本发明公开了一种高密封性的疫苗玻璃瓶,属于疫苗玻璃瓶技术领域,通过加设相互配合的嵌合部与弹性密封囊,在安装时,利用气管向制冷腔内导入气体,气体通过流通孔压入导气腔,弹性密封囊、磁性挤压件在气体挤压下同步向外膨胀,磁性挤压件对弹性密封囊起到弹性支撑作用,同时磁吸层对弹性磁环进行磁吸,使得弹性密封囊与密封垫贴合,既提高两者衔接处的密封性,又提高瓶塞与嵌合部之间的内凹式连接的稳定性,瓶塞不易从瓶口处脱离,利用半导体制冷片制冷,并利用流通气流向瓶体内低温传递,为疫苗提供低温环境,此外,当瓶体制冷环境被破坏时,预警管内的热胀气体热膨胀对触片式高温预警件挤压触发,实现高温预警。

技术领域
本发明涉及疫苗玻璃瓶技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种高密封性的疫苗玻璃瓶。
背景技术
疫苗玻璃瓶由硼硅玻璃材质制作而成,硼含量高,颜色有无色透明和棕色透明,膨胀系数低,不易碎,具有良好的内表面耐水性能,与药液具有良好的相容性,具有良好的耐酸性、耐碱性、耐冷冻性、耐热性。
现有的新型疫苗玻璃瓶结构较为简单,瓶口处仅通过简单的瓶塞进行密封,仅靠瓶塞与瓶体的滑动作用来实现两者衔接,一方面无法保证两者衔接处的密封完全而使得装载在瓶中的疫苗免受污染,另一方面这种简单的嵌设连接,难以保证瓶塞在外界环境因素下不从瓶体处脱离,故而难以满足复杂的使用环境。
为此,我们提出一种高密封性的疫苗玻璃瓶来有效解决现有技术中所存在的一些问题。
发明内容
1.要解决的技术问题
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种高密封性的疫苗玻璃瓶,通过加设相互配合的嵌合部与弹性密封囊,在安装时,利用气管向制冷腔内导入气体,弹性密封囊、磁性挤压件在气体挤压下同步向外膨胀,磁性挤压件对弹性密封囊起到弹性支撑作用,同时磁吸层对弹性磁环进行磁吸,使得弹性密封囊与密封垫贴合,既提高两者衔接处的密封性,又提高瓶塞与嵌合部之间的内凹式连接的稳定性,瓶塞不易从瓶口处脱离。
2.技术方案
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下的技术方案。
一种高密封性的疫苗玻璃瓶,包括带有瓶口的瓶体,瓶口处密封衔接有瓶塞,瓶体与瓶口之间设有嵌合部,瓶塞靠近下端的外端壁上开设有与嵌合部位置对应的导气腔,导气腔外侧设有弹性密封囊,导气腔内部设有磁性挤压件,嵌合部内壁开设有弧形腔,弧形腔内壁包覆有密封垫,嵌合部内壁嵌设有与磁性挤压件磁吸设置的磁吸层,瓶塞中部开设有制冷腔,制冷腔内安装有半导体制冷片,半导体制冷片制冷端朝制冷腔底部设置,半导体制冷片制热端贯穿瓶塞并延伸向上,制冷腔底部通过多个流通孔与导气腔相连通设置,瓶塞上端两侧分别嵌设有与制冷腔相衔接的气管和预警管,气管底端与制冷腔相连通,预警管上端部设有触片式高温预警件,预警管下端部填充有位于触片式高温预警件下方的热胀气体。
进一步的,磁性挤压件包括固定安装于导气腔内侧的衔接环,衔接环面向弹性密封囊一侧的端壁上分布有多组弹性丝,多组弹性丝外端连接有弹性磁环。
进一步的,弹性磁环包括环形结构的弹性层和包覆于弹性层外端壁处的柔性磁层。
进一步的,衔接环为网状镂空结构,衔接环上下端通过衔杆与导气腔内壁相衔接。
进一步的,弹性密封囊采用弹性导热材料制成,且弹性密封囊为内外双层结构。
进一步的,瓶体的内壁开设有多个水冷腔,多个水冷腔的顶端延伸至嵌合部内底部处,且多个水冷腔内填充有冷却液,利用半导体制冷片对瓶口进行降温,并通过制冷腔、连通腔、导气腔的气体流通将低温传递至嵌合部处,嵌合部处低温传递至瓶体内,配合多个水冷腔内的冷却液,为瓶体内的疫苗提供低温环境。
