A quick-opening bottle cap structure as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the shoulder of the bottle (1) is equiangularly provided with a plurality of upwardly protruding bottle shoulder limiting points (12); correspondingly, the lower end surface of the inner cover (2) is provided with an equal number of inner cover limiting blocks (23) in a downward protruding mode; the inner cover limiting blocks (23) are matched and corresponding to the bottle shoulder limiting points (12) one by one.
