Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic flow chart of an embodiment of solution quality detection in a fresh air humidity control method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, where the solution quality detection method includes steps 601 to 603:
step 601, according to the target change mass, absorbing or separating out water vapor through the solution, and adjusting the humidity of the fresh air.
In some embodiments of the present invention, adjusting the humidity of the fresh air by absorbing or desorbing water vapor from the solution according to the target change quality comprises: determining a humidity adjusting mode of the fresh air according to the target variable quantity, absorbing or separating out water vapor according to the humidity adjusting mode of the fresh air, and adjusting the humidity of the fresh air; specifically, the method comprises the steps of a 1-a 3:
step a1, judging whether the target change quality is larger than 0, and determining the humidity adjusting mode of the fresh air. Judging whether the target change quality is greater than 0; if the target change mass is larger than 0, indicating that the water vapor in the fresh air needs to be absorbed through the solution, and increasing the mass of the solution, judging that the humidity adjusting mode of the fresh air is dehumidification; if the target change mass is less than 0, indicating that the water in the solution needs to be separated out, reducing the mass of the solution, and increasing the mass of the water vapor in the fresh air, judging that the humidity adjusting mode of the fresh air is humidification; if the target change quality is equal to 0, which indicates that the humidity of the fresh air is not adjusted, the first fresh air valve R1 and the second fresh air valve R2 are opened, and the outdoor fresh air is introduced into the room.
Step a2, if the humidity adjusting mode of the fresh air is humidification, the temperature of the solution is increased to separate out the moisture in the solution, and the fresh air is humidified. Wherein, through improving the moisture in the solution temperature precipitation solution, can heat solution through opening the electric heat module, improve the temperature of solution, precipitate moisture in the solution.
Step a3, if the humidity adjusting mode of the fresh air is dehumidification, absorbing the water vapor in the fresh air through the solution to dehumidify the fresh air.
Step 602, obtaining the current mass of the solution and the initial mass of the solution, and obtaining the actual change mass of the solution according to the current mass and the initial mass.
In some embodiments of the invention, the current quality of the solution in the fresh air humidity adjusting process can be collected through a sensor, the initial quality is subtracted from the current quality to obtain the actual change quality of the solution, the actual change quality of the solution is compared with the target change quality, if the actual change quality of the solution is smaller than the target change quality, the actual change quality of the solution is judged not to reach the target change quality, and if the actual change quality of the solution is larger than or equal to the target change quality, the actual change quality of the solution is judged to reach the target change quality. Wherein the sensor 106 may be a pressure sensor or a weight sensor.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the actual changing quality of the solution may be monitored in real time by detecting the current quality of the solution in real time.
And 603, if the actual change quality reaches the target change quality, transmitting the fresh air with the humidity adjusted to the indoor.
In some embodiments of the present invention, when the actual variation quality reaches the target variation quality, which indicates that the humidity of the fresh air reaches the target humidity, the humidity adjustment in the fresh air is completed, and the second fresh air valve R2 is opened, so as to adjust the rotation speed of the fresh air motor 104 to the first preset rotation speed, and transfer the humidity-adjusted fresh air to the room.
In some embodiments of the invention, when the actual change quality does not reach the target change quality, which indicates that the fresh air humidity does not meet the target humidity, the solution continues to absorb or separate out water vapor to adjust the fresh air humidity.
In some embodiments of the present invention, in order to reduce the time for humidifying the fresh air, when the actual change quality does not reach the target change quality, the rotation speed of the fresh air motor 104 is reduced, the contact time between the fresh air and the solution is increased for a long time, the temperature of the solution is raised, the separation of vapor in the solution is accelerated, and the time for humidifying the fresh air is reduced.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the target change quality of the solution is determined according to the target humidity change quantity, the humidity quantity of the fresh air needing to be adjusted is converted into the quality needing to be increased or decreased in the solution, the monitoring difficulty of the humidity change quantity of the fresh air is reduced, and the humidity adjustment and monitoring of the fresh air are facilitated; in the process of adjusting the humidity of the fresh air through the solution, the actual change quality of the solution is detected in real time, and the humidity change condition of the fresh air is monitored in real time.
In some embodiments of the present invention, during the process of adjusting the humidity of the fresh air through the solution, the change condition of the humidity of the fresh air can be obtained by monitoring the pressure change of the solution, specifically, as shown in the drawing, fig. 7 is a schematic flow diagram of another embodiment of adjusting the fresh air humidity in the fresh air humidity control method provided in an embodiment of the present invention, where the illustrated fresh air humidity adjustment method includes steps 701 to 705:
and 701, determining a target pressure difference value of the solution according to the target humidity variation.
