Abstract

Technical Field
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to data processing technologies, and in particular, to a service processing method, apparatus, device, and storage medium.
Background
With the development of network technology, users can acquire more and more rich contents such as games, video and audio works, literary works and the like on the network. In practical application, a content producer generates content, packages the content into files and provides the files to a channel platform side, and the channel platform side stores each content file to a server and displays each content file through a website thereof. In order to promote the content file, a content producer needs to interface with a plurality of channel platform parties and provide the content file to the channel platform parties.
But the service processing flows of the content file by the channel platform sides are different, the content producer needs to adapt to the requirements of the channel providers to correspondingly modify the content file, and a plurality of docking ports are developed to adapt to the service processing flows of the channel providers. Such a processing increases the development burden of the content producer and reduces the efficiency of its content file distribution.

The method provided by the embodiment of the invention can encode the channel platform account information and the first channel identification information to obtain the fused account information, and the generated fused account information is different because the first channel identification information of each channel side is different, so that the fused account information conflict is avoided.
The purpose of generating the fused account information is to provide the account information with uniform format for the content producer device so as to facilitate the processing of the content producer device, and in addition, the fused party device can be transparent to the content producer, so that the information of the fused party is prevented from being revealed.
The embodiment of the invention does not limit the encoding rule, for example, the channel platform account information and the channel identification information can be respectively subjected to numerical processing, and the obtained numerical value is calculated according to a preset calculation formula; the channel platform account information and the channel identification information can be cascaded according to a preset sequence, the cascaded information is subjected to numeric treatment, the obtained numeric value is calculated according to a preset calculation formula, the converted numeric value is used as fused account information or the converted numeric value is encoded into a character value, and the character value is used as fused account information; for another example, a hash value of the channel platform account information and the channel identification information may be calculated, and the calculated hash value may be used as the fused account information.
If the hash value is used as the fused account information, the fused account information after the channel account information codes registered on each channel side can be ensured not to collide.
On the basis of any of the above method embodiments, consider the following scenario: the user registers accounts on a plurality of channel platforms and accesses the same content (for example, plays the same game on different channel platforms), if the synchronization of the content can be realized, for example, the user logs in on the channel platform A and purchases the prop of a certain game, if the prop can be synchronized to the game account of the user on the channel platform B, the user experience can be greatly improved. For this purpose, the channel platform account information includes account universal identification information, and the channel platform account information is compared with channel platform account information sent by other channel side equipment; acquiring and associatively storing second channel identification information of channel side equipment corresponding to the same account universal identification information; receiving a service feedback message sent by content producer equipment, wherein the service feedback message carries target content data and fused account information; searching second channel identification information of the channel side equipment corresponding to the account universal identification information in the fused account information in the second channel identification information of the channel side equipment corresponding to the same account universal identification information in the associated storage; aiming at each second channel identification information, obtaining channel account information corresponding to the second channel identification information; replacing the converged account information in the service feedback message by using the channel account information; and sending the content message carrying the fused account information to the channel side equipment corresponding to each searched second channel identification information.
The account universal identification information refers to universal information of a mailbox, a mobile phone and the like of a user, which are not changed along with channel changes.
The embodiment of the invention does not limit the specific content of the target content data, and in practical application, the embodiment can be preconfigured by a content producer or a channel platform side according to scenes and requirements.
In this case, not all users have cross-channel account information, nor all users submit the same general account identification information in a plurality of channels, so that other second channel identification information cannot be found, and then content synchronization is not needed.
If the fused account information is obtained by encoding the channel account information and the second channel identification information, after receiving the service feedback message sent by the content producer, a processing manner is shown in fig. 3:

According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the second channel identification information corresponding to the common identification information of the same account is associated and stored, so that when the business feedback message carrying the target content data and sent by the content producer equipment is received, the target content data can be sent to all channel equipment corresponding to the common identification information of the same account, so that the account logged in by the same user on all channel equipment synchronously acquires the target content, and cross-fusion platform synchronization of the content is realized.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention will be described in detail below by taking a payment service in a game system formed by a CP server, a convergence platform server and a channel side server as an example in a game scene.
In the above scenario, since the CP is invisible to the channel, the payment parameters of the respective channel side devices are not identical, and the CP is required to provide the parameter values of the payment parameters required for the respective channel side devices at once.
Specifically, the CP server sends the parameter value of the whole set to the fusion platform server so as to acquire an order; the fusion platform server orders the corresponding channel server, and the step can be skipped for the channel server ordered at the front end; and the CP server acquires the payment parameters, invokes the fusion SDK and acquires the payment parameters from the fusion server through the fusion SDK.
The fusion server needs to identify the target channel server for ordering, and various implementation modes are provided:
in one implementation, a front-end algorithm, specifically, invoking a js script of the front end, through environment detection, such as detection by a unique method provided by channel equipment, a detection object can include a locally cached cookie and the like, and identifies the current channel environment of the CP client, thereby calling the payment function of the corresponding channel server;