进一步的,嵌合部与瓶塞采用导热材料制成,瓶体、瓶口、嵌合部外端壁以及瓶塞顶端壁上均包覆有隔热层,有利于提高该疫苗玻璃瓶的隔热制冷效果。
进一步的,触片式高温预警件包括活动衔接于预警管上端部的下触片,预警管内壁设有对下触片底端限位的限位环,下触片底端通过弹性绳与预警管内壁固定连接,预警管顶端部设有与下触片相匹配的上触片。
进一步的,上触片与下触片接触式电性连接,预警管顶端部安装有与上触片电性连接的警报灯。
进一步的,下触片底端通过活塞与预警管内壁活动衔接,热胀气体采用二氧化碳。
3.有益效果
相比于现有技术,本发明的优点在于:
(1)本方案通过加设相互配合的嵌合部与弹性密封囊,在安装时,利用气管向制冷腔内导入气体,气体通过流通孔压入导气腔,弹性密封囊、磁性挤压件在气体挤压下同步向外膨胀,磁性挤压件对弹性密封囊起到弹性支撑作用,同时磁吸层对弹性磁环进行磁吸,使得弹性密封囊与密封垫贴合,既提高两者衔接处的密封性,又提高瓶塞与嵌合部之间的内凹式连接的稳定性,瓶塞不易从瓶口处脱离,利用半导体制冷片制冷,并利用流通气流向瓶体内低温传递,为疫苗提供低温环境,此外,当瓶体制冷环境被破坏时,预警管内的热胀气体热膨胀对触片式高温预警件挤压触发,实现高温预警。
(2)本方案中的磁性挤压件包括固定安装于导气腔内侧的衔接环,衔接环面向弹性密封囊一侧的端壁上分布有多组弹性丝,多组弹性丝外端连接有弹性磁环,弹性磁环包括环形结构的弹性层和包覆于弹性层外端壁处的柔性磁层,在初始状态下,弹性磁环位于导气腔内侧,当注入气体后,弹性磁环随弹性密封囊同步向外弹性扩张,将弹性密封囊挤压嵌设于密封垫处,形变后的磁性挤压件对弹性密封囊起到弹性支撑作用。
(3)嵌合部与瓶塞采用导热材料制成,瓶体、瓶口、嵌合部外端壁以及瓶塞顶端壁上均包覆有隔热层,有利于提高该疫苗玻璃瓶的隔热制冷效果,瓶体的内壁开设有多个水冷腔,多个水冷腔的顶端延伸至嵌合部内底部处,且多个水冷腔内填充有冷却液,利用半导体制冷片对瓶口进行降温,并通过制冷腔、连通腔、导气腔的气体流通将低温传递至嵌合部处,嵌合部处低温传递至瓶体内,配合多个水冷腔内的冷却液,为瓶体内的疫苗提供低温环境。
(4)触片式高温预警件包括活动衔接于预警管上端部的下触片,预警管内壁设有对下触片底端限位的限位环,下触片底端通过弹性绳与预警管内壁固定连接,预警管顶端部设有与下触片相匹配的上触片,上触片与下触片接触式电性连接,预警管顶端部安装有与上触片电性连接的警报灯,下触片底端通过活塞与预警管内壁活动衔接,当瓶体处冷链断开后,瓶口处温度逐渐升高,预警管内的热胀气体膨胀向上推动下触片,当下触片与上触片接触后电性连接,以此接触启动报警灯,以提醒技术人员该疫苗瓶低温环境被破坏,以免受高温影响后的疫苗再做使用。

请参阅图8-10,制冷腔底部通过多个流通孔与导气腔401相连通设置,瓶塞4上端两侧分别嵌设有与制冷腔相衔接的气管8和预警管9,气管8底端与制冷腔相连通,在安装时,瓶塞4嵌设于瓶口2内,弹性密封囊5与嵌合部3位置对应,利用气管8向制冷腔内导入气体,气体通过流通孔压入导气腔401内,弹性密封囊5、磁性挤压件在气体的挤压条件下同步向外膨胀,利用气体导入膨胀,一方面使得弹性密封囊5紧密贴合于密封垫302处,实现瓶塞4与嵌合部3之间的内凹式密封衔接,另一方面导入的气体配合半导体制冷片7,有利于起到低温传递作用。
