Background
The paper making process produces a large amount of waste water, and the treatment of the waste water produces a large amount of sludge, the main components of which are residual pulp, calcium carbonate powder, china clay powder, modified starch and some other organic or inorganic additives, so that the sludge is usually dewatered by equipment when the waste water is treated.

The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art and provides sludge dewatering equipment for treating wastewater of a paper mill.

Preferably, the striking mechanism comprises a third spring and a supporting block, the third spring is connected with the supporting frame through a bolt, the supporting block is connected with the third spring through a bolt, and a plurality of striking rods are fixed on the outer wall of the top of the supporting block.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the invention, through the guide plate, the air bag, the guide pipe and the air nozzle, when sludge is conveyed onto the guide plate, one side of the guide plate can be deviated due to impact force on the guide plate when the sludge falls, and the other side of the guide plate can be tilted, at the moment, the scraper can be contacted with the transmission belt along with the tilting of the guide plate, so that the sludge adhered to the transmission belt is scraped through the scraper, the sludge is prevented from being adhered to the surface of the transmission belt due to the viscosity of the sludge, interference on the dehydration of the sludge is avoided, when the elasticity of the first spring is greater than the impact force of the sludge on the guide plate, the guide plate can be restored under the action of the first spring, at the moment, the scraper can be far away from the transmission belt, the surface of the transmission belt is prevented from being abraded due to the long-term contact between the scraper and the transmission belt, in addition, the guide plate can compress the air bag when swinging back and forth, the inside gas of gasbag can pass through the surface that pipe and gas nozzle sprayed to the drive belt after receiving the compression to water stain of adhesion is handled on the surface of drive belt through the air current that erupts, thereby be convenient for improve the dehydration effect of mud, prevent because water stain adhesion is on the surface of drive belt, thereby lead to the humidity increase of mud, and then cause the interference to the dehydration of mud.

Referring to fig. 1-3, a sludge dewatering device for treating wastewater in a paper mill comprises a box body 1 and a dewatering tank 5, wherein the box body 1 is connected with the dewatering tank 5 through a bolt, a heating chamber 2 is arranged between the box body 1 and the dewatering tank 5, the inner wall of the heating chamber 2 is connected with a heater through a bolt, an inlet 8 and a discharge port are respectively arranged at two ends of the outer wall at one side of the heating chamber 2, sealing plugs are respectively arranged on the inner walls of the inlet 8 and the discharge port, a sewage inlet pipe 10 is arranged between the outer wall at the top of the box body 1 and the outer wall at the top of the dewatering tank 5, a supporting plate 9 is connected with the outer wall at the top of the box body 1 through a bolt, a sewage inlet 30 is arranged at one side of the outer wall at the top of the supporting plate 9, the inner wall of the sewage inlet 30 is welded with the sewage inlet pipe 10, two fixing frames 16 are connected with one side of the outer wall at the top of the supporting plate 9 through a bolt, a rotating roller 18 is rotatably connected between the outer walls at the opposite sides of the two fixing frames 16 through a bearing, a transmission belt 13 is rotatably connected between the two rotating rollers 18, a motor is connected to the outer wall of one side of one of the fixing frames 16 through a bolt, the motor is fixedly connected with the rotating rollers 18, protective belts 12 are arranged on the outer walls of the two sides of the transmission belt 13, a guide plate 11 is connected to the outer wall of one side of one of the fixing frames 16 through a hinge, a first spring 20 is connected between the guide plate 11 and one of the fixing frames 16 through a bolt, an air bag 19 is arranged between the guide plate 11 and one of the fixing frames 16, a guide pipe 21 is arranged on the outer wall of one side of the air bag 19, a fixing block 23 is connected to the outer wall of the top of the supporting plate 9 through a bolt, an air nozzle 25 is arranged on the outer wall of one side of the fixing block 23, the air nozzle 25 is connected with the guide pipe 21 through a flange, a scraper 29 is connected to the outer wall of one side of the guide plate 11 through a bolt, when sludge is conveyed to the guide plate 11, one side of the guide plate 11 can be deviated due to the impact force of the sludge when the sludge falls down, and the other side of the guide plate 11 is tilted, at this time, the scraper 29 contacts with the transmission belt 13 along with the tilting of the guide plate 11, so that the sludge adhered to the transmission belt 13 is scraped by the scraper 29, and the sludge is prevented from adhering to the surface of the transmission belt 13 due to the viscosity of the sludge, thereby causing interference on the dehydration of the sludge, when the elasticity of the first spring 20 is greater than the impact force of the sludge on the guide plate 11, the guide plate 11 is restored under the action of the first spring 20, at this time, the scraper 29 is far away from the transmission belt 13, thereby preventing the surface of the transmission belt 13 from being worn due to the contact between the scraper 29 and the transmission belt 13 for a long time, in addition, the guide plate 11 compresses the air bag 19 during the reciprocating swing, the air in the air bag 19 is compressed and then sprayed to the surface of the transmission belt 13 through the guide pipe 21 and the air nozzle 25, so that the water stain adhered to the surface of the transmission belt 13 is treated by the sprayed air flow, thereby be convenient for improve the dehydration effect of mud, prevent because the surface of water stain adhesion at drive belt 13 to lead to the humidity increase of mud, and then cause the interference to the dehydration of mud.
According to the invention, the outer wall of the transmission belt 13 is provided with a plurality of through holes 17, two sides of the outer wall of the top of the support plate 9 are both connected with the connecting plates 14 through bolts, the two connecting plates 14 are connected with the water collecting tank 15 through bolts, the water collecting tank 15 is positioned between the two rotating rollers 18, when the transmission belt 13 is used for conveying sludge, sewage can be collected into the water collecting tank 15 through the through holes 17, and the situation that the transmission belt 13 is damaged due to the fact that the transmission belt 13 is subjected to large pressure caused by the heavy gravity of the sewage and the sludge is prevented.

