技术领域
本发明涉及耐高温管材技术领域,具体为一种耐高温变色复合管材。
背景技术
管道是用管子、管子联接件和阀门等联接成的用于输送气体、液体或带固体颗粒的流体的装置。塑料管材具有质量轻、强度高、制造方法简单、经济成本低廉、加工使用便捷、耐腐蚀、寿命长等优点,逐渐逐渐取代金属、水泥等管材,成为城市建设、农村水网铺设、电气传输等领域的主要应用管材。作为化工新材料领域中的一个重要组成部分,改性塑料管材的研发已成为重点发展的科技领域之一。
在煤炭、石油、农田水利等工业和农业领域有着广泛的用途,由于输送的物料要求胶管需要耐高温的要求,所以出现了耐高温胶管,耐高温胶管可以满足人们对输送高温物料的要求。
聚氯乙烯(PVC)塑料管材是众多塑料管材中使用尤为广泛的一种重要高分子材料。聚氯乙烯塑料管材具有阻燃效果好、耐酸碱性强、结构强度高、电绝缘性好等优秀的理化性能。
但是现有的耐高温胶管存在耐折弯差、由于热胀冷缩使胶管产生变形或者破裂,使用寿命缩短长时间易老化变色等。
基于此,本发明设计了一种耐高温变色复合管材,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐高温变色复合管材,以解决上述背景技术中提出现有的耐高温胶管的耐折弯差、由于热胀冷缩使胶管产生变形或者破裂,使用寿命缩短长时间易老化变色的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种耐高温变色复合管材,包括内部耐温层,所述内部耐温层外固定连接有保持层,所述保持层外均匀固定有保持环,所述保持环外固定连接有加强筋,所述加强筋外固定连接有包覆层,所述包覆层外通过其外壁固定连接的支片连接有显色层,所述显色层外固定有防护层。
优选的,所述内部耐温层为聚四氟乙烯层,所述保持层为氢化丁腈橡胶,所述保持环为纳米陶瓷环。
优选的,所述加强筋为玻璃纤维筋,所述保持环和包覆层之间填充有填料,所述填料将加强筋包覆在内。
优选的,所述包覆层和显色层均为耐磨橡胶层,所述支片之间构成减震隔热腔。
优选的,所述显色层为有色管,所述防护层为透明管。
优选的,所述显色层按重量份数计,由以下原料制作而成:
PVC树脂100份;
色母料4-10份;
钛白粉0.3-0.7份;
硬脂酸钙1.2-3份;
光稳剂0.8-1.2份;
润滑剂1-3份;
环保增塑剂3-5份。
优选的,所述防护层按重量份数计,由以下原料制作而成:
PVC树脂100份;
硬脂酸钙1.2-3份;
光稳剂0.8-1.2份;
润滑剂1-3份;
环保增塑剂3-5份;
抗磨改性剂5-8份。
优选的,所述PVC树脂聚合度为1200~1300,所述光稳剂为GW-9442,所述环保增塑剂为聚酯增塑剂,所述润滑剂为PA20。
优选的,所述抗磨改性剂为碳酸钙晶须。
优选的,所述显色层和防护层通过将各自原料按组分别在热混机中进行混合均匀;分别经双螺杆机造粒机挤出、造粒;通过双色挤出机同步挤出PVC管体,塑化,冷却定型。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过内部耐温层直接与内部所传输物质接触,通过其外侧的保持层和保持环在受热状态下保持管材形态,使其不易受热变形或膨胀撕裂等,通过在外侧设有加强筋,提高管道抗拉性能,同时保持环避免管道过弯受损或打结等现象,通过设有的包覆层和显色层及内部的支片,形成隔层和多个空腔,避免热量传导至管道外部,避免内部温度散失,避免高温引起显色层的热变色;通过外部的防护层将外界环境与内部显色层隔绝,避免其长时间使用氧化变色等,同时延缓老化,延长使用寿命。满足管材耐高温的需求同时使其具有耐弯抗折隔热的特点同时在长时间使用后管材本体不变色。

本发明为了满足管材耐高温的需求同时使其具有耐弯抗折隔热的特点同时在长时间使用后管材本体不变色,通过内部耐温层1直接与内部所传输物质接触,通过其外侧的保持层2和保持环3在受热状态下保持管材形态,使其不易受热变形或膨胀撕裂等,使其在传输高温液体时强度得到保障,不易爆管和变形;通过在外侧设有加强筋4,在拉动管道时分散拉力,提高管道抗拉性能,同时在保持环3使得管道在弯折时不能弯折过小的角度,从而避免管道过弯受损或打结等现象,保护管道使用过程不受损;
通过设有的包覆层5和显色层7及内部的支片6,形成隔层和多个空腔,避免热量传导至管道外部,手碰不会被烫,且一定程度避免内部温度散失,避免高温直接传递至显色层7,使其受热内部分解变色,从而不会引起显色层7的热变色;通过外部的防护层8将外界环境与内部显色层7隔绝,避免其长时间使用氧化变色等,同时延缓老化,延长使用寿命。
