In the possible implementation manner, the proxy information received by the auxiliary terminal may be unicast to the auxiliary terminal by the target proxy terminal, or may be broadcast by the target proxy terminal in the terminal group. Thus, S2105 may include: and receiving proxy information of the target proxy terminal broadcasted in a terminal group by the target proxy terminal, wherein the terminal group comprises the auxiliary terminal and the target proxy terminal.
In each of the above possible implementations, the proxy information of the proxy terminal includes, but is not limited to, at least one of:
1. identification information of the proxy terminal; the identification information may be identification information of the proxy terminal in the terminal group, or may be identification information of the proxy terminal in the communication network, which is not limited in this embodiment.
2. Proxy capability information of the proxy terminal; wherein the agent capability information may include at least one of: (1) Support the business type of the agency, such as Voice Call business, data Service (Data Service); (2) QoS type; (3) Slicing (slicking); (4) Multiple radio-dual connectivity (Multi-Radio Dual Connectivity, MR-DC) capabilities, such as EN-DC, NR-DC, etc.
3. Proxy priority information of the proxy terminal; specifically, the user can set the service according to the capacity of the proxy terminal, the service type of the proxy terminal, the tariff of the proxy terminal and other factors.
4. Proxy state information of the proxy terminal.
The proxy state information of the proxy terminal may include:
availability status, i.e. whether the proxy terminal is able to normally provide proxy services, e.g. network coverage status, e.g. not in service area, etc.; state of charge, such as low charge, etc.; a terminal on-off state; the proxy load state, such as the number of auxiliary terminals for which a proxy relationship has been established, i.e., the number of auxiliary terminals for which a proxy relationship has been established without ongoing traffic, and/or the number of auxiliary terminals being proxied, i.e., the number of auxiliary terminals for which a proxy terminal task is being performed; and
Reliability status. Including but not limited to at least one of: signal strength status, such as cell signal strength indication, etc.; a moving speed such as a high-speed movement, a stationary state, etc.; radio Resource Control (RRC) state: idle, inactive, connected, etc.; non Access Stratum (NAS) state: such as cm_idle, cm_connected, etc.
In each possible implementation manner, the proxy request message may carry service request information, where the service request information is used to indicate that the auxiliary terminal requests the proxy service. I.e. the proxy request message may indicate the service of the requesting proxy, so that the target proxy terminal may determine whether to proxy the service of the auxiliary terminal according to the service.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, for the personal internet of things (IOT), the auxiliary terminal can flexibly select the proxy terminal under a user multi-terminal scene, so that the convenience and the efficiency of the personal IOT are improved.
Fig. 3 is another flow chart of a method for establishing a communication proxy according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method 300 may be performed by a terminal. The terminal may act as a proxy terminal in fig. 1. In other words, the method may be performed by software or hardware installed on the terminal. As shown in fig. 3, the method may include the following steps.
And S310, receiving a proxy request message sent by an auxiliary terminal, wherein the proxy request message is used for requesting the proxy terminal to communicate with a network side by the identity of the proxy terminal.
The proxy request message is the same as the proxy request message in the method 200, and specific reference may be made to the description related to the method 200.
And S312, if the proxy request of the auxiliary terminal is determined to be accepted, a proxy request response message is sent to the auxiliary terminal, and a proxy relation is established with the auxiliary terminal, wherein the proxy request response message carries proxy confirmation information.
If the proxy terminal determines that the proxy request of the auxiliary terminal can be accepted, the proxy request response message carries proxy confirmation information and establishes a proxy relationship with the auxiliary terminal; if the proxy terminal determines that the proxy request of the auxiliary terminal is not accepted, the proxy request response message can carry non-acknowledgement information, the proxy request of the auxiliary terminal is refused, and the auxiliary terminal can reselect the target proxy terminal after receiving the proxy request response message.
By the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the proxy terminal receives the proxy request of the auxiliary terminal, and if the proxy request is confirmed to be accepted, the proxy relationship is established with the auxiliary terminal, so that the identity of the proxy terminal can be used for proxy communication between the auxiliary terminal and the network side, and the auxiliary terminal can realize communication with the network side by the identity of the proxy terminal no matter whether the auxiliary terminal has the identity on the network side or not.
In one possible implementation, if the proxy terminal supports the dual connectivity (Dual Connectivity, DC) function, after the proxy relationship is established with the secondary terminal, the dual connectivity may be established with the network side, carrying data transmission between the secondary terminal and the network side through one of the connections.
In one possible implementation, before S310, the proxy terminal may transmit its proxy information so that the secondary terminal may determine that the proxy terminal has proxy capabilities, thereby selecting the proxy terminal to proxy. Thus, in this possible implementation, before S310, the method may further include: s301, sending the proxy information of the proxy terminal.
The proxy information of the proxy terminal may be centralized as described in the above method 200, or may be distributed. Thus, in one possible implementation, S301 may include: and sending the proxy information of the proxy terminal to a central node. I.e. the central node maintains the proxy information of the proxy terminal in a unified way.
In the possible implementation manner, the central node may also maintain auxiliary terminal information of the auxiliary terminal. For example, the auxiliary terminal requests to join the terminal group, sends its auxiliary terminal information to the central node, and the central node notifies the target proxy terminal (i.e. the main terminal) or the trusted proxy terminal of the terminal group, and if the target proxy terminal or the trusted proxy terminal confirms permission, the central node is updated to store the auxiliary terminal information of the auxiliary terminal. Optionally, the target proxy terminal or the trusted proxy terminal may also send a success response message or a failure response message to the auxiliary terminal, indicating whether the auxiliary terminal successfully joins the terminal group.
In yet another possible implementation, S301 may include: and broadcasting the proxy information of the proxy terminal in a terminal group, wherein the terminal group comprises the auxiliary terminal and the proxy terminal. I.e. proxy information of the distributed management proxy terminal.
In the implementation manner of proxy information of the distributed management proxy terminal, optionally, when the auxiliary terminal requests to join the terminal group, the auxiliary terminal information may be sent to a target proxy terminal (i.e. a main terminal) or a trusted proxy terminal, and if the target proxy terminal or the trusted proxy terminal confirms permission, the auxiliary terminal is allowed to join. Optionally, the target proxy terminal or the trusted proxy terminal may also send a success response message or a failure response message to the auxiliary terminal, indicating whether the auxiliary terminal successfully joins the terminal group.
In the present application, as described in the method 200, the proxy information of the proxy terminal may include a plurality of items, for example, at least one of the following: identification information of the proxy terminal; proxy Capability information (Proxy Capability) of the Proxy terminal; proxy Priority information (Proxy Priority) of the Proxy terminal; proxy State information (Proxy State) of the Proxy terminal. Therefore, in S301, the proxy terminal may send each item of proxy information, i.e. send a plurality of messages, or may send all the proxy information together, i.e. send one message, which is not limited in this embodiment.
As described in the above method 200, the proxy terminal may also directly send its proxy information as the target proxy terminal, so in another possible implementation, S301 may include: and broadcasting the proxy information of the proxy terminal in a terminal group, wherein the proxy information indicates that the proxy terminal is a target proxy terminal, and the terminal group comprises the auxiliary terminal and the proxy terminal.
In the possible implementation manner, the proxy terminal may send at least one of the following proxy information to the auxiliary terminal through one or more messages: identification information of the proxy terminal; proxy Capability information (Proxy Capability) of the Proxy terminal; proxy Priority information (Proxy Priority) of the Proxy terminal; proxy State information (Proxy State) of the Proxy terminal, and notifies the secondary terminal that the Proxy terminal is a target Proxy terminal.
In each of the above possible implementations, the proxy terminal may send its proxy information when joining the terminal group, or the proxy terminal may send the proxy information after the proxy information is updated. Thus, in one possible implementation, the method may further comprise: and if the proxy information of the proxy terminal is updated, transmitting the updated proxy information of the proxy terminal. By the possible implementation manner, the proxy terminal can timely inform the central node or the auxiliary terminal when the proxy information of the proxy terminal is updated.
In one possible implementation manner, after receiving the proxy request message sent by the auxiliary terminal, the proxy terminal may determine to accept the proxy request of the auxiliary terminal when determining whether to accept the proxy request, where at least one of the following cases is adopted:
(1) The auxiliary terminal and the proxy terminal are positioned in the same terminal group; i.e. the secondary terminal is a trusted terminal.
(2) The proxy terminal has the capability of proxy the auxiliary terminal to request the proxy service, wherein the proxy request message carries service request information indicating the proxy service.
(3) The current proxy state of the proxy terminal allows proxy of the secondary terminal.
The proxy terminal determines to accept the proxy request of the auxiliary terminal. For example, the proxy request message may carry the auxiliary terminal information of the auxiliary terminal, and the proxy terminal may determine whether to accept the proxy request of the auxiliary terminal according to the proxy capability of the auxiliary terminal. For example, if the proxy terminal can proxy the service requested by the auxiliary terminal, the proxy request of the auxiliary terminal can be accepted, and further, the proxy terminal can also determine whether to allow proxy of the auxiliary terminal according to the current proxy state, for example, whether the current proxy load of the proxy terminal is full or not.
In one possible implementation, the proxy terminal may update its proxy information, e.g. update its proxy load status, after establishing a proxy relationship with the secondary terminal, e.g. notify the central node, the central node update stored proxy information of the proxy terminal, or notify the secondary terminals of the terminal group.
It should be noted that, in the method for establishing a communication proxy provided in the embodiment of the present application, the executing body may be a device for establishing a communication proxy, or a control module in the device for establishing a communication proxy, which is used for executing the method for establishing a communication proxy. In the embodiment of the present application, an example of a method for executing the establishment of the communication proxy by the establishment device of the communication proxy is described.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a device for establishing a communication proxy according to an embodiment of the present application, where the device for establishing a communication proxy may be applied to the auxiliary terminal in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 4, the communication agent establishment apparatus 400 includes: a determining module 410, configured to determine a target agent terminal; a first sending module 420, configured to send a proxy request message to the target proxy terminal, where the proxy request message is used to instruct the auxiliary terminal to communicate with a network side with the identity of the target proxy terminal; the first receiving module 430 is configured to receive a proxy request response message, and if the proxy request response message carries proxy acknowledgement information, establish a proxy relationship with the target proxy terminal.
In one possible implementation, the determining module 410 determines a target proxy terminal, including: receiving proxy information of at least one proxy terminal sent by a central node, wherein the central node is a module for shared access of a terminal group, the proxy information of the at least one proxy terminal is stored, and the terminal group comprises the auxiliary terminal and the at least one proxy terminal; and selecting the target proxy terminal from the at least one proxy terminal according to the auxiliary terminal information of the auxiliary terminal and the proxy information of the at least one proxy terminal based on a proxy selection criterion.
In one possible implementation, the determining module 410 receives proxy information of at least one proxy terminal sent by a central node includes: receiving proxy information of the at least one proxy terminal of the auxiliary terminal sent by the central node; or, receiving proxy information of the at least one proxy terminal broadcasted by the central node in the terminal group.
In one possible implementation, the determining module 410 receives proxy information of at least one proxy terminal sent by a central node, including: and receiving the proxy information of the at least one proxy terminal sent by the central node, wherein the central node sends the proxy information of the at least one proxy terminal after the proxy information of the at least one proxy terminal is updated.

