Claims (2)
1. the transverse moving assembly comprises a first transverse moving assembly and a second transverse moving assembly, the first transverse moving assembly and the second transverse moving assembly are identical in structure and respectively comprise a transverse driving motor (20), the transverse driving motor (20) is arranged on the mounting frame (11), the output end of the transverse driving motor (20) is in transmission connection with a transverse driving screw rod (22) through a first coupler (21), a transverse sliding block (23) is arranged on the transverse driving screw rod (22) in a sliding mode, and a longitudinal moving assembly is arranged at the top of the transverse sliding block (23);
the longitudinal moving assembly comprises a mounting cross beam (30), one end of the mounting cross beam (30) is connected with the first transverse moving assembly, the other end of the mounting cross beam (30) is connected with the second transverse moving assembly, a longitudinal driving motor (31) is arranged on one side of the mounting cross beam (30), the output end of the longitudinal driving motor (31) is in transmission connection with a longitudinal driving screw rod (33) through a second coupler (32), a longitudinal sliding block (34) is arranged on the longitudinal driving screw rod (33) in a sliding mode, and a paint spraying assembly is arranged on the longitudinal sliding block (34);
the paint spraying assembly comprises a fixed frame (40), a plurality of guide rods (41) are arranged on the fixed frame (40), a moving block (42) is sleeved on each guide rod (41), a paint spraying pipe (43) is installed on each moving block (42), a nozzle (44) is arranged at the bottom of each paint spraying pipe (43), a paint inlet (45) is formed in the top of each paint spraying pipe (43), one side of the fixed frame (40) is fixed on a longitudinal sliding block (34) through a connecting block (46), a moving motor (47) is arranged at the top of the fixed frame (40), the output end of the moving motor (47) is in transmission connection with a moving screw rod (49) through a third coupler (48), and the moving screw rod (49) penetrates through the moving block (42) and is connected with the fixed frame (40);

the clamping assembly comprises a first clamping assembly, a second clamping assembly, a third clamping assembly and a fourth clamping assembly, the first clamping assembly, the second clamping assembly, the third clamping assembly and the fourth clamping assembly are identical in structure and respectively comprise a clamping motor (70), the clamping motor (70) is arranged on a fixed block (71), the output end of the clamping motor (70) is connected with a clamping screw rod (76) through a fifth coupler (75), a third moving slide block (72) is arranged on the clamping screw rod (76) in a sliding mode, a moving cylinder (73) is arranged on the third moving slide block (72), and the output end of the moving cylinder (73) is connected with an L-shaped fixed plate (74);
the baking varnish component comprises a baking varnish box (80), an air inlet pipe (81) is arranged at the top of the baking varnish box (80), the air inlet pipe (81) is connected with the output end of a fan (82), a heater (83) is arranged inside the baking varnish box (80), an air outlet (84) is arranged at the bottom of the baking varnish box (80), mounting blocks (85) are arranged on two sides of the baking varnish box (80), and the mounting blocks (85) are connected with a driving component;

5) and after the processing is finished, taking down the wooden door, resetting each component, and returning to the cycle period of the step 1.