The pressure difference is used for quantifying the pressure change of the solution caused by absorbing or separating out water vapor in the process of adjusting the humidity of fresh air.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the target pressure difference of the solution corresponding to the target humidity variation may be obtained according to a preset humidity-pressure mapping relationship, where the preset humidity-pressure mapping relationship may be a data table, such as a humidity-pressure mapping table, and the preset humidity-pressure mapping relationship may also be a data model, such as a preset humidity-pressure data fitting model. Illustratively, when the preset mapping relationship between humidity and pressure is a humidity and pressure mapping table, the preset humidity and pressure mapping table corresponding to the type of the solution is obtained, and according to the target humidity variation, the target pressure difference value of the solution corresponding to the target humidity variation is obtained through the preset humidity and pressure mapping table. And when the preset mapping relation between the humidity and the pressure is a preset data fitting model between the humidity and the pressure, inputting the target humidity variable quantity into the preset data fitting model between the humidity and the pressure, and obtaining a target pressure difference value of the solution corresponding to the target humidity variable quantity through data fitting.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a target pressure coefficient corresponding to the target humidity variation may be determined according to the target humidity variation, and a target pressure difference of the solution may be calculated according to the target pressure coefficient and the target humidity variation. The pressure coefficient is similar to the mass coefficient and used for establishing a transformation coefficient between the humidity variation and the pressure difference, and the solution pressure difference corresponding to the humidity variation can be solved through the pressure coefficient. In some embodiments of the invention, the pressure coefficient may be tested by an earlier stage experiment to obtain a transformation coefficient between the humidity variation and the pressure difference of the fresh air.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a target pressure coefficient corresponding to the target humidity variation is determined according to the target humidity variation, and a target pressure difference of the solution is calculated according to the target pressure coefficient and the target humidity variation, which is similar to the method for obtaining the target variation quality of the solution according to the target humidity variation in step 401 and is not described here again.
At step 702, an initial pressure of the solution is obtained.
The initial pressure is the initial pressure of the solution when the fresh air mode is started and the humidity of the solution is not adjusted.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the initial pressure of the solution may be collected by a pressure sensor at the bottom of the solution module 103, when a fresh air mode opening instruction is received, the pressure of the solution at this time is collected by the pressure sensor as the initial pressure, after the initial pressure is obtained, the fresh air motor 104 is started, the second fresh air valve R2 is closed, the first fresh air valve R1 is opened, the outdoor fresh air is introduced into the solution module 103, the fresh air motor 104 is controlled to operate at the first preset rotation speed for a preset time, and when the operation time of the fresh air motor 104 reaches the preset time, the first fresh air valve R1 is closed.
And 703, controlling a fresh air motor in the air conditioner to fuse fresh air and the solution, and controlling the solution to separate out water vapor into the fresh air or to absorb the water vapor in the fresh air.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the method for controlling the fresh air motor in the air conditioner to fuse the fresh air and the solution is similar to the method for controlling the fresh air motor in the air conditioner to introduce the outdoor fresh air in step 402, and the method is not described herein again.
And 704, detecting the current pressure of the solution, and obtaining the pressure difference of the solution according to the initial pressure and the current pressure.
The current pressure is the solution pressure collected in the process of contacting the fresh air with the solution. In some embodiments of the present invention, the current pressure of the solution may be collected in real time by a pressure sensor at the bottom of the solution module 103.
In some embodiments of the invention, the pressure difference of the solution is obtained by subtracting the current pressure from the initial pressure, and is compared with the target pressure difference, if the pressure difference is greater than or equal to the target pressure difference, which indicates that the water vapor absorbed or precipitated in the solution meets the target humidity variation requirement of the fresh air, the pressure difference is judged to reach the target pressure difference; if the pressure difference is smaller than the target pressure difference, the fact that the water vapor absorbed or precipitated in the solution does not reach the target humidity variation requirement of the fresh air is indicated, and then the fact that the pressure difference does not reach the target pressure difference is judged.
Step 705, if the pressure difference reaches the target pressure difference, the fresh air with the humidity adjusted is transmitted to the indoor.
In some embodiments of the present invention, if the pressure difference reaches the target pressure difference, the humidity adjustment in the fresh air is completed, the second fresh air valve R2 is opened, the rotation speed of the fresh air motor 104 is adjusted to a second preset rotation speed, and the humidity-adjusted fresh air is delivered to the room through the fresh air motor 104.
In the fresh air humidity adjusting process, the pressure difference of the solution is detected to obtain the amount of water vapor separated out or absorbed in the solution, so that the humidity variation of the fresh air is determined, the monitoring difficulty of the humidity variation of the fresh air is reduced, and the humidity adjusting and monitoring of the fresh air are facilitated.
