Abstract
The embodiment of the invention discloses an intelligent body-building mirror, which comprises: the device comprises a main control module, a signal input module, a display module, a communication module, a loudspeaker and a power supply module; the signal input module, the display module, the communication module, the loudspeaker and the power supply module are all connected with the main control module; if the signal input module acquires a body-building instruction input by a user, sending the body-building instruction to the main control module; the main control module controls the communication module to be connected with remote equipment based on the fitness instruction so as to obtain real-time coach data of the remote equipment; and the main control module displays the video data in the real-time coaching data on the display module and plays the audio data in the real-time coaching data in the loudspeaker. The remote guidance during the body building can be realized, so that better service is provided for the body building of the user.

Background
With the improvement of the existing living standard, body-building sports become a living habit of people.
