A closure device for incising a reduced pressure wound characterized by: the device comprises a device box (1), two groups of distance control sewing needles, a locking box (2) and two sleeve caps, wherein the first group of distance control sewing needles comprises a first long needle (3 a) and a first sewing needle (4 a), and the second group of distance control sewing needles comprises a second long needle (3 b) and a second sewing needle (4 b); the right side of the device box (1) is provided with a flip box (11), the flip box (11) is closed to cover the device box (1), the left half part in the device box (1) is fixedly provided with a first group of distance control sewing needles, the right half part in the device box (1) is provided with a locking box (2), the locking box (2) can move left and right, a second group of distance control sewing needles are placed in the locking box (2), the device box (1) and the locking box (2) are locked and fixed by screw threads, the first sewing needle (4 a) and the second sewing needle (4 b) are in tooth shapes, the first long needle (3 a) and the second long needle (3 b) are in a strip shape, the first long needle (3 a) and the first sewing needle (4 b), the second long needle (3 b) and the second sewing needle (4 b) can move left and right relatively, the two sleeve caps are respectively a first sleeve cap (5) and a second sleeve cap (6) which are sleeved on the top ends of the two groups of the distance control sewing needles, and (5) fixing with an adhesive tape.

7. A closure device for incising a reduced pressure wound according to claim 1, wherein: a first slotted hole (51) is formed in the first sleeve cap (5), a second slotted hole (61) is formed in the second sleeve cap (6), and the two sleeve caps are in a symmetrical relation.