请参阅图5-8,具体的,磁性挤压件包括固定安装于导气腔401内侧的衔接环6,衔接环6面向弹性密封囊5一侧的端壁上分布有多组弹性丝602,多组弹性丝602外端连接有弹性磁环601,弹性磁环601包括环形结构的弹性层和包覆于弹性层外端壁处的柔性磁层,衔接环6为网状镂空结构,衔接环6上下端通过衔杆与导气腔401内壁相衔接,在进行密封时,将瓶塞4嵌设于瓶口2内,此时弹性密封囊5与嵌合部3位置对应,在初始状态下,弹性磁环601位于导气腔401内侧,利用气管8向制冷腔内导入气体,气体通过流通孔导入导气腔401内,使得弹性密封囊5向外弹性扩张,与此同时,弹性磁环601在气体的导入后同步向外扩张,从而有利于将弹性密封囊5紧密贴附于密封垫302处,当弹性磁环601向外膨胀靠近安装于嵌合部3内的磁吸层301时,磁吸层301则对弹性磁环601起到磁吸作用,使得弹性磁环601紧密贴附于弹性密封囊5处,对弹性密封囊5起到弹性支撑作用,有效提高了弹性密封囊5与密封垫302之间的衔接效果,既提高密封性,又提高瓶塞4与嵌合部3之间的内凹式连接的稳定性,从而使得瓶塞4不易从瓶口2处脱离。
请参阅图9,嵌合部3与瓶塞4采用导热材料制成,瓶体1、瓶口2、嵌合部3外端壁以及瓶塞4顶端壁上均包覆有隔热层,有利于提高该疫苗玻璃瓶的隔热制冷效果,瓶体1的内壁开设有多个水冷腔101,多个水冷腔101的顶端延伸至嵌合部3内底部处,且多个水冷腔101内填充有冷却液,利用半导体制冷片7对瓶口2进行降温,并通过制冷腔、连通腔、导气腔401的气体流通将低温传递至嵌合部3处,嵌合部3处低温传递至瓶体1内,配合多个水冷腔101内的冷却液,为瓶体1内的疫苗提供低温环境。
请参阅图7,预警管9上端部设有触片式高温预警件,预警管9下端部填充有位于触片式高温预警件下方的热胀气体,热胀气体采用二氧化碳,触片式高温预警件包括活动衔接于预警管9上端部的下触片901,预警管9内壁设有对下触片901底端限位的限位环,下触片901底端通过弹性绳与预警管9内壁固定连接,预警管9顶端部设有与下触片901相匹配的上触片902,上触片902与下触片901接触式电性连接,预警管9顶端部安装有与上触片902电性连接的警报灯,下触片901底端通过活塞与预警管9内壁活动衔接,在正常低温环境下,下触片901在限位环以及弹性绳的左右下与上触片902相脱离,当瓶体1处冷链断开后,即制冷条件被破坏后,瓶口2处温度逐渐升高,预警管9内的热胀气体膨胀向上推动下触片901,当下触片901与上触片902接触后电性连接,从而位于预警管9顶端部的报警灯亮,以提醒技术人员该疫苗瓶低温环境被破坏,以免受高温影响后的疫苗再做使用,此冷链断开后的触发操作图中未明确标出。
相对于现有技术中的疫苗玻璃瓶,本方案通过在瓶体1与瓶口2之间设置嵌合部3,瓶塞4下端壁上设有弹性密封囊5,在安装时,瓶塞4嵌设于瓶口2内,弹性密封囊5与嵌合部3位置对应,利用气管8向制冷腔内导入气体,气体通过流通孔压入导气腔401内,弹性密封囊5、磁性挤压件在气体的挤压条件下同步向外膨胀,磁性挤压件对弹性密封囊5起到弹性支撑作用,同时磁吸层301则对弹性磁环601起到磁吸作用,使得弹性密封囊5与密封垫302贴合,既提高两者衔接处的密封性,又提高瓶塞4与嵌合部3之间的内凹式连接的稳定性,瓶塞4不易因外界环境因素从瓶口2处脱离;
而利用半导体制冷片7制冷,并通过瓶口2、嵌合部3向瓶体1内传递,为瓶体1内的疫苗提供低温环境,此外,当瓶体1内制冷环境被破坏时,预警管9内的热胀气体热膨胀对触片式高温预警件挤压触发,从而实现高温预警作用,本方案主要针对疫苗装载量较大时的需要,利用单独制冷降温,既提高制冷效果,又不会由于整体制冷效果差而造成多个疫苗玻璃瓶的低温环境被破坏。
本发明中的所采用的部件均为通用标准件或本领域技术人员知晓的部件,其结构和原理都为本技术人员均可通过技术手册得知或通过常规实验方法获知。

Claims (10)