In some embodiments of the present invention, in order to further reduce energy consumption of fresh air in a humidity adjustment process and achieve recycling of a solution, after the humidity adjustment is completed, an amount of the solution is detected, and whether to regenerate the solution is determined, where regenerating the solution refers to analyzing water out of the solution with saturated water and reducing water in the solution, and after the fresh air is dehumidified by absorbing water vapor in the fresh air, the amount of water in the solution reaches a maximum amount, so that the solution cannot continuously absorb water vapor in the fresh air. As shown in fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic flow chart of an embodiment of solution regeneration in a fresh air humidity control method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, and the solution regeneration method includes steps 801 to 803:
step 801, collecting at least one quantity of mass, concentration and pressure of a solution.
It is understood that the mass of the solution is collected, and whether the solution is regenerated or not is determined through the mass of the solution; collecting the pressure of the solution, and determining whether to regenerate the solution according to the pressure of the solution; the concentration of the solution is collected, and whether the solution is regenerated or not is determined by the concentration of the solution.
And step 802, judging whether the amount of the solution reaches a preset amount threshold value, and determining whether the solution is regenerated.
The preset quantity threshold value refers to the mass of the corresponding solution, the concentration of the solution or the pressure of the solution when the water content in the solution reaches the maximum value.
In some embodiments of the present invention, determining whether the amount of the solution reaches a preset amount threshold to determine whether the solution is regenerated includes: if the amount of the solution reaches a preset amount threshold value, regenerating the solution; and if the amount of the solution does not reach a preset amount threshold value, continuously adjusting the humidity of the fresh air. In some embodiments of the present invention, the amount of the solution is compared with a preset amount threshold, and if the amount of the solution is greater than or equal to the preset amount threshold, indicating that the moisture in the solution reaches the maximum amount, the amount of the solution is determined to reach the preset amount threshold; and if the amount of the solution is smaller than the preset amount threshold value, which indicates that the water in the solution does not reach the maximum amount, judging that the amount of the solution does not reach the preset amount threshold value. For example, when the amount of the solution is the pressure of the solution, the preset amount threshold is a preset pressure threshold, the pressure of the solution is compared with the preset pressure threshold, if the pressure of the solution is greater than or equal to the preset pressure threshold, it is determined that the amount of the solution reaches the preset amount threshold, and if the pressure of the solution is less than the preset pressure threshold, it is determined that the amount of the solution does not reach the preset amount threshold. For example, when the amount of the solution is the mass of the solution, the preset amount threshold is a preset mass threshold, the mass of the solution is compared with the preset mass threshold, if the mass of the solution is greater than or equal to the preset mass threshold, it is determined that the amount of the solution reaches the preset amount threshold, and if the mass of the solution is less than the preset mass threshold, it is determined that the amount of the solution does not reach the preset amount threshold. In some embodiments of the present invention, the amount of the solution is compared with a preset amount threshold, and if the amount of the solution is less than or equal to the preset amount threshold, indicating that the moisture in the solution reaches the maximum amount, the amount of the solution is determined to reach the preset amount threshold; if the amount of the solution is greater than the preset amount threshold, which indicates that the moisture in the solution does not reach the maximum amount, determining that the amount of the solution does not reach the preset amount threshold, for example, when the amount of the solution is the concentration of the solution, the preset amount threshold is a preset concentration threshold, comparing the concentration of the solution with a preset mass concentration, if the concentration of the solution is less than or equal to the preset concentration threshold, determining that the amount of the solution reaches the preset amount threshold, and if the solubility of the solution is less than the preset concentration threshold, determining that the amount of the solution does not reach the preset amount threshold.
In step 803, if the solution is regenerated, the amount of the solution is decreased by increasing the temperature of the solution.
In some embodiments of the present invention, if the solution is to be regenerated, the second fresh air valve R2 is closed, the first fresh air valve R1 is opened, the temperature of the solution is raised by opening the electric heating film block 107, moisture in the solution is separated out, the air in the solution module 103 absorbs part of the moisture, the fresh air motor 104 is controlled to rotate in the reverse direction at the preset first rotation speed, and the air after moisture absorption is discharged to the outside.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the current amount of the solution is detected, whether the current amount of the solution is less than or equal to the initial amount of the solution is determined, if the current amount of the solution is less than or equal to the initial amount of the solution, the regeneration of the solution is completed, if the current amount of the solution is greater than the initial amount of the solution, the regeneration of the solution is not completed, and the water in the solution is continuously separated out to regenerate the solution. Wherein the current amount of the solution refers to a current mass of the solution or a current pressure of the solution, and the initial amount of the solution refers to an initial mass of the solution or an initial pressure of the solution.
According to the embodiment of the invention, after the solution is dehumidified, the amount of the solution is detected, whether the solution is regenerated or not is judged, and the water in the solution is separated out by raising the temperature of the solution, so that the solution is recycled, and the environment-friendly and energy-saving effects are achieved.

step 1001, acquiring a water vapor saturation partial pressure corresponding to the outdoor temperature, and acquiring a preset atmospheric pressure threshold.
