Abstract

Background

In this process, any holding member with which the sand contacts will bond the resin sand at the contact surface, and as the daily production continues, the bonded sand slowly solidifies and accumulates more and more. Although the production is finished every day, the production is carefully cleaned, but the production is difficult to clean completely.
At present, manufacturers of existing core making machines face a problem that sand hoppers and raw material channels of the core making machines are frequently adhered and agglomerated due to the fact that sand and resin pass through every day, sand blasting cleaning cannot be thoroughly cleaned, and residual sand can affect the quality of finished products of next batch if not cleaned.
