The left end of the rotating plate 29 is fixed by the pressure lever 30, and when the active plate 18 moves leftwards, the pressure plate 24 is clamped by the rotating plate 29, so that the pressure plate 24 cannot rotate, and the lifting plate 22 and the pushing baffle plate 23 can be smoothly pulled; when the driving wheel 10 rotates and drives the piston cylinder 8 to swing, the pressing rod 30 is staggered with the rotating plate 29, the piston cylinder 8 drives the baffle plate 23 and the lifting plate 22 to swing together, and the rotating plate 29 is not propped against the pressing rod 30 any more, so that the rotating plate 29 can rotate and is not bound to the pressing plate 24 any more, the pressing plate 24 can also rotate, the influence on the swing of the baffle plate 23 and other structures is avoided, the piston cylinder 8 can smoothly complete the swing action, and the water pumping and draining operation can be smoothly carried out.
When the driving plate 18 is extruded and moved by the cam 19, the lifting plate 22 is pulled open by the pressing plate 24, the clamping block 21 is further pulled open from the sealing plate 20, then the pressing plate 24 is in contact with the baffle plate 23 to drive the baffle plate 23 and the sealing plate 20 to move left, so that the vent hole 25 is opened, and the ventilation hole 25 and the exhaust port 6 are communicated with the outside to ensure that air on the inner side and the outer side of the box body 1 can smoothly circulate.
