As shown in fig. 7, when the information interaction method is applied to a terminal, the information interaction method may include S701-S702.
S701, the terminal responds to consultation operation executed by the session requester aiming at the target object, and generates a consultation instruction.
Specifically, in the process of displaying the multimedia resource, if the viewer account is interested in a target object in the displayed multimedia resource, the terminal may perform an advisory operation with respect to the target object. In this case, the viewer account is the session requestor. And the terminal responds to the consultation operation executed by the session requester aiming at the target object and generates a consultation instruction.
Illustratively, the anchor is explaining a certain article of clothing during the live broadcast. The viewer does not know the size of the garment when he or she wants to purchase it. Therefore, the audience can execute the triggering operation on the customer service control corresponding to the clothes commodity on the terminal and input the consultation information for consulting the clothes size. In this case, the terminal generates a consultation instruction in response to a consultation operation performed by the session requester with respect to the target object.
S702, the terminal responds to the consultation instruction and sends a first service session request to the server.
Wherein the first service session request includes consulting information; the first session creating request is used for requesting to create a session interface of a session object corresponding to the consultation information and the session requester, so that the session requester and the session object perform information interaction on the session interface.
Specifically, after a consultation operation is generated in response to a consultation operation performed by the session requester with respect to the target object, the terminal sends a first service session request to the server in response to the consultation operation.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment at least has the following beneficial effects: from S701-S702, in the process of displaying the multimedia resource, if the viewer account is interested in a target object in the displayed multimedia resource, the terminal may perform an advisory operation with respect to the target object. In this case, the viewer account is the session requestor. s801, the terminal receives an object consultation interface which is sent by the server and corresponds to the consultation information.

Specifically, when the consultation information does not include the target object, the server may send an object consultation interface corresponding to the consultation information to the session requester, so that the session requester selects an object displayed by the object consultation interface. In this case, the terminal receives an object counseling interface corresponding to the counseling information transmitted from the server.
S802, the terminal responds to the selection operation executed by the session requester on the target object in the at least one object, and sends a second service session request to the server.
Wherein the second service session request comprises a target object; the second service session request is used for requesting to create a session interface of a session object corresponding to the session requester and the target object, so that the session requester and the session object perform information interaction on the session interface.
Specifically, after receiving an object consultation interface corresponding to the consultation information and sent by the server, the terminal can send a second service session request to the server in response to a selection operation performed by the session requester on a target object in the at least one object, because the object consultation interface includes at least one object. Therefore, the server can determine the customer service corresponding to the target object according to the target object selected by the terminal, so that the customer service can reply the consultation information of the session requester in time, the information interaction efficiency is improved, and the user experience is enriched.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment at least has the following beneficial effects: as known from S801-S802, when the consultation information does not include the target object, the server may transmit an object consultation interface corresponding to the consultation information to the session requester so that the session requester selects an object displayed by the object consultation interface. In this case, the terminal receives an object counseling interface corresponding to the counseling information transmitted from the server. After receiving the object consultation interface corresponding to the consultation information and sent by the server, the terminal can send a second service session request to the server in response to the selection operation of the session requester on the target object in the at least one object, because the object consultation interface comprises at least one object. Therefore, the server can determine the customer service corresponding to the target object according to the target object selected by the terminal, so that the customer service can reply the consultation information of the session requester in time, the information interaction efficiency is improved, and the user experience is enriched.
It is understood that, in practical implementation, the terminal/server according to the embodiments of the present disclosure may include one or more hardware structures and/or software modules for implementing the corresponding information interaction method, and these hardware structures and/or software modules may constitute an electronic device. Those of skill in the art will readily appreciate that the present disclosure can be implemented in hardware or a combination of hardware and computer software for implementing the exemplary algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein. Whether a function is performed as hardware or computer software drives hardware depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the solution. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present disclosure.
Based on such understanding, the embodiment of the present disclosure also provides an information interaction apparatus, which may be applied to a server. Fig. 9 shows a schematic structural diagram of an information interaction device provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 9, the information interaction apparatus may include: a receiving unit 901, a processing unit 902 and a transmitting unit 903.
A receiving unit 901, configured to receive a service session request; the service session request includes advisory information. For example, in conjunction with fig. 2, the receiving unit 901 is configured to perform S201.
A processing unit 902, configured to determine a session object according to the consultation information. For example, in conjunction with fig. 2, the processing unit 902 is configured to execute S202.
And the sending unit 903 is configured to send a session interface with the session object to the session requester based on the session object, so that the session requester and the session object perform information interaction on the session interface. For example, in conjunction with fig. 2, the transmitting unit 903 is configured to execute S203.
