The crude lead produced by reducing and smelting lead-containing materials such as lead ore or waste lead-acid storage batteries contains impurities such as antimony, tin, arsenic, iron, cadmium, copper, silver, bismuth and the like, and the purity can meet the requirements of users only after refining and impurity removal. The crude lead refining comprises fire refining and wet refining, the fire refining has high production efficiency, the lead turnover is fast, the equipment is simple, but the production process is long; the wet refining process is short, the lead recovery rate is high, but the turnover is slow, the occupied capital is large, and the occupied area of equipment is large; therefore, lead smelters at home and abroad are widely applied to fire refining, a lead melting refining pot is indispensable equipment in the production processes of fire refining impurity removal and alloy blending, and lead liquid is required to be put into a mould of an ingot casting machine to be cooled to obtain a finished lead ingot after the crude lead refining or the alloy blending is finished.
At present, the traditional method for transferring lead liquid from a lead pot to an ingot casting mold is to directly inject the lead liquid into the ingot casting mold through a pipeline by using a lead pump, and the defects that lead cannot be placed at a constant speed and the lead placing amount is accurately controlled exist; lead flow scouring during lead discharge causes easy oxidation of lead liquid, the slag rate is increased, and serious burning loss of easily oxidized alloy elements in the alloy affects the product quality.

the valve core is positioned in the central hole of the valve body, the upper end of the valve body is connected with a valve cover, the valve core is locked in the valve body through the valve cover, and the upper end of the valve body is provided with an external thread which is connected with an internal thread of the valve cover; the side wall of the valve body is provided with a hole which is through in the radial direction, the holes on the two sides of the side wall are extended outwards to form a conduction pipe, and the end of the conduction pipe is connected with a liquid inlet flange and a liquid outlet flange respectively; a positioning hole is formed in the bottom of the valve body, an ejector pin bolt is connected to the positioning hole and penetrates through the positioning hole to be supported at the bottom of the valve core; the upper end of the valve core penetrates out of the valve cover through the valve core rod, and a wrench is connected to the valve core rod; the side wall of the valve core is provided with a through hole, and the through hole of the valve core corresponds to the through hole of the valve body; pulling the wrench, and rotating the valve core in the valve body; the through hole rotated to the valve core is communicated with the through hole of the valve body, and the lead releasing valve is in an opening state, or the through hole rotated to the valve core is not communicated with the through hole of the valve body, and the lead releasing valve is in a closing state.
The valve body center hole is an inner taper hole, the valve core is an outer taper valve core, the inner taper hole is matched with the taper of the outer taper valve core, and a taper sealing surface is arranged between the two taper surfaces.

Due to the adoption of the technical scheme of putting lead at the bottom of the pot, qualified lead liquid does not need to be pumped into a casting mould by a lead pump. The lead placing pipe is positioned at the bottom of the lead melting pot, forms a small included angle with the bottom of the pot upwards and is positioned in the hearth, so that the temperature of the lead placing pipe is always kept above the melting point of lead, and lead liquid in the pipe cannot be blocked due to solidification during lead placing; before lead is put, a wrench is used for opening a lead putting valve to adjust the proper flow and flow rate, and the qualified lead liquid is put into a casting mold, so that the phenomena that the lead liquid is easy to oxidize, the slag rate is improved and alloy elements which are easy to oxidize in the alloy are seriously burnt and damaged due to the fact that lead pump lead generates lead flow and the lead is washed can be avoided.