Fig. 1 is a block diagram showing a part of the structure of a server related to an embodiment of a method provided by an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, the server includes: a power supply 110, a main board 120, a central processing unit (Central Precessing Unit, CPU) 130, a system bus 140, an internal memory 150, a magnetic disk 160, an input unit 170, a display unit 180, a network card 190, and the like. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the server architecture shown in fig. 1 is not limiting of the server and may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine certain components, or a different arrangement of components.
The following describes the respective constituent elements of the server in detail with reference to fig. 1:
the power supply 110 is used for converting 220V ac into 5V,12V and 3.3V dc to supply to each component in the server, and preferably, the power supply may be logically connected to the central processor 130 through a power management system, so that functions of managing charging, discharging, power consumption management and the like are implemented through the power management system.
The motherboard 120 is a platform on which each component in the server operates, and provides an electrical connection path between the components, and each component performs electrical signal transmission through the motherboard, and each component is mounted on the motherboard by plugging, welding, and the like.
The central processing unit 130 is a control center of the server, and mainly includes an arithmetic logic unit (ALU, arithmetic Logic Unit) 131, a Program Counter (PC) 132, a register set 133, a Cache memory (Cache) 134, and a Bus (Bus) interface 135 for transferring data, control, and status. Among these, the arithmetic logic operation unit 131 performs various arithmetic and logical operation operations, including operations of addition, subtraction, multiplication, division by four, and, or, not, exclusive or, shift operation, and relational operation and logical operation. The program counter 132 is a register in the control section of the cpu 130 for storing the address of the next instruction; the register set 133 includes general-purpose registers, special-purpose registers, and control registers. Registers have very high read and write speeds, so data transfer between registers is very fast. The cache memory 134 is a high-speed low-capacity memory composed of SRAM (Static Random Access Memory ) for caching general instructions and data. Bus interface 135 is used to transfer information between central processor 130 and other components. The central processor 130 performs various functions of the server and processes data by running or executing an application program stored in the internal memory 150 or the disk 160 and calling the data stored in the internal memory 150 or the disk 160, thereby performing overall monitoring.
The system bus 140 is a common communication backbone that carries information among the various components of the server, and is a transmission harness made up of wires. According to the kind of information transmitted by the server, the system Bus may be divided into a Data Bus (Data Bus), an Address Bus (Address Bus) and a Control Bus (Control Bus) for transmitting Data, data Address and Control signals, respectively.
The internal memory 150 is an electronic memory device, and is composed of a circuit board and a chip, and is characterized by small volume, high speed, electricity-capable storage, and no electricity-capable emptying, i.e. the internal memory of the server can store data in a starting state, and all data in the internal memory can be automatically emptied after the server is shut down. The internal memory 150 may be classified into SDRAM (Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory) memory and DDR (Double Data Rate) memory. The application and associated data are first read into the internal memory 150, and the central processor 130 reads and loads the application from the internal memory 150.
Disk 160, also known as external memory, holds the operating system, applications, data, etc. required for the server to run, without losing data as the server is powered down.
The input unit 170 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and to generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the server. The input unit specifically further comprises an I/O controller and an input device, wherein the I/O controller is configured to adapt signals of the input device and transmit the signals to the system bus. The input unit 170 may be divided into a mouse 171, a keyboard 172, a touch panel 173, and the like.
The display unit 180 may be used to display information input by a user or information provided to the user and various menus of the server. The display unit 180 may include a display card 181 and a display 182. Further, the touch panel 173 may cover the display panel of the display 182, and when the touch panel 173 detects a touch operation thereon or thereabout, the touch operation is transmitted to the central processor 130 to determine the type of the touch event, and then the processor 130 provides a corresponding visual output on the display panel of the display 182 according to the type of the touch event. Although in fig. 1, the touch panel 173 and the display 182 are implemented as two separate components for the input and output functions of the server, in some embodiments, the touch panel 173 may be integrated with the display panel of the display 182 to implement the input and output functions of the server.
The network card 190 is a network component operating in the data link layer and is an interface for connecting a personal computer and a transmission medium in a lan. The network card 190 may be further classified into a wired network card and a wireless network card.
Although not shown, the server may further include input/output units such as a sound card, a speaker, a microphone, a camera, and communication units such as a bluetooth module, which will not be described herein.
Based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment of the present invention provides a computer storage medium for storing computer software instructions for the above computer system, which includes a program for executing the above computer system.
The embodiment of the invention does not need direct butt joint of a content producer and a channel platform side (hereinafter referred to as a channel side), but uses the storage medium provided by the embodiment of the invention to transfer the message, specifically to the service flow, the storage medium provided by the embodiment of the invention determines the channel side equipment corresponding to the order request message, acquires the parameter value of the corresponding service parameter, and sends the parameter value to the channel side equipment to trigger the service flow, and the content producer only needs to butt joint and adapt with the storage medium provided by the embodiment of the invention, and does not need to adapt each channel side equipment one by one, thereby reducing the research and development burden of the content producer and improving the content release efficiency.

Claims (16)
1. A method for processing a service, comprising:
receiving a service initiation request message sent by channel side equipment in response to a service trigger event, wherein the service response trigger event is an event that a service control in a content file issued by content producer equipment is triggered;
sending the service initiation request message to the content producer device;
Receiving an order request message sent by the content producer device;
determining the channel side equipment corresponding to the order request message;
acquiring parameter values of service parameters corresponding to the channel side equipment;
and carrying the parameter value of the service parameter in the order request message and sending the order request message to the channel side equipment.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining the parameter value of the service parameter corresponding to the channel side device includes:

A method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the service initiation request message carries first channel identification information, the order request message carries the first channel identification information, and the determining the channel side device corresponding to the order request message includes:
and determining the channel side equipment corresponding to the order request message according to the service initiation request message and the first channel identification information carried in the order request message.

A method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the service initiation request message carries channel account information and second channel identification information, the method further comprising: processing the channel platform account information and the second channel identification information according to a preset coding rule to generate fusion account information; replacing the channel account information and the second channel identification information in the service initiation request message with the converged account information;