In one possible implementation, the determining module 410 determines a target proxy terminal, including: receiving proxy information of at least one proxy terminal sent by the at least one proxy terminal; and selecting the target proxy terminal from the at least one proxy terminal according to the auxiliary terminal information of the auxiliary terminal and the proxy information of the at least one proxy terminal based on a proxy selection criterion.
In one possible implementation, the determining module 410 receives proxy information of at least one proxy terminal sent by the at least one proxy terminal, including: and receiving proxy information of the at least one proxy terminal broadcasted by the at least one proxy terminal in a terminal group, wherein the terminal group comprises the auxiliary terminal and the at least one proxy terminal.
In one possible implementation, the auxiliary terminal information includes at least one of: the type of the auxiliary terminal; the auxiliary terminal requests the service type of the proxy; identification information of the auxiliary terminal; and the proxy requirement of the auxiliary terminal.
In one possible implementation, the agent selection criteria includes at least one of: selecting according to the proxy priority of the at least one proxy terminal; selecting according to the availability status of the at least one proxy terminal; and selecting according to the reliability state of the at least one proxy terminal.
In one possible implementation, the determining module 410 determines a target proxy terminal, including: and receiving proxy information sent by the target proxy terminal, wherein the proxy information indicates that the target proxy terminal is the current main terminal.
In one possible implementation, the determining module 410 receives proxy information sent by the target proxy terminal, including: and receiving proxy information of the target proxy terminal broadcasted in a terminal group by the target proxy terminal, wherein the terminal group comprises the auxiliary terminal and the target proxy terminal.
In one possible implementation, the proxy information includes at least one of: identification information of the proxy terminal; proxy capability information of the proxy terminal; proxy priority information of the proxy terminal; proxy state information of the proxy terminal.