On the basis, spout 31 has been seted up to the top outer wall of backup pad 9, the inner wall sliding connection of spout 31 has slider 32, pass through bolted connection between slider 32 and the clean board 26, there is second spring 24 through bolted connection between slider 32 and the spout 31, clean mechanism 22 can carry out reciprocating motion under the effect of second spring 24 and the pulling force of baffle 11, and clean mechanism 22 can take place the friction when reciprocating motion between with drive belt 13, thereby the water stain of adhesion carries out drying process on drive belt 13 through the heat that produces during the friction, thereby further improve the dewatering effect of mud.
In the invention, the outer wall of the bottom of the dewatering tank 5 is provided with a drain outlet, the inner wall of the drain outlet is provided with a tank cover 3, and the outer wall of the top of the tank cover 3 is provided with a plurality of filtering holes 4, so that the sludge can be further dewatered.

Referring to fig. 1 and 4-6, a sludge dewatering device for treating wastewater in a paper mill, compared with embodiment 1, on the basis of embodiment 1, a dispersion mechanism 7 is arranged in a position close to the top inside a dewatering tank 5, the dispersion mechanism 7 comprises a dispersion frame and a dispersion mechanism 35, the dispersion frame is connected with the dispersion mechanism 35 through bolts, the dispersion mechanism 35 comprises a splitter plate 38 and guide vanes 39, the splitter plate 38 is connected with the guide vanes 39 through bolts, the guide vanes 39 are wavy, the outer wall of one side of the splitter plate 38 is provided with a plurality of convex teeth 40, the convex teeth 40 and the guide vanes 39 are alternately distributed on the outer wall of the splitter plate 38, when sludge falls onto the guide vanes 39, the guide vanes 39 can drive the splitter plate 38 to rotate due to the gravity of the sludge and the impact force generated when the sludge falls, so as to dewater the sludge through the centrifugal force generated when the sludge rotates, in addition, the flow velocity difference between the sludge and the sewage is caused by the convex teeth 40, thereby facilitating the further dehydration treatment of the sludge.

Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 7 to 9, a sludge dewatering apparatus for paper mill wastewater treatment, compared to example 1, on the basis of the embodiment 1, the inside of the dewatering tank 5 is provided with the stirring mechanism 6, the stirring mechanism 6 comprises a support frame 44, stirring blades 45 and an impact mechanism 46, the support frame 44 is fixedly connected with the dewatering tank 5, the support frame 44 is rotatably connected with the stirring blades 45 through a bearing, the stirring blades 45 comprise a rotating shaft 47, a rotating disc 48 and blades 49, the rotating shaft 47 is fixedly connected with the rotating disc 48, the blades 49 are connected with the rotating disc 48 through bolts, the blades 49 are spiral in shape, when sludge is contacted with the blades 49, can make blade 49 drive pivot 47 rotate under the effect of mud to the rotation through blade 49 can stir the processing to mud, thereby is convenient for further break up the processing to mud.
On the basis, the impact mechanism 46 comprises a third spring 51 and a supporting block 50, the third spring 51 is connected with the supporting frame 44 through bolts, the supporting block 50 is connected with the third spring 51 through bolts, the outer wall of the top of the supporting block 50 is connected with a plurality of impact rods 52 through bolts, part of sludge can be in contact with the impact rods 52, the impact rods 52 are driven by the supporting block 50 to swing back and forth due to the effect of the sludge and the elastic force of the third spring 51, and accordingly the agglomerated sludge is further crushed, and the sludge dewatering effect is improved.
