Description

Scanning file acquisition method, computer device and computer readable storage medium
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of scanned file processing, in particular to a scanned file acquisition method, a computer device for realizing the method and a computer readable storage medium.
Background
Communication between the scanning device and the computer is typically implemented on a dedicated plug-in basis, e.g. an ActiveX plug-in needs to be installed on the local computer. When the scanning operation is needed, the local computer calls an ActiveX plug-in function to drive the scanning equipment to work, and the scanning file is acquired from the scanning equipment.
Because the compatibility of the ActiveX plug-in is poor, the browser of some computers is not compatible with the plug-in, so that the local computer cannot drive the scanning equipment, and the scanning work is affected. For this reason, chinese patent application publication No. CN112860336a discloses a method for previewing and uploading files of Web application, which comprises starting a Windows scanning service program, and then sending scanning information to the Windows scanning service program by WebSocket client; the Windows scanning service program completes file scanning and returns a scanned file information list to the WebSocket client; the WebApi reads the returned scanning file information list to finish scanning preview of the file; and the WebApi reads the returned scanning file information list to finish uploading the file scanning data.
On the other hand, because of the need for internal management of enterprises, different business systems are usually built, and a large number of files are managed by an image system, for example, a large number of scan files need to be saved in the image system, so the image system is an important system for acquiring scan files, saving scan files and previewing files. Because the image system also needs to communicate with other service systems, the communication between the local computer and the image system and the scanning equipment is involved, and how to realize the communication between the image system and the local computer and the scanning equipment is an urgent problem to be solved.
Although the method disclosed in CN112860336a can realize communication with the scanning device without installing a special plug-in on the local computer, the method only realizes communication between the local computer and the scanning device, but for the case that multiple sets of systems exist in the enterprise, such as a newspaper system, a funds management system, an accounting system, an imaging system and a scanning device, the method cannot realize rapid association of an electronic file formed by a paper bill with service information of each service system, cannot perform unified management on the electronic file, and affects service processing, data consistency and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
A first object of the present invention is to provide a scan file acquisition method capable of conveniently implementing communication of a local computer, an imaging system, and a scanning device.
A second object of the present invention is to provide a computer apparatus for implementing the above-mentioned method for acquiring a scanned file.
A third object of the present invention is to provide a computer-readable storage medium embodying the above-described scan file acquisition method.
In order to achieve the first object of the present invention, the method for acquiring a scanned document includes that an imaging system sends a first document scanning instruction to a scanning device to drive the scanning device to execute a scanning operation; after the scanning equipment completes one scanning operation, the scanning file is sent to a scanning service client of a local computer, and the scanning service client sends the scanning file to an image system; the image system outputs the scanned file to a browser of a local computer to realize preview; after the scanning device finishes the current scanning operation, the scanning device sends first scanning completion information to the scanning plug-in server, and the scanning plug-in server sends second scanning completion information to the image system.
According to the scheme, the scanning service client is arranged on the local computer, communication between the local computer and the scanning equipment is realized through the scanning service client, communication between the local computer and the image system is also realized, and communication among the local computer, the scanning equipment and the image system can be established, so that the scanning equipment works more smoothly.
In a preferred embodiment, the sending, by the scanning service client, the scan file to the imaging system includes: and the scanning service client side transmits the scanning file to the image system by using a WebSocket bidirectional communication protocol.
Therefore, the scanning service client communicates with the image system through protocols such as WebSocket, the implementation difficulty of the scanning service client can be simplified, and the development convenience of the scanning service client is improved.
The further scheme is that the scan file sent by the scan service client to the image system is a compressed scan file.
Therefore, the data volume transmitted can be reduced by compressing the scanned file, so that the bandwidth occupied by data transmission is reduced, and the speed of transmitting the scanned file to an image system is also improved.
In a further scheme, before the image system sends a file scanning instruction to the scanning equipment, the local computer sends a second file scanning instruction to the image system; preferably, the second file scanning instruction is sent to the image system through a browser of the local computer.
Therefore, the computer can send the second file scanning instruction to the image system through the browser, so that the image system is triggered to send the first file scanning instruction to the scanning equipment, namely, the user drives the scanning equipment to work.
In a further scheme, after the image system receives the scanned file, the received scanned file is stored in the file server.
Therefore, the image system can uniformly store the scanned files through the file server, so that subsequent operations such as searching the scanned files, associating the service and the like can be facilitated, for example, when the service system needs to acquire the scanned files from the image system, the related scanned files can be quickly acquired from the file server through the query function provided by the image system.
