At present, the traditional method for transferring lead liquid from a lead pot to an ingot casting mold is to directly inject the lead liquid into the ingot casting mold through a pipeline by using a lead pump, and the defects that lead cannot be placed at a constant speed and the lead placing amount is accurately controlled exist; lead flow scouring during lead discharge causes easy oxidation of lead liquid, the slag rate is increased, and serious burning loss of easily oxidized alloy elements in the alloy affects the product quality.

The lead placing pipe is positioned at the bottom of the lead melting pot, forms a small included angle with the bottom of the pot upwards and is positioned in the hearth, so that the temperature of the lead placing pipe is always kept above the melting point of lead, and lead liquid in the pipe cannot be blocked due to solidification during lead placing; before lead is put, a wrench is used for opening a lead putting valve to adjust the proper flow and flow rate, and the qualified lead liquid is put into a casting mold, so that the phenomena that the lead liquid is easy to oxidize, the slag rate is improved and alloy elements which are easy to oxidize in the alloy are seriously burnt and damaged due to the fact that lead pump lead generates lead flow and the lead is washed can be avoided.