其中,内部耐温层1为聚四氟乙烯层,耐热效果好,保持层2为氢化丁腈橡胶,保持环3为纳米陶瓷环,隔热性能好,且强度较好。加强筋4为玻璃纤维筋,保持环3和包覆层5之间填充有填料9,填料9将加强筋4包覆在内,将加强筋4封存保持在内。包覆层5和显色层7均为耐磨橡胶层,支片6之间构成减震隔热腔。防护层8为电镀金属层,阻隔效果好,且颜色鲜亮耐用。
其中,显色层7按重量份数计,由以下原料制作而成:PVC树脂100份;色母料4-10份;钛白粉0.3-0.7份;硬脂酸钙1.2-3份;光稳剂0.8-1.2份;润滑剂1-3份;环保增塑剂3-5份。防护层8原料增加了抗磨改性剂5-8份,减去色母料4-10份和钛白粉0.3-0.7份。
显色层7和防护层8通过将各自原料按组分别在热混机中进行混合均匀;分别经双螺杆机造粒机挤出、造粒;通过双色挤出机同步挤出PVC管体,塑化,冷却定型形成紧密连接的复合层,外层防护层8将内层显色层7完全保护遮蔽在内,隔绝氧气,大大降低氧化变色程度,使其既有丰富的色彩,又有较好的防护保色性能。
通过选择聚合度为1200~1300PVC的树脂,选择合适的PVC的聚合度可使拉伸强度、冲击强度、断裂强度、断裂伸长率等力学性能得到改善。硬脂酸钙稳定剂的加入有利于提高PVC的耐辐射变色性能,环氧大豆油性能次之,提高耐热耐黄变度,使外层透明度不易黄变,内层显色层不易受热变色,通过在防护层8原料中添加抗磨改性剂,增强其抗磨性能,全面增强使用性能。
通过钛白粉和光稳剂配合使用,高效屏蔽紫外线,避免着色剂分子结构被光能破坏,并且避免塑料发生老化变色,较为容易保持自身颜色,显色稳定;其中钛白粉本身是紫外线屏蔽剂,为PVC提供耐候保护,还可增强色料分散和显色性,较为容易配出鲜亮的色彩。

1.一种耐高温变色复合管材,其特征在于:包括内部耐温层(1),所述内部耐温层(1)外固定连接有保持层(2),所述保持层(2)外均匀固定有保持环(3),所述保持环(3)外固定连接有加强筋(4),所述加强筋(4)外固定连接有包覆层(5),所述包覆层(5)外通过其外壁固定连接的支片(6)连接有显色层(7),所述显色层(7)外固定有防护层(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温变色复合管材,其特征在于:所述内部耐温层(1)为聚四氟乙烯层,所述保持层(2)为氢化丁腈橡胶,所述保持环(3)为纳米陶瓷环。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温变色复合管材,其特征在于:所述加强筋(4)为玻璃纤维筋,所述保持环(3)和包覆层(5)之间填充有填料(9),所述填料(9)将加强筋(4)包覆在内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温变色复合管材,其特征在于:所述包覆层(5)和显色层(7)均为耐磨橡胶层,所述支片(6)之间构成减震隔热腔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温变色复合管材,其特征在于:所述显色层(7)为有色管,所述防护层(8)为透明管。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温变色复合管材,其特征在于:所述显色层(7)按重量份数计,由以下原料制作而成:
PVC树脂100份;
色母料4-10份;
钛白粉0.3-0.7份;
硬脂酸钙1.2-3份;
光稳剂0.8-1.2份;
润滑剂1-3份;
环保增塑剂3-5份;
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温变色复合管材,其特征在于:所述防护层(8)按重量份数计,由以下原料制作而成:
PVC树脂100份;
硬脂酸钙1.2-3份;
光稳剂0.8-1.2份;
润滑剂1-3份;
环保增塑剂3-5份;
抗磨改性剂5-8份。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的一种耐高温变色复合管材,其特征在于:所述PVC树脂聚合度为1200~1300,所述光稳剂为GW-9442,所述环保增塑剂为聚酯增塑剂,所述润滑剂为PA20。
9.根据权利要求6所述的一种耐高温变色复合管材,其特征在于:所述抗磨改性剂为碳酸钙晶须。
10.根据权利要求6或7所述的一种耐高温变色复合管材,其特征在于:所述显色层(7)和防护层(8)通过将各自原料按组分别在热混机中进行混合均匀;分别经双螺杆机造粒机挤出、造粒;通过双色挤出机同步挤出PVC管体,塑化,冷却定型。
