Background
Pediatrics is the subject of studying physical and mental development and disease control in childhood, and is not developed completely, low in immunity, poor in adaptability, easy to get ill and needs to be hospitalized to receive treatment when the disease is serious because children are relatively young.
The nursing bed for the children to rest is generally laid on the nursing bed during hospitalization, the existing nursing bed is not provided with a supporting plate for placing food, and the children are not suitable for great movement when taking a disease, so that the children sit on the nursing bed to eat, food easily falls on a quilt, and the quilt is dirtied.
Aiming at the existing problems, a device capable of preventing food from falling on a quilt is designed.

In order to overcome the defects that children eat on a nursing bed, meal easily falls off a quilt and the quilt is dirtied, the technical problem to be solved is as follows: provides a medical pediatric nursing bed which can prevent food from falling on a quilt.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the rotating mechanism includes a second fixing plate, and the second fixing plate is slidably disposed on one side of the supporting frame; the upper side of the second fixing plate is rotatably connected with a first rotating rod; the first movable plate is connected to the first rotating rod, and the first movable plate is matched with the supporting frame in a sliding mode.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the clamping mechanism comprises a supporting plate, and the supporting plate is slidably disposed on one side of the supporting frame; the supporting plate is provided with a second movable plate in a sliding mode, and the second movable plate penetrates through the first movable plate; the first spring is connected between the supporting plate and the second movable plate.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the transmission mechanism comprises a servo motor, and the servo motor is installed on one side of the top of the supporting frame; the two sides of the support frame are rotatably provided with screw rods, one screw rod is in threaded connection with the support plate, the other screw rod is in threaded connection with the second fixing plate, and one screw rod is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the servo motor; and a transmission assembly is arranged between the screw rods.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the device further comprises a turning mechanism, wherein the turning mechanism comprises a connecting plate, and the connecting plate is connected with the lower sides of the supporting plate and the second fixing plate; one side of the connecting plate is provided with a rack; the second rotating rod is rotatably arranged on the supporting frame; the two ends of the second rotating rod are provided with gears which are matched with the racks; and one side of the second rotating rod is connected with a third movable plate.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the device further comprises an adjusting mechanism, wherein the adjusting mechanism comprises a sleeve, and the middle part of the lower side of the supporting frame is connected with the sleeve; the sleeve is internally provided with a first support column in a sliding manner; the clamping rod is arranged on the lower portion of the sleeve in a sliding mode and penetrates through the first supporting column.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the clamping mechanism comprises second support columns, and the second support columns are connected between the racks; the middle part of the second support column is connected with a third wedge block; one side of the bottom of the supporting frame is connected with at least two mounting rods; the sliding rods are arranged between the mounting rods in a sliding manner; the middle part of the sliding rod is connected with a fourth wedge-shaped block, and the fourth wedge-shaped block is matched with the third wedge-shaped block; the second spring is connected between the mounting rod and the sliding rod; the lower side of the fourth wedge-shaped block is connected with a push rod; one side of the bottom of the support frame is connected with the guide cylinder; the slide bar is arranged in the guide cylinder in a sliding manner; a fifth spring is connected between the slide rod and the guide cylinder; the lower part of the sliding rod is connected with a moving rod, and the moving rod is matched with the push rod; the lower end of the moving rod is connected with a fifth wedge-shaped block; one side of the support frame is connected with at least two connecting rods; the lower part between the connecting rods is provided with a movable rod in a sliding way; the third spring is connected between the movable rod and the connecting rod; the middle part of the movable rod is connected with a sixth wedge-shaped block, and the sixth wedge-shaped block is matched with the fifth wedge-shaped block; the cardboard, one side of sixth wedge is connected with the cardboard.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the roller is provided with a groove on the outer side thereof for facilitating the clamping plate to clamp the roller.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. can remove children's edge with first fly leaf through servo motor, the meal can be placed on first fly leaf, and first fly leaf can catch the meal that drops, avoids the meal to drop on the quilt.
2. The backrest of the child can be provided through the turning mechanism, so that the child is more comfortable.
3. The height of the supporting frame can be adjusted through the adjusting mechanism, people can adjust the height of the supporting frame according to the height of the people, and the children can be conveniently held by the people.
4. The left roller can be clamped by the clamping mechanism, so that the whole device is prevented from moving.

Detailed Description

The conveying mechanism 7 comprises a servo motor 70, screw rods 71 and transmission assemblies 72, the servo motor 70 is installed on the left front side of the top of the support frame 1, the screw rods 71 are installed on the front side and the rear side of the left portion of the support frame 1 in a rotating mode, the screw rods 71 on the rear side are in threaded connection with the support plate 60, the screw rods 71 on the front side are in threaded connection with the second fixing plate 50, the left end of the screw rod 71 on the front side is connected with an output shaft of the servo motor 70, the transmission assemblies 72 are arranged between the two screw rods 71, each transmission assembly 72 is composed of a transmission belt and two transmission wheels, the two transmission wheels are installed on the two screw rods 71 respectively, and the transmission belts are wound between the two transmission wheels.