In one possible implementation manner, the proxy request message carries service request information, where the service request information is used to indicate that the auxiliary terminal requests the proxy service.
The device for establishing the communication proxy in the embodiment of the application can be a device, and can also be a component, an integrated circuit or a chip in the terminal. The device may be a mobile terminal or a non-mobile terminal. By way of example, mobile terminals may include, but are not limited to, the types of terminals 12 listed above, and non-mobile terminals may be servers, network attached storage (Network Attached Storage, NAS), personal computers (personal computer, PCs), televisions (TVs), teller machines, self-service machines, etc., and embodiments of the present application are not limited in particular.
The device for establishing a communication proxy in the embodiment of the present application may be a device having an operating system. The operating system may be an Android operating system, an ios operating system, or other possible operating systems, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited specifically.
The device for establishing the communication proxy provided by the embodiment of the application can be used as the auxiliary terminal to realize each process realized by the method embodiments of fig. 2 to 3 and achieve the same technical effect, and in order to avoid repetition, the description is omitted here.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram showing another structure of a communication proxy establishing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application, which may be applied to the proxy terminal 11 in fig. 1, and as shown in fig. 5, the communication proxy establishing apparatus 500 may include: a second receiving module 510, configured to receive a proxy request message sent by an auxiliary terminal, where the proxy request message is used to request the proxy terminal to communicate with a network side by using an identity of the proxy terminal; and the second sending module 520 is configured to send a proxy request response message to the auxiliary terminal if it is determined to accept the proxy request of the auxiliary terminal, and establish a proxy relationship with the auxiliary terminal, where the proxy request response message carries proxy acknowledgement information.
In a possible implementation manner, the second sending module 520 is further configured to send proxy information of the proxy terminal before receiving the proxy request message sent by the secondary terminal.

