therefore, the vertical plate 8i plays a role in driving the side drilling machine 11 to drill, and plays a role in pushing the push plate 8k, so that the bottom pressing mechanism 5 moves, and the other side plays a role in storing force and resetting.

The side pressing mechanism 4 comprises a second soft rubber pad 4a, a mounting plate 4b, a second guide plate 4c, two fifth guide posts 4d, fourth linear bearings 4e, limiting circular plates 4f and third abutting springs 4h, the second guide plate 4c is fixedly mounted on the heightening frame 9 through a supporting tube, the two fourth linear bearings 4e are fixedly mounted on the second guide plate 4c, the two fifth guide posts 4d are respectively connected with the two fourth linear bearings 4e in a sliding manner, one end of each of the two fifth guide posts 4d is fixedly connected with the mounting plate 4b, the other end of each of the two fifth guide posts 4d is respectively fixedly connected with the two limiting circular plates 4f, the two third abutting springs 4h are respectively sleeved on the two fifth guide posts 4d, one end of each of the third abutting springs 4h abuts against the fourth linear bearing 4e, the other end abuts against the limiting circular plate 4f, the second soft rubber pad 4a is fixedly mounted on the mounting plate 4b, the second soft rubber pad 4a and the mounting plate 4b are both provided with a through hole for the drill bit to pass through, and the limiting circular plate 4f is positioned under the lower push plate 3 f. In the process that the lower pushing plate 3f moves downwards, the lower pushing plate 3f pushes the limiting circular plate 4f downwards, so that the limiting circular plate 4f pushes the fifth guide post 4d, the fifth guide post 4d drives the mounting plate 4b and the second soft rubber pad 4a to move, the second soft rubber pad 4a is further contacted with the inner wall of the plate 16, the drill bit of the side drilling machine 11 is contacted with the side wall of the plate 16 at the moment, and the drill bit moves downwards continuously, so that the second soft rubber pad 4a is pressed to be thin when the drill bit moves, and the side face of the plate 16 is prevented from being bent.

then, the controller controls the electric push rod 2b to work, so that the electric push rod 2b pulls the clamping plate 1b to move through the connecting plate 2e, the clamping plate 1b drives the sliding seat 2c to slide along the sliding rail 2d, the plate clamping mechanism 1 drives the plate 16 to move, the plate 16 moves by the distance of one station, and three stations are arranged on one plate 16;
after the plate 16 is moved, the controller controls the pushing cylinder 3b to start working, so that the pushing cylinder 3b pushes the drilling mounting frame 3a downwards, the drilling mounting frame 3a drives the four top drilling machines 12 to move downwards, the top drilling machines 12 drill the top of the plate 16, and the drilling mounting frame 3a drives the lower push plate 3f and the side push plates 3h to move downwards simultaneously when the top drilling machines 12 move downwards;

in the process that the lower push plate 3f moves downwards, the lower push plate 3f pushes the limiting circular plate 4f downwards, so that the limiting circular plate 4f pushes the fifth guide post 4d, the fifth guide post 4d drives the mounting plate 4b and the second soft rubber pad 4a to move, the second soft rubber pad 4a is further contacted with the inner wall of the plate 16, the drill bit of the side drilling machine 11 is contacted with the side wall of the plate 16 at the moment, and the drill bit moves downwards continuously, so that the second soft rubber pad 4a is pressed to be thin when the drill bit moves, and the side face of the plate 16 is prevented from being bent;
and then the pushing oil cylinder 3b is controlled by the controller to reset, so that the top drilling machine 12 and the side drilling machine 11 reset, after the top drilling machine 12 and the side drilling machine 11 reset, the controller controls the electric push rod 2b to pull the plate clamping mechanism 1 for a distance of one station again, after the movement is completed, the controller pushes the oil cylinder 3b again to repeat the movement, further, the three stations of the plate 16 are drilled, after the completion, the controller controls the electric push rod 2b to reset, then the controller controls the pressing air cylinder 1f to reset, a worker takes down the plate 16 again, further, the whole processing of one plate 16 is completed, then a new plate 16 is placed on the placing shell 13, the process is repeated, and further, the new plate 16 is processed.
