Referring to fig. 1, the reset piece includes three reset springs 216, and clamping block 212 is close to one side each other and all sets up the caulking groove 217 that supplies reset spring 216 to stretch into, and three reset springs 216 surround screw hole 213 evenly distributed, and the welding respectively on two caulking groove 217 diapire that correspond on two clamping block 212 at reset spring 216 both ends, and reset spring 216 can make two clamping blocks 212 tend to be close to each other.
The implementation principle of a chute formula seat of the embodiment of the application is: when the seat 4 is installed, the sliding rail 3 is connected with the stand 5 through the rail fixing steel sheet 1, so that the seat 4 is not required to be directly connected with the stand 5, and the damage to the structure of the stand 5 is reduced. The seat 4 is moved, the sliding block 21 extends into the sliding groove 31, so that the two clamping blocks 212 extend into the sliding groove 31 and are abutted against the bottom wall of the sliding groove 31, and the connecting column 211 extends out of the sliding groove 31; then, the positioning bolt 22 is moved to extend into and rotate from the positioning holes 32 at the two sides of the slide rail 3, and respectively extend into the threaded holes 213 on the two clamping blocks 212 and are in threaded connection, and the positioning bolt 22 is rotated as required, so that the two clamping blocks 212 move in the direction away from each other until the two clamping blocks 212 are clamped in the sliding groove 31, and the installation of the seat 4 is completed; the seats 4 sequentially slide to the positions to be installed along the slide rails 3 under the action of the balls 218, so that the installation is convenient, and the time and the labor are saved.
Rotating positioning bolt 22 and unloading positioning bolt 22, two screens are close to each other and the butt, can pull down the seat at this moment and change, when adjusting seat 4 position, promote seat 4 and slide along slide rail 3, and then adjust the interval between the adjacent seat 4, reuse positioning bolt 22 to fix slider 21 and slide rail 3, accomplish the distance between the adjacent seat 4 and obtain adjusting. When the chassis 41 is complete and the L-shaped plate is damaged, the L-shaped plate 42 is detached by adjusting the closing plate 427 for individual replacement, thereby completing replacement of the seat 4 and reducing waste of resources.
The embodiment of the application also discloses a sliding groove type seat and an installation method thereof, referring to fig. 1, the sliding groove type seat adopting the above method comprises the following steps:
s1: installing a slide rail 3; when the concrete stand 5 is poured, the plurality of track fixing steel sheets 1 are arranged into two rows in the direction parallel to the stand 5 and are embedded in the concrete stand 5, and the welding seat 11 faces upwards and is level with the top wall of the stand 5; the track fixing steel sheet 1 is fixed on the stand 5 through concrete pouring, and then the bottom walls of the two slide rails 3 are welded with the welding seats 11, so that the slide rails 3 are fixed on the concrete stand 5.
S2: installation of the seat 4: all parts of the seat 4 are processed and manufactured in a factory and then are transported to a construction site for installation;
s21: mounting the chassis 41:
s211: moving the bottom frame 41 to enable one end of the included angle of the V-shaped frame 411 to face the lower side of the stand 5, moving the bottom frame 41 vertically and downwards until the sliding blocks 21 at two ends of the V-shaped frame 411 close to the opening extend into the sliding grooves 31 of the same sliding rail 3, enabling the clamping block 212 to be located at the horizontal section, enabling the connecting section to extend out of the vertical section, applying force to the bottom frame 41, and enabling the bottom frame 41 to slide along the sliding rail 3 under the action of the balls 218 until the position determined by the design drawing is reached;
s212: finely adjusting the chassis 41 to enable the threaded hole 213 to be coaxial with the positioning hole 32, moving the two positioning bolts 22 to be positioned at two sides of the slide rail 3, being coaxial with the positioning hole 32 and respectively penetrating through the positioning holes 32 at two sides of the slide rail 3, and simultaneously rotating the positioning bolts 22 to enable the positioning bolts 22 to coaxially penetrate through the positioning holes 32 and the threaded holes 213 to be in threaded connection with the slide rail 3 and the slide block 21; continuing to rotate the positioning bolt 22 to make the two clamping blocks 212 separate from each other by overcoming the elastic force until the two clamping blocks abut against the inner walls of the two sides of the horizontal section respectively, so as to complete clamping and fixing of the underframe 41;
s213: repeating S211, and sequentially mounting the plurality of bottom frames 41 on the slide rail 3;
s22: mounting the L-shaped plate 42: placing the L-shaped plate 42 between the bottom frame 41 and the two hand supports 44, wherein the outer wall of the bottom plate 421 and the outer wall of the backup plate 422 are both abutted against the positioning rod 413; pulling the hand pull plate 4272 to apply force to the sealing plate 427, so that the sealing plate 427 slides to the direction of the slot 426 to expose the positioning slot 424 by overcoming the elasticity, and simultaneously applying force to the L-shaped plate 42, so that the positioning rod 413 extends into the opening of the elastic cushion layer 425 to be embedded into the positioning slot 424 and is wrapped by the elastic cushion layer 425, and then stopping applying force to the sealing plate 427, so that the sealing plate 427 is reset under the action of the elasticity, the positioning slot 424 is sealed, and the L-shaped plate 42 is installed;
s22: and adhering a prefabricated water-permeable cushion layer 43 on the surface of the L-shaped plate 42 to complete the installation of the seat 4.

Claims (9)

1. A chute-type seat is characterized in that: the sliding rail (3) is parallel to a stand (5) and is arranged on the stand (5), and the seats (4) are distributed on the sliding rail (3) along the length direction of the sliding rail (3); the positioning assembly (2) corresponds any one of the seats (4) and is provided with at least one group, the positioning assembly (2) is arranged on the bottom wall of the seat (4) and comprises a sliding block (21) and a positioning bolt (22), the sliding block (21) is arranged on the bottom wall of the seat (4), the sliding rail (3) is provided with a sliding groove (31) for the sliding block (21) to slide along the length direction, the sliding block (21) is provided with a threaded hole (213) for the positioning bolt (22) to pass through, the sliding rail (3) is provided with a plurality of positioning holes (32) along the length direction, the positioning holes (32) are perpendicular to the sliding rail (3) and penetrate through the sliding rail (3) along the length direction, and the positioning bolt (22) penetrates through the positioning holes (32) and the threaded hole (213) and is in threaded connection with the sliding rail (3) and the sliding block (21).

The slide-in seat of claim 1, wherein: the sliding block (21) comprises a connecting column (211), a reset piece and two clamping blocks (212), the two clamping blocks (212) are connected to the bottom wall of the connecting column (211) in a sliding mode along the direction perpendicular to the sliding rail (3), and when the two clamping blocks (212) are mutually abutted, the peripheral side of each clamping block is not larger than the side wall of the connecting column (211); the sliding groove (31) is a T-shaped groove, two positioning bolts (22) are arranged corresponding to the clamping blocks (212) and are respectively in threaded connection with the two clamping blocks (212); the reset piece is arranged on the clamping block (212) and can enable the two clamping blocks (212) to be mutually abutted.

The slide-in seat of claim 2, wherein: the reset piece comprises at least one reset spring (216), the clamping blocks (212) are mutually close to one side and are provided with embedded grooves (217) for the reset spring (216) to stretch into, two ends of the reset spring (216) are respectively fixedly arranged on the bottom walls of the two embedded grooves (217), and the reset spring (216) can enable the two clamping blocks (212) to tend to be mutually close.
