further configured to:
classifying the questionnaire results of the plurality of users according to page types;
determining the comprehensive score of the questionnaire result corresponding to each page type;
and determining the total score of the product or the service according to the preset weight value of the page type and the comprehensive score of the questionnaire result corresponding to each page type.
In an embodiment of the present application, the receiving module 401 is further configured to: receiving questionnaire issuing information, wherein the questionnaire issuing information comprises at least one questionnaire, and each questionnaire corresponds to at least one page type;
the storage module 404 is further configured to store the questionnaire issuing information to a cache database, where the cache database includes a correspondence between the questionnaire and the page type.
The information processing apparatus provided in this embodiment may execute the technical solution of the first device in any of the method embodiments, and the implementation principle and the technical effect are similar, which are not described herein again.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of an information processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 8, the present embodiment provides an information processing apparatus 500 including: an obtaining module 501, a sending module 502 and a receiving module 503.
An obtaining module 501, configured to obtain page information of a current page visited by a user, where the page information includes a page type;
a sending module 502, configured to send a questionnaire service request to a first device when it is determined that the page type is a preset page type, where the questionnaire service request is used to request a questionnaire corresponding to the page type; the preset page type comprises at least one of an order payment completion page, an order payment completion to-be-executed page, an order execution completion page, an order after-sale page and a product main page;
a receiving module 503, configured to receive a questionnaire service response from the first device, where the questionnaire service response includes the questionnaire.
Optionally, the questionnaire service request further includes a user identifier, where the user identifier is used to indicate whether the user of the first device is a push user;
the pushing users comprise at least one of users who are not pushed with questionnaires within a preset time period, users who do not close questionnaire operation, active users and users whose ordering times are greater than a preset value.
In an embodiment of the present application, the sending module 502 is further configured to send a questionnaire result to the first device, where the questionnaire result corresponds to the page type.
The information processing apparatus provided in this embodiment may execute the technical solution of the second device in any of the method embodiments, and the implementation principle and the technical effect are similar, which are not described herein again.
Fig. 9 is a first hardware configuration diagram of an information processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 9, the information processing apparatus 600 according to the present embodiment includes:
a memory 601;
a processor 602; and
a computer program;
the computer program is stored in the memory 601 and configured to be executed by the processor 602 to implement the technical solution of the first device in any of the above method embodiments, and the implementation principle and the technical effect are similar, and are not described herein again.
Alternatively, the memory 601 may be separate or integrated with the processor 602. When the memory 601 is a device independent of the processor 602, the information processing apparatus 600 further includes: a bus 603 for connecting the memory 601 and the processor 602.
Fig. 10 is a hardware configuration diagram of an information processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 10, the information processing apparatus 700 according to the present embodiment includes:
a memory 701;
a processor 702; and
a computer program;
the computer program is stored in the memory 701 and configured to be executed by the processor 702 to implement the technical solution of the second device in any of the above method embodiments, and the implementation principle and the technical effect are similar, and are not described herein again.
Alternatively, the memory 701 may be separate or integrated with the processor 702. When the memory 701 is a device independent of the processor 702, the information processing apparatus 700 further includes: a bus 703 for connecting the memory 701 and the processor 702.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program is executed by a processor 602 to implement the steps performed by the first device in any of the above method embodiments.
Embodiments of the present application further provide a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program is executed by the processor 702 to implement the steps performed by the second apparatus in any of the above method embodiments.
An embodiment of the present application further provides a chip, including: the device comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program, wherein the computer program is stored in the memory, and the processor runs the computer program to execute the technical scheme of the first device in the method embodiment.
An embodiment of the present application further provides a chip, including: the device comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program, wherein the computer program is stored in the memory, and the processor runs the computer program to execute the technical scheme of the second device in the method embodiment.
It should be understood that the Processor may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), etc. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like. The steps of a method disclosed in connection with the present invention may be embodied directly in a hardware processor, or in a combination of the hardware and software modules within the processor.
The memory may comprise a high-speed RAM memory, and may further comprise a non-volatile storage NVM, such as at least one disk memory, and may also be a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a read-only memory, a magnetic or optical disk, etc.
The bus may be an Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, an Extended ISA (EISA) bus, or the like. The bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. For ease of illustration, the buses in the figures of the present application are not limited to only one bus or one type of bus.
The storage medium may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks. A storage media may be any available media that can be accessed by a general purpose or special purpose computer.
An exemplary storage medium is coupled to the processor such the processor can read information from, and write information to, the storage medium. Of course, the storage medium may also be integral to the processor. The processor and the storage medium may reside in an Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASIC). Of course, the processor and the storage medium may reside as discrete components in an information processing apparatus.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present application, and not for limiting the same; although the present application has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present disclosure as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (13)