The device for establishing the communication proxy in the embodiment of the application can be a device, and can also be a component, an integrated circuit or a chip in the terminal. The device may be a mobile terminal or a non-mobile terminal. By way of example, mobile terminals may include, but are not limited to, the types of terminals 11 listed above, and non-mobile terminals may be servers, network attached storage (Network Attached Storage, NAS), personal computers (personal computer, PCs), televisions (TVs), teller machines, self-service machines, etc., and embodiments of the present application are not limited in particular.
The device for establishing a communication proxy in the embodiment of the present application may be a device having an operating system. The operating system may be an Android operating system, an ios operating system, or other possible operating systems, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited specifically.
The device for establishing a communication proxy provided by the embodiment of the present application can be used as a target proxy terminal to implement each process implemented by the method embodiments of fig. 2 to 3, and achieve the same technical effects, and in order to avoid repetition, the description is omitted here.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 6, the embodiment of the present application further provides a communication device 600, including a processor 601 and a memory 602, where a program or an instruction stored in the memory 602 and capable of running on the processor 601, for example, when the communication device 600 is used as a secondary terminal, the program or the instruction is executed by the processor 601 to implement the respective processes of the embodiment of the method for establishing a communication proxy in the method 200, and achieve the same technical effects. Alternatively, when the communication device 600 is used as a proxy terminal, the program or the instruction when executed by the processor 601 implements the respective processes of the method embodiment of establishing a communication proxy in the method 300, and the same technical effects can be achieved, so that repetition is avoided, and detailed description is omitted here.
Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of a hardware structure of a terminal for implementing an embodiment of the present application.
The terminal 700 includes, but is not limited to: radio frequency unit 701, network module 702, audio output unit 703, input unit 704, sensor 705, display unit 706, user input unit 707, interface unit 708, memory 709, and processor 710.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the terminal 700 may further include a power source (e.g., a battery) for powering the various components, and that the power source may be logically coupled to the processor 710 via a power management system so as to perform functions such as managing charging, discharging, and power consumption via the power management system. The terminal structure shown in fig. 7 does not constitute a limitation of the terminal, and the terminal may include more or less components than shown, or may combine certain components, or may be arranged in different components, which will not be described in detail herein.
It should be appreciated that in embodiments of the present application, the input unit 704 may include a graphics processor (Graphics Processing Unit, GPU) 7041 and a microphone 7042, with the graphics processor 7041 processing image data of still pictures or video obtained by an image capturing device (e.g., a camera) in a video capturing mode or an image capturing mode. The display unit 706 may include a display panel 7061, and the display panel 7061 may be configured in the form of a liquid crystal display, an organic light emitting diode, or the like. The user input unit 707 includes a touch panel 7071 and other input devices 7072. The touch panel 7071 is also referred to as a touch screen. The touch panel 7071 may include two parts, a touch detection device and a touch controller. Other input devices 7072 may include, but are not limited to, a physical keyboard, function keys (e.g., volume control keys, switch keys, etc.), a trackball, a mouse, a joystick, and so forth, which are not described in detail herein.
In the embodiment of the present application, after receiving downlink data from a network side device, the radio frequency unit 701 processes the downlink data with the processor 710; in addition, the uplink data is sent to the network side equipment. Typically, the radio unit 701 includes, but is not limited to, an antenna, at least one amplifier, a transceiver, a coupler, a low noise amplifier, a duplexer, and the like.
The memory 709 may be used to store software programs or instructions and various data. The memory 709 may mainly include a storage program or instruction area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program or instruction area may store an operating system, application programs or instructions (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.) required for at least one function, and the like. In addition, the Memory 709 may include a high-speed random access Memory, and may also include a nonvolatile Memory, wherein the nonvolatile Memory may be a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Programmable ROM (PROM), an Erasable Programmable ROM (EPROM), an Electrically Erasable Programmable EPROM (EEPROM), or a flash Memory. Such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid-state storage device.
Processor 710 may include one or more processing units; alternatively, processor 710 may integrate an application processor that primarily processes operating systems, user interfaces, and applications or instructions, etc., with a modem processor that primarily processes wireless communications, such as a baseband processor. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into the processor 710.