Optionally, when the advisory information includes the target object, the processing unit 902 is specifically configured to:
and when the target object has the corresponding intelligent customer service, determining the intelligent customer service corresponding to the target object as a session object. For example, in conjunction with fig. 3, the processing unit 902 is configured to execute S301.
Optionally, the processing unit 902 is specifically configured to:

Optionally, the sending unit 903 is further configured to send a prompt message to a management account corresponding to the target object; the prompt message is used for prompting the creation of intelligent customer service corresponding to the target object. For example, in conjunction with fig. 5, the transmitting unit 903 is configured to perform S501.
Optionally, when the consultation information does not include the target object, the sending unit 903 is further configured to send an object consultation interface corresponding to the consultation information to the session requester, so that the session requester selects an object displayed by the object consultation interface. For example, in conjunction with fig. 6, the processing unit 902 is configured to execute S601.
In addition, the embodiment of the disclosure also provides an information interaction device, which can be applied to a terminal. Fig. 10 shows a schematic structural diagram of an information interaction device provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 10, the information interaction apparatus may include: a processing unit 1001 and a transmitting unit 1002.
A processing unit 1001, configured to generate a consultation instruction in response to a consultation operation performed by the session requester with respect to the target object. For example, in conjunction with fig. 7, the processing unit 1001 is configured to execute S701.
A sending unit 1002, configured to send a first service session request to a server in response to the consultation instruction; the first service session request includes advisory information; the first service session request is used for requesting to create a session interface of a session object corresponding to the session requester and the consultation information, so that the session requester and the session object perform information interaction on the session interface. For example, in conjunction with fig. 7, the transmitting unit 1002 is configured to execute S701.
Optionally, when the advisory information does not include the target object, the information interacting device further includes: a receiving unit 1002;
a receiving unit 1002, configured to receive an object consultation interface corresponding to consultation information sent by a server; the object advisory interface includes at least one object. For example, in conjunction with fig. 8, the receiving unit 1002 is configured to perform S801.
A sending unit 1002, configured to send a second service session request to the server in response to a selection operation performed by the session requester on a target object of the at least one object; the second service session request includes a target object; the second service session request is used for requesting to create a session interface of a session object corresponding to the session requester and the target object, so that the session requester and the session object perform information interaction on the session interface. For example, in conjunction with fig. 8, the transmitting unit 1002 is configured to execute S802.
As described above, the embodiments of the present disclosure may perform division of functional modules on a server/terminal according to the above method examples. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware form, and can also be realized in a software functional module form. In addition, it should be further noted that the division of the modules in the embodiments of the present disclosure is schematic, and is only a logic function division, and there may be another division manner in actual implementation. For example, the functional blocks may be divided for the respective functions, or two or more functions may be integrated into one processing block.
With regard to the information interaction apparatus in the foregoing embodiment, the specific manner in which each module performs operations and the beneficial effects thereof have been described in detail in the foregoing method embodiment, and are not described herein again.
The embodiment of the disclosure also provides a terminal, which can be a user terminal such as a mobile phone, a computer and the like. Fig. 11 shows a schematic structural diagram of a terminal provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure. The terminal, which may be an information exchange device, may include at least one processor 61, a communication bus 62, a memory 63, and at least one communication interface 64.
The processor 61 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a micro-processing unit, an ASIC, or one or more integrated circuits for controlling the execution of programs according to the present disclosure.
The communication bus 62 may include a path that carries information between the aforementioned components.
The communication interface 64 may be any device, such as a transceiver, for communicating with other devices or communication networks, such as a server, an ethernet, a Radio Access Network (RAN), a Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN), etc.
The memory 63 may be, but is not limited to, a read-only memory (ROM) or other type of static storage device that may store static information and instructions, a Random Access Memory (RAM) or other type of dynamic storage device that may store information and instructions, an electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), a compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM) or other optical disk storage, optical disk storage (including compact disc, laser disc, optical disc, digital versatile disc, blu-ray disc, etc.), magnetic disk storage media or other magnetic storage devices, or any other medium that can be used to carry or store desired program code in the form of instructions or data structures and that can be accessed by a computer. The memory may be self-contained and connected to the processing unit by a bus. The memory may also be integrated with the processing unit.
The memory 63 is used for storing application program codes for executing the disclosed solution, and is controlled by the processor 61. The processor 61 is configured to execute application program code stored in the memory 63 to implement the functions in the disclosed method.
In particular implementations, processor 61 may include one or more CPUs such as CPU0 and CPU1 in fig. 11, for example, as one embodiment.
In one embodiment, the information interaction device may include a plurality of processors, such as the processor 61 and the processor 65 in fig. 11. Each of these processors may be a single-core (single-CPU) processor or a multi-core (multi-CPU) processor. A processor herein may refer to one or more devices, circuits, and/or processing cores for processing data (e.g., computer program instructions).
