The right end of the slide way plate 33 extends out of the bed frame 3, and the width of the panel 32 is also larger than that of the bed frame 3, so that when the transfer trolley is in butt joint with a sickbed, a part of the panel 32 can extend out to be positioned above the sickbed, and bedding on the sickbed is pressed, and the bedding is prevented from sliding. The turnable armrest assembly is turned to the lower part of the bed frame 3 without affecting the lap joint of the panel 32 and the sickbed.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the film covering mechanism includes a film covering cylinder 60 rotatably installed at a lower portion of the frame 3, and a disposable film is wound on the film covering cylinder 60, wound over the conveyor belt 42, and attached over the conveyor belt 42, thereby preventing a patient from contaminating the conveyor belt 42 and maintaining the sanitation of the transfer cart.
The manual patient transfer trolley provided by the embodiment of the invention can be matched with a nuclear magnetic resonance instrument for use, and because the nuclear magnetic resonance chamber has a magnetic field, the parts of the manual patient transfer trolley provided by the embodiment of the invention are all made of demagnetized 304 stainless steel or aluminum pieces, so that the transfer trolley is ensured to be nonmagnetic, and because the magnetic field can cause the motor to fail, the movement of the manual patient transfer trolley provided by the embodiment of the invention is realized manually.
The working process of the embodiment of the invention is as follows:
step 1, butting the sickbed with a transfer trolley. The transfer trolley is placed in parallel with a sickbed, the side of the turnable handrail component is butted with the sickbed, the panel 32 is positioned right above the sickbed, the disposable film is pulled, a part of the film is left from the right side of the panel 32, and then the bevel gear drive rod 15 is sleeved in the bevel gear drive rod through the crank to enable the bedstead 3 to descend until the lower side surface of the panel 32 is contacted with the sickbed.
And 2, transferring the patient from the sickbed to a transfer trolley. The chain wheel shaft 27 is rotated anticlockwise through the crank, the first chain 61 drives the panel 32 to move rightwards, at the moment, the lower winding pipe 38 rotates clockwise on the second chain 41, the upper winding pipe 37 winds the belt, the lower winding pipe 38 releases the belt, the conveying belt 42 above the panel 32 moves leftwards, when the panel 32 shovels a patient from the patient, the conveying belt 42 conveys the patient to the panel 32 gradually through friction, after the patient is positioned on the panel 32 completely, the vertical rod 43 of the guardrail assembly is pulled to enable the belt driving gear 39 to be separated from the second chain 41, at the moment, the clockwise rotation chain wheel shaft 27 drives the panel 32 to reset leftwards, and the conveying belt 42 does not move any more. When the panel 32 is reset, the rotatable armrest assembly is pulled up, and the safety of the patient is guaranteed.
And 3, transporting the patient to a nuclear magnetic resonance room by using a transport vehicle and carrying out nuclear magnetic resonance examination. The transfer trolley is pushed to the nuclear magnetic resonance room, the transfer trolley can move straight or brake by stepping on the brake pedal 26 during operation, and the transfer trolley is directly pushed into the nuclear magnetic resonance detector to inspect a patient lying on the transfer trolley.
Step 4, transferring the patient from the transfer trolley to a sickbed, directly transferring the patient to the sickbed in the ward through the transfer trolley after the examination is finished, firstly placing the transfer trolley and the sickbed in parallel, positioning the panel 32 right above the sickbed, and rotating the bevel gear driving rod 15 to enable the bedstead 3 to descend until the lower side surface of the panel 32 is very close to the sickbed; the belt driving gear 39 is firstly separated from the second chain 41, the chain wheel shaft 27 is rotated anticlockwise through the crank to drive the panel 32 to move rightwards to the middle right position of the sickbed, then the belt driving gear 39 is meshed with the second chain 41, the chain wheel shaft 27 is rotated clockwise at the moment, the lower winding belt pipe 38 rotates anticlockwise, the lower winding belt pipe 38 winds the belt, the upper winding belt pipe 37 loosens the belt, the conveying belt 42 above the panel 32 moves rightwards, and therefore the conveying belt 42 gradually pushes the patient out of the panel 32 to the sickbed while the panel 32 moves leftwards, and the work of transferring the patient from the transfer trolley to the sickbed is completed.
The manual patient transfer trolley provided by the embodiment of the invention completely carries the patients without manual assistance, and can directly carry out nuclear magnetic resonance examination without changing beds, so that the examination time of a single patient is greatly shortened, the utilization efficiency of a nuclear magnetic resonance instrument is effectively improved, and the instrument purchase cost of a hospital is saved.
It can be seen from the whole transfer process that as the panel 32 moves to the right, the frame 1 below the panel 32 can be leaked, the appearance of the whole transfer vehicle is affected, meanwhile, tiny objects are easy to fall down to generate potential safety hazards, in order to solve the problems, the embodiment of the invention is also provided with a shielding mechanism which can be self-adaptive to the movement of the panel 32, and the shielding mechanism comprises: the upper and lower guide rollers 63 and 64 are fixedly mounted on the left side of the frame 3, the lower and upper right guide rollers 65 and 66 are fixedly mounted on the right side of the frame 3, and the seal plate fixing shaft 67 is fixedly mounted on the lower portion of the frame 31, wherein the seal plate cross tube 62, the lower guide roller 64, the upper guide roller 63, the lower and upper right guide rollers 65, the upper and lower right guide rollers 66 and the seal plate fixing shaft 67 are arranged in parallel. One end of a cloth belt is fixedly connected with the horizontal sealing plate pipe 62, then the cloth belt sequentially bypasses the upper guide roller 63, the lower guide roller 64 and the lower right guide roller 65 and passes through a gap between the lower right guide roller 65 and the upper right guide roller 66, and the other end of the cloth belt is fixedly connected to the sealing plate fixing shaft 67. Therefore, both ends of the cloth belt are fixed on the roller frame 31, in the moving process of the panel 32, the shortened distance between the sealing plate fixing shaft 67 and the lower right guide roller is exactly equal to the extended distance between the sealing plate transverse tube 62 and the upper guide roller 63, so that the length of the whole cloth belt is kept unchanged, the cloth belt between the sealing plate transverse tube 62 and the upper guide roller 63 compensates the distance of the right movement of the panel 32 in real time, parts below the panel 32 can not be seen all the time in the using process of the transfer trolley, the safety of a user is improved, and the phenomenon that the fine crushed goods fall into the transfer trolley and the operation of the transfer trolley is influenced is avoided.
It should be understood that the above-described specific embodiments are merely illustrative of the present invention and are not intended to limit the present invention. Obvious variations or modifications which are within the spirit of the invention are possible within the scope of the invention.