receiving a proxy request message sent by an auxiliary terminal, wherein the proxy request message is used for requesting the proxy terminal to communicate with a network side by the identity of the proxy terminal; and if the proxy request of the auxiliary terminal is determined to be accepted, a proxy request response message is sent to the auxiliary terminal, and a proxy relation is established with the auxiliary terminal, wherein the proxy request response message carries proxy confirmation information.
The embodiment of the application also provides a readable storage medium, on which a program or an instruction is stored, which when executed by a processor, implements each process of the above-mentioned method embodiment for establishing a communication proxy, and can achieve the same technical effect, so that repetition is avoided, and no further description is given here.
Wherein the processor is a processor in the terminal described in the above embodiment. The readable storage medium includes a computer readable storage medium such as a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a random access Memory (Random Access Memory, RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and the like.
The embodiment of the application further provides a chip, the chip comprises a processor and a communication interface, the communication interface is coupled with the processor, the processor is used for running a network side equipment program or instruction, each process of the above embodiment of the method for establishing each communication agent is realized, the same technical effect can be achieved, and the repetition is avoided, and the description is omitted here.

1. The method for establishing the communication proxy is applied to a terminal, and is characterized in that the terminal is an auxiliary terminal, and the method comprises the following steps:
determining a target agent terminal;
sending a proxy request message to the target proxy terminal, wherein the proxy request message is used for requesting to communicate with a network side by the identity of the target proxy terminal;
receiving a proxy request response message, and if the proxy request response message carries proxy confirmation information, establishing a proxy relationship with the target proxy terminal;
wherein determining the target agent terminal comprises:
receiving proxy information of at least one proxy terminal sent by the at least one proxy terminal;
selecting the target proxy terminal from the at least one proxy terminal according to the auxiliary terminal information of the auxiliary terminal and the proxy information of the at least one proxy terminal based on a proxy selection criterion;