In a further scheme, after the image system receives the second scanning completion information, the scanning file is hung on the service carrier, the electronic file data of the service carrier is stored in the image system, and the association relation between the electronic file data and the service carrier is also stored in the image system.
Therefore, the scan file and the corresponding business carrier are stored in association, for example, the scan file and the corresponding account-reporting credentials of the invoice and the like are stored together, so that the follow-up operations of checking, checking and the like on the invoice and the like can be facilitated.
In order to achieve the second object, the present invention provides a computer apparatus including a processor and a memory, wherein the memory stores a computer program, and the computer program implements each step of the scan file obtaining method when executed by the processor.
In order to achieve the third object described above, the present invention provides a computer program stored on a computer readable storage medium, which when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the scan file acquisition method described above.

FIG. 2 is a flow chart of an embodiment of a scan file acquisition method of the present invention.
The invention is further described below with reference to the drawings and examples.
Detailed Description
The method for acquiring the scanning file is used for communication among a local computer, an image system and a scanning device, and particularly the local computer performs scanning operation by operating the image system and driving the scanning device. The local computer device is provided with a processor and a memory, wherein the memory stores a computer program, and the processor executes the computer program to realize the scanning file acquisition method.
Scanning file acquisition method embodiment:
referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment relates to a local computer 10, an image system 20 and a scanning device 30, where the local computer 10 runs a browser 11 and a scanning service client 12, and the local computer 10 may directly communicate with the image system 20, for example, the browser 11 may send an instruction to the image system 20 and receive data transmitted by the image system 20, the image system 20 may send an instruction to the scanning device 30, and the scanning device 30 may send a scan file to the scanning service client 12.
The process of acquiring a scan file according to the present embodiment will be described below with reference to fig. 2. First, when a user needs to acquire a scanned file, the browser 11 is run on the local computer 10, and an instruction is sent to the image system through the browser 11, that is, the process a shown in fig. 1, for example, a second file scanning instruction is sent to the image system, at this time, the image system 20 acquires the instruction sent by the browser 11, and performs an operation that needs to perform scanning.
In this embodiment, the local computer 10 and the image system 20 can communicate via a network, for example, the local computer 10 and the image system 20 are respectively disposed in different areas, and the local computer 11 does not directly drive the scanning device 30, but the image system 20 drives the scanning device based on data security and consideration of electronic file formation and business-related integrated application. Therefore, after receiving the second file scanning instruction, the imaging system 20 executes step S1 to send the first file scanning instruction to the scanning device 30, for example, the process B shown in fig. 1.
In this embodiment, the imaging system 20 and the scanning device 30 may communicate with each other through a WebSocket bidirectional communication protocol, for example, the imaging system 20 sends a first file scanning instruction to the scanning device 30 by using the WebSocket protocol. Since the websocket protocol is a general data communication protocol, data communication between the imaging system 20 and the scanning device 30 can be made simple and easy to implement.
Preferably, the first document scanning instruction sent by the image system 20 to the scanning device 30 includes a driving instruction of the scanning device 30, so as to drive the scanning device 30 to perform a scanning operation. When the scanning device 30 receives the driving instruction, it starts to perform a scanning operation, for example, scanning for a bill such as an invoice.
Then, the scanning device performs step S2, and after each scanning operation is completed, the scanning device 30 scans the file into the scanning service client 12 of the local computer 10, that is, performs the process C shown in fig. 1. Specifically, after the scanning device 30 starts and executes the scanning operation, a scanning monitoring program is triggered to monitor whether the current scanning operation is executed, and if so, the data obtained by scanning is transmitted to the scanning service client 12 of the local computer 10. The scanning device 30 may communicate with the local computer 10 over a network, and the scanning device 30 transmits scan-acquired data to the scanning service client 12 in only one direction, but the scanning device 30 does not directly receive instructions transmitted by the local computer 10.
Then, the local computer 10 performs step S3, the scan service client 12 performs processing such as conversion and compression on the scanned data, and transmits the processed data to the imaging system 20 via the websocket protocol, that is, performs the process D shown in fig. 1. Since the scan file sent by the scan device 30 is in a byte mode, the imaging system 20 does not necessarily support displaying the file in the format, and in order to facilitate the imaging system 20 to be able to parse the file, the scan service client 12 converts the scan file, for example, to perform format conversion. In addition, if the data size of the scanned file is too large, the image system 20 receives a larger file, on one hand, a larger storage space is needed to store the scanned file, and on the other hand, the bandwidth resource used for transmitting the scanned file is larger, so as to solve the problem, the scan service client 12 compresses the scanned file, and sends the compressed scanned file to the image system 20.