In a specific implementation, the information interaction apparatus may further include an input device 66 and an output device 67, as an embodiment. The input device 66 communicates with the output device 67 and may accept user input in a variety of ways. For example, the input device 66 may be a mouse, a keyboard, a touch screen device or a sensing device, and the like. The output device 67 is in communication with the processor 61 and may display information in a variety of ways. For example, the output device 61 may be a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), a Light Emitting Diode (LED) display device, or the like.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the configuration shown in fig. 11 is not intended to be limiting and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components may be used.
The embodiment of the disclosure also provides a server. Fig. 12 shows a schematic structural diagram of a server provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure. The server may be an information interaction device. The server, which may vary widely in configuration or performance, may include one or more processors 71 and one or more memories 72. At least one instruction is stored in the memory 72, and the at least one instruction is loaded and executed by the processor 71 to implement the information interaction method provided by the above-mentioned method embodiments. Of course, the server may also have components such as a wired or wireless network interface, a keyboard, and an input/output interface, so as to perform input/output, and the server may also include other components for implementing the functions of the device, which are not described herein again.
The present disclosure also provides an information interaction system, which includes a terminal and a server;
the server is configured to execute the information interaction methods shown in fig. 2 to fig. 6.
The terminal is configured to execute the information interaction method shown in fig. 7 to 8.
The present disclosure also provides a computer-readable storage medium including instructions stored thereon, which, when executed by a processor of a computer device, enable a computer to perform the information interaction method provided by the above-described illustrated embodiment. For example, the computer readable storage medium may be a memory 63 comprising instructions executable by the processor 61 of the terminal to perform the above described method. Also for example, the computer readable storage medium may be a memory 72 comprising instructions executable by a processor 71 of the server to perform the above-described method. Alternatively, the computer readable storage medium may be a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, for example, which may be a ROM, a RAM, a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
The present disclosure also provides a computer program product, which includes computer instructions, when the computer instructions are executed on a server, the server executes the information interaction method shown in any of the above-mentioned fig. 2 to fig. 6.
The present disclosure also provides a computer program product, which includes computer instructions, when the computer instructions are run on a terminal, the terminal is caused to execute the information interaction method shown in any one of fig. 7 to 8.

Claims (10)

1. An information interaction method, comprising:
receiving a service session request; the service session request comprises advisory information;
determining a session object according to the consultation information;
and sending a session interface with the session object to a session requester based on the session object so that the session requester and the session object perform information interaction on the session interface.
2. The information interaction method of claim 1, wherein when the counseling information includes a target object, the determining a session object according to the counseling information includes:
and when the target object has the corresponding intelligent customer service, determining the intelligent customer service corresponding to the target object as the session object.
3. An information interaction method, comprising:
generating a consultation instruction in response to a consultation operation performed by the session requester on the target object;
sending a first service session request to a server in response to the consultation instruction; the first service session request comprises advisory information; the first service session request is used for requesting to create a session interface of a session object corresponding to the session requester and the consultation information, so that the session requester and the session object perform information interaction on the session interface.
4. An information interaction apparatus, comprising: a receiving unit, a processing unit and a transmitting unit;
the receiving unit is used for receiving a service session request; the service session request comprises advisory information;
the processing unit is used for determining a session object according to the consultation information;
the sending unit is used for sending a session interface with the session object to a session requester based on the session object so as to enable the session requester and the session object to perform information interaction on the session interface.
5. An information interaction apparatus, comprising: a processing unit and a transmitting unit;
the processing unit is used for responding to consultation operation executed by the session requester aiming at the target object and generating a consultation instruction;
the sending unit is used for responding to the consultation instruction and sending a first service session request to a server; the first service session request comprises advisory information; the first service session request is used for requesting to create a session interface of a session object corresponding to the session requester and the consultation information, so that the session requester and the session object perform information interaction on the session interface.
6. An information interaction system, comprising: a server and a terminal;
the server, which is used for executing the information interaction method of claim 1 or 2;
the terminal, configured to execute the information interaction method according to claim 3.
7. A server, characterized in that the server comprises:
a processor;
a memory for storing the processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to execute the instructions to implement the information interaction method of claim 1 or 2.
8. A terminal, characterized in that the terminal comprises:
a processor;
a memory for storing the processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to execute the instructions to implement the information interaction method of claim 3.
9. A computer-readable storage medium having instructions stored thereon, wherein the instructions in the computer-readable storage medium, when executed by a processor of a server, enable the server to perform the information interaction method of claim 1 or 2;
alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
the instructions in the computer-readable storage medium, when executed by a processor of a terminal, enable the terminal to perform the information interaction method of claim 3.
10. A computer program product comprising instructions that, when run on a server, cause the server to perform the information interaction method of claim 1 or 2;