1.一种高密封性的疫苗玻璃瓶,包括带有瓶口(2)的瓶体(1),所述瓶口(2)处密封衔接有瓶塞(4),其特征在于:所述瓶体(1)与瓶口(2)之间设有嵌合部(3),所述瓶塞(4)靠近下端的外端壁上开设有与嵌合部(3)位置对应的导气腔(401),所述导气腔(401)外侧设有弹性密封囊(5),所述导气腔(401)内部设有磁性挤压件,所述嵌合部(3)内壁开设有弧形腔,所述弧形腔内壁包覆有密封垫(302),所述嵌合部(3)内壁嵌设有与磁性挤压件磁吸设置的磁吸层(301);
所述瓶塞(4)中部开设有制冷腔,所述制冷腔内安装有半导体制冷片(7),所述半导体制冷片(7)制冷端朝制冷腔底部设置,所述半导体制冷片(7)制热端贯穿瓶塞(4)并延伸向上,所述制冷腔底部通过多个流通孔与导气腔(401)相连通设置,所述瓶塞(4)上端两侧分别嵌设有与制冷腔相衔接的气管(8)和预警管(9),所述气管(8)底端与制冷腔相连通,所述预警管(9)上端部设有触片式高温预警件,所述预警管(9)下端部填充有位于触片式高温预警件下方的热胀气体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高密封性的疫苗玻璃瓶,其特征在于:所述磁性挤压件包括固定安装于导气腔(401)内侧的衔接环(6),所述衔接环(6)面向弹性密封囊(5)一侧的端壁上分布有多组弹性丝(602),多组所述弹性丝(602)外端连接有弹性磁环(601)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高密封性的疫苗玻璃瓶,其特征在于:所述弹性磁环(601)包括环形结构的弹性层和包覆于弹性层外端壁处的柔性磁层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种高密封性的疫苗玻璃瓶,其特征在于:所述衔接环(6)为网状镂空结构,所述衔接环(6)上下端通过衔杆与导气腔(401)内壁相衔接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高密封性的疫苗玻璃瓶,其特征在于:所述弹性密封囊(5)采用弹性导热材料制成,且弹性密封囊(5)为内外双层结构。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高密封性的疫苗玻璃瓶,其特征在于:所述瓶体(1)的内壁开设有多个水冷腔(101),多个水冷腔(101)的顶端延伸至嵌合部(3)内底部处,且多个水冷腔(101)内填充有冷却液。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种高密封性的疫苗玻璃瓶,其特征在于:所述嵌合部(3)与瓶塞(4)采用导热材料制成,所述瓶体(1)、瓶口(2)、嵌合部(3)外端壁以及瓶塞(4)顶端壁上均包覆有隔热层。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种高密封性的疫苗玻璃瓶,其特征在于:所述触片式高温预警件包括活动衔接于预警管(9)上端部的下触片(901),所述预警管(9)内壁设有对下触片(901)底端限位的限位环,所述下触片(901)底端通过弹性绳与预警管(9)内壁固定连接,所述预警管(9)顶端部设有与下触片(901)相匹配的上触片(902)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种高密封性的疫苗玻璃瓶,其特征在于:所述上触片(902)与下触片(901)接触式电性连接,所述预警管(9)顶端部安装有与上触片(902)电性连接的警报灯。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种高密封性的疫苗玻璃瓶,其特征在于:所述下触片(901)底端通过活塞与预警管(9)内壁活动衔接,所述热胀气体采用二氧化碳。