After receiving the scanned file, the imaging system 20 stores the scanned file on a file server. For example, the file server may be a server independent of the imaging system 20, and the imaging system 20 transmits the scanned file to the file server via a network and stores the scanned file in the file server. Of course, the file server may be a part of the disk space of the server where the image system 20 is located, that is, the image system 20 stores the scanned file in its own server.
In order to facilitate the user to browse the document scanned by the scanning device 30, the image system 20 executes step S4 to output the scanned document to the preview interface of the image system 20. The imaging system 20 can obtain the scan file to be previewed from the file server, and the imaging system 20 can open the scan file because the scan file has undergone format conversion. If the scanned document is a compressed document, then the imaging system 20 may also decompress the scanned document for display.
The browser 11 of the local computer 10 receives the preview interface information sent by the imaging system, for example, executes the E process of fig. 1. Preferably, the preview image sent by the imaging system 20 to the browser 11 is in an image format, such as JPG format, so that the local computer 10 can conveniently display the preview interface on the browser 20. In this way, the user can conveniently view the content scanned by the scanning device 30, for example, determine whether the content scanned by the scanning device 30 is wrong, or the scanning is unclear, or the like.
Next, step S5 is performed, and the scanning device 30 determines whether the current scanning operation is completed, and if the scanning is completed, it is considered that the current scanning is completed. At this point, the scanning device 20 will trigger the scanning device monitor program, and the scanning device 30 sends the first scan completion information to the scan plug-in server to indicate that the current scan job is completed. The scan plug-in server may be a remote server that communicates with multiple scan devices and monitors the operation of each scan device to determine if each scan device is abnormal. But the scan plug-in server receives the first scan completion information sent by the scan device 30, knows that the scan device 30 has completed the current scan operation,
then, the scan plug-in server performs step S6 to send second scan completion information to the imaging system to inform the imaging system 20 that the current scan operation has been completed. In this way, the imaging system 20 knows that the currently received scan file is the last scan file, and stops the receiving operation of the scan file.
Finally, the imaging system 20 performs step S7 to attach the scanned document to the service carrier, for example, to the service document. For example, when the currently scanned document is an invoice, the image system 20 acquires the scanned document of the invoice, and then hangs the scanned document of the invoice on the service carrier, that is, stores the association relationship between the scanned document of the invoice and the service carrier, so that the scanned document is associated with the service carrier. Preferably, the file server stores information of the service carrier associated with the scanned file, and when the imaging system 20 receives the second scanning completion information, the scanned file scanned at the present time is associated with the associated service carrier for storage.
In this embodiment, the image system 20 can implement various functions, for example, the basic functions of the image system 20 include electronic file collection, file storage, online file previewing, etc., where the electronic file collection includes obtaining a scanned file by the scanning device 30, for example, converting a paper file of a certificate such as an invoice into an electronic file, and storing the electronic file.
In addition, the image system 20 may provide public services to a plurality of business systems, for example, a financial system, a contract management system, and other business systems, which may obtain corresponding electronic files, for example, a scan of an invoice, through the image system 20. Thus, the plurality of service systems can use the public service provided by the image system 20, so that repeated functions of the service systems, such as file uploading, file storage and the like, are avoided, and the development difficulty of the plurality of service systems can be simplified. In addition, since the image system 20 performs unified management on the electronic files, the same electronic file can be referenced for the same service, repeated scanning is avoided, uniformity of the electronic files acquired by the service systems can be ensured, and basic data used by the service systems are ensured to be the same.
In addition, since the electronic files collected by the plurality of business systems are uniformly managed by the image system 20, the same file can be rapidly cited in the plurality of business systems and can be simultaneously read on one business chain, for example, after the contract file is uploaded in the account reporting system, the contract can be checked in the fund payment system, so that the collaborative work of the plurality of business systems can be facilitated, and the operation efficiency in enterprises can be improved.
Because the communication between the local computer, the image system and the scanning device can be realized, and any plug-in unit is not required to run on the image system, the image system can realize the communication with the scanning device through the websocket protocol, and the normal driving of the scanning device can be ensured.