1. An information processing method applied to a first device, the method comprising:
receiving a questionnaire service request from second equipment, wherein the questionnaire service request comprises page information of a current access page of a user;
determining a questionnaire corresponding to the page information according to the page information;
sending a questionnaire service response to the second device, the questionnaire service response comprising the questionnaire.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the page information comprises a page type; the determining the questionnaire corresponding to the page information according to the page information includes:
determining whether the page type is a preset page type, wherein the preset page type comprises at least one of an order payment completion page, an order payment completion to-be-executed page, an order execution completion page, an order after-sale page and a product main page;
and if the page type is determined to be a preset page type, determining a questionnaire corresponding to the page type according to the page type.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the questionnaire service request further comprises a user identification; the determining the questionnaire corresponding to the page information according to the page information includes:
determining whether the user is a pushing user according to the user identification, wherein the pushing user comprises at least one of a user who is not pushed with a questionnaire within a preset time period, a user who is not closed with the questionnaire operation, an active user and a user whose ordering times are greater than a preset value;
and when the user is determined to be the pushing user, determining a questionnaire corresponding to the page information according to the page information.
4. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein after sending the questionnaire service response to the second device, the method further comprises:
receiving a questionnaire result from the second device, wherein the questionnaire result corresponds to a page type;
and storing the questionnaire results.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
receiving questionnaire results of a plurality of users, the questionnaires of the plurality of users being used for investigating the same product or service;
classifying the questionnaire results of the plurality of users according to page types;
determining the comprehensive score of the questionnaire result corresponding to each page type;
and determining the total score of the product or the service according to the preset weight value of the page type and the comprehensive score of the questionnaire result corresponding to each page type.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1, 2 or 5,
the method further comprises the following steps:
receiving questionnaire issuing information, wherein the questionnaire issuing information comprises at least one questionnaire, and each questionnaire corresponds to at least one page type;
and storing the questionnaire issuing information to a cache database, wherein the cache database comprises a corresponding relation between the questionnaire and the page type.
7. An information processing method applied to a second device, the method comprising:
acquiring page information of a current access page of a user, wherein the page information comprises a page type;
when the page type is determined to be a preset page type, sending a questionnaire service request to first equipment, wherein the questionnaire service request is used for requesting a questionnaire corresponding to the page type; the preset page type comprises at least one of an order payment completion page, an order payment completion to-be-executed page, an order execution completion page, an order after-sale page and a product main page;
receiving a questionnaire service response from the first device, the questionnaire service response comprising the questionnaire.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the questionnaire service request further comprises a user identifier indicating whether the user is a push user or not;
the pushing users comprise at least one of users who are not pushed with questionnaires within a preset time period, users who do not close questionnaire operation, active users and users whose ordering times are greater than a preset value.
9. An information processing apparatus characterized by comprising:
the system comprises a receiving module, a processing module and a display module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving a questionnaire service request from second equipment, and the questionnaire service request comprises page information of a current access page of a user;
the processing module is used for determining a questionnaire corresponding to the page information according to the page information;
a sending module, configured to send a questionnaire service response to the second device, where the questionnaire service response includes the questionnaire.
10. An information processing apparatus characterized by comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a processing module and a display module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring page information of a current access page of a user, and the page information comprises a page type;
the sending module is used for sending a questionnaire service request to the first equipment when the page type is determined to be the preset page type, wherein the questionnaire service request is used for requesting a questionnaire corresponding to the page type;
the preset page type comprises at least one of an order payment completion page, an order payment completion to-be-executed page, an order execution completion page, an order after-sale page and a product main page.

a memory;

a computer program;
wherein the computer program is stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor to implement the method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
12. An information processing apparatus characterized by comprising:
a memory;
a processor; and
a computer program;
wherein the computer program is stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor to implement the method of claim 7 or 8.
13. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program for execution by a processor to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 6, or the method of claim 7 or 8.