and receiving proxy information of the at least one proxy terminal broadcasted by the at least one proxy terminal in a terminal group, wherein the terminal group comprises the auxiliary terminal and the at least one proxy terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the target proxy terminal comprises:
receiving proxy information of at least one proxy terminal sent by a central node, wherein the central node is a module for shared access of a terminal group and stores the proxy information of the at least one proxy terminal;
and based on a proxy selection criterion, evaluating according to the auxiliary terminal information of the auxiliary terminal and the proxy information of the at least one proxy terminal, and selecting the target proxy terminal from the at least one proxy terminal.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein receiving proxy information for at least one proxy terminal transmitted by the central node comprises:
receiving proxy information of the at least one proxy terminal of the auxiliary terminal sent by the central node; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
and receiving proxy information of the at least one proxy terminal broadcasted by the central node in the terminal group.
4. A method according to claim 3, wherein receiving proxy information for at least one proxy terminal sent by the central node comprises:
and receiving the proxy information of the at least one proxy terminal sent by the central node, wherein the central node sends the proxy information of the at least one proxy terminal after the proxy information of the at least one proxy terminal is updated.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the target proxy terminal comprises:
and receiving the proxy information of the target proxy terminal sent by the central node.

The method of claim 5, wherein the target proxy terminal is a proxy terminal selected from the at least one proxy terminal based on proxy selection criteria for the central node based on the secondary terminal information of the secondary terminal and proxy information of the at least one proxy terminal.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein receiving the proxy information of the target proxy terminal selected and transmitted by the center node comprises:
and receiving the proxy information of the target proxy terminal selected and sent by the central node, wherein the target proxy terminal is selected from the at least one proxy terminal by the central node after the auxiliary terminal information of the auxiliary terminal is updated, or the central node is selected from the at least one proxy terminal after the proxy information of the at least one proxy terminal is updated.

The type of the auxiliary terminal;
the auxiliary terminal requests the service type of the proxy;
identification information of the auxiliary terminal;

9. The method of any of claims 2 to 7, wherein the agent selection criteria comprises at least one of:
selecting according to the proxy priority of the at least one proxy terminal;
selecting according to the availability status of the at least one proxy terminal;
and selecting according to the reliability state of the at least one proxy terminal.
10. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the target proxy terminal comprises:
and receiving proxy information sent by the target proxy terminal, wherein the proxy information indicates that the target proxy terminal is the current main terminal.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein receiving proxy information sent by the target proxy terminal comprises:
and receiving proxy information of the target proxy terminal broadcasted in a terminal group by the target proxy terminal, wherein the terminal group comprises the auxiliary terminal and the target proxy terminal.
12. The method of any of claims 1 to 7 and 10 to 11, wherein the proxy information comprises at least one of:
Identification information of the proxy terminal;
proxy capability information of the proxy terminal;
proxy priority information of the proxy terminal;
proxy state information of the proxy terminal.
13. The method of claim 12, wherein the proxy state information comprises at least one of: availability status; reliability status.
14. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 7 and 10 to 11, wherein the proxy request message carries service request information, where the service request information is used to indicate that the secondary terminal requests a proxy service.
15. The method for establishing the communication proxy is applied to a terminal, and is characterized in that the terminal is a proxy terminal, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a proxy request message sent by an auxiliary terminal, wherein the proxy request message is used for requesting the proxy terminal to communicate with a network side by the identity of the proxy terminal;

The apparatus of claim 24, wherein the target proxy terminal is a proxy terminal selected from the at least one proxy terminal for the hub node based on proxy selection criteria based on the secondary terminal information of the secondary terminal and proxy information of the at least one proxy terminal.
26. The apparatus of claim 25, wherein the determining module receives proxy information of the target proxy terminal selected and transmitted by a center node, comprising:

selecting according to the proxy priority of the at least one proxy terminal;
selecting according to the availability status of the at least one proxy terminal;

29. The apparatus of claim 20, wherein the determining module determines a target proxy terminal comprising:
and receiving proxy information sent by the target proxy terminal, wherein the proxy information indicates that the target proxy terminal is the current main terminal.

33. The apparatus according to any one of claims 20 to 26, 29 to 30, wherein the proxy request message carries service request information, where the service request information is used to indicate that the secondary terminal requests a proxy service.
34. A communication proxy establishing apparatus applied to a proxy terminal, the apparatus comprising:
