Thus, S2105 may include: and receiving the agent information of the target agent terminal broadcasted by the target agent terminal in a terminal group, wherein the terminal group comprises the auxiliary terminal and the target agent terminal.
In each possible implementation manner, the agent information of the agent terminal includes, but is not limited to, at least one of the following:
1. identification information of the agent terminal; the identification information may be identification information of the agent terminal in the terminal group, or may be identification information of the agent terminal in the communication network, which is not limited in this embodiment.
2. Agent capability information of the agent terminal; wherein the agent capability information may include at least one of: (1) the Service types of the supporting agents, such as Voice Call Service (Voice Call) Service, Data Service (Data Service); (2) a QoS type; (3) slicing (Slicing); (4) multiple Radio Dual Connectivity (MR-DC) capabilities such as EN-DC, NR-DC, etc.
3. Agent priority information of the agent terminal; the user may specifically set the service type of the agent terminal and the cost of the agent terminal according to the capability of the agent terminal.

The agent state information of the agent terminal may include:
an availability status, i.e., whether the agent terminal can normally provide the agent service, e.g., a network coverage status, such as out-of-service, etc.; a charge state, such as low charge; a terminal power-on and power-off state; the agent load state, such as the number of the auxiliary terminals with the agent relationship established, that is, the number of the auxiliary terminals with the agent relationship established but without the ongoing service, and/or the number of the auxiliary terminals with the agent relationship being established, that is, the number of the auxiliary terminals executing the agent terminal task; and
a reliability status. Including but not limited to at least one of: signal strength status, such as cell signal strength indication, etc.; moving speed, such as high-speed movement, stationary state, etc.; radio Resource Control (RRC) state: idle (Idle), Inactive (Inactive), Connected (Connected) state, etc.; non-access stratum (NAS) state: such as CM _ IDLE, CM _ Connected, etc.
In each possible implementation manner, the agent request message may carry service request information, where the service request information is used to indicate that the auxiliary terminal requests an agent service. That is, the service requesting the proxy may be indicated in the proxy request message, so that the target proxy terminal may determine whether to proxy the service of the secondary terminal according to the service.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, under the scene of personal Internet of things (IOT) and one user with multiple terminals, the auxiliary terminal can flexibly select the proxy terminal, and the convenience and the efficiency of the personal IOT network are improved.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart of another method for establishing a communication proxy according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method 300 may be executed by a terminal. The terminal may act as the proxy terminal in fig. 1. In other words, the method may be performed by software or hardware installed on the terminal. As shown in fig. 3, the method may include the following steps.
S310, receiving an agent request message sent by an auxiliary terminal, wherein the agent request message is used for requesting the agent terminal to communicate with a network side by the agent terminal according to the identity of the agent terminal.
The proxy request message is the same as the proxy request message in the method 200, and reference may be specifically made to the related description in the method 200.
And S312, if the agent request of the auxiliary terminal is confirmed to be accepted, sending an agent request response message to the auxiliary terminal, and establishing an agent relationship with the auxiliary terminal, wherein the agent request response message carries agent confirmation information.
If the agent terminal determines that the agent request of the auxiliary terminal can be accepted, the agent request response message can carry agent confirmation information and establish an agent relationship with the auxiliary terminal; if the agent terminal determines that the agent request of the auxiliary terminal is not accepted, the agent request response message can carry non-confirmation information to reject the agent request of the auxiliary terminal, and the auxiliary terminal can reselect the target agent terminal after receiving the agent request response message.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the proxy terminal receives the proxy request of the auxiliary terminal, and if the proxy request is determined to be received, the proxy terminal establishes a proxy relationship with the auxiliary terminal, so that the auxiliary terminal can be used for communication with the network side by using the identity of the proxy terminal, and the auxiliary terminal can realize communication with the network side by using the identity of the proxy terminal regardless of whether the network side has the identity.
In one possible implementation, if the proxy terminal supports a Dual Connectivity (DC) function, after establishing a proxy relationship with the secondary terminal, a Dual Connectivity may be established with the network side, and data transmission between the secondary terminal and the network side is carried through one of the connections.
In one possible implementation, before S310, the proxy terminal may send its proxy information, so that the secondary terminal may determine that the proxy terminal has proxy capability, and thus select the proxy terminal to proxy. Therefore, in this possible implementation manner, before S310, the method may further include: s301, sending the agent information of the agent terminal.
As described in the above method 200, the proxy information of the proxy terminal may be processed in a centralized manner or in a distributed manner. Thus, in one possible implementation, S301 may include: and sending the agent information of the agent terminal to a central node. Namely, the central node maintains the agent information of the agent terminal in a unified way.
In the above possible implementation manner, the central node may further maintain the auxiliary terminal information of the auxiliary terminal. For example, the auxiliary terminal requests to join the terminal group, and sends the auxiliary terminal information to the central node, the central node notifies the target agent terminal (i.e. the main terminal) or the trusted agent terminal of the terminal group, and if the target agent terminal or the trusted agent terminal confirms the permission, the central node is updated, and the auxiliary terminal information of the auxiliary terminal is stored. Optionally, the target agent terminal or the trusted agent terminal may further send a success response message or a failure response message to the secondary terminal, indicating whether the secondary terminal successfully joins the terminal group.
In yet another possible implementation manner, S301 may include: and broadcasting the agent information of the agent terminal in a terminal group, wherein the terminal group comprises the auxiliary terminal and the agent terminal. I.e. agent information of the distributed management agent terminal.
In the implementation manner of the agent information of the distributed management agent terminal, optionally, when the auxiliary terminal requests to join the terminal group, the auxiliary terminal may send the auxiliary terminal information to the target agent terminal (i.e., the master terminal) or the trusted agent terminal, and if the permission is confirmed, the target agent terminal or the trusted agent terminal allows the auxiliary terminal to join. Optionally, the target agent terminal or the trusted agent terminal may further send a success response message or a failure response message to the secondary terminal, indicating whether the secondary terminal successfully joins the terminal group.
In the present application, as described in the method 200, the proxy information of the proxy terminal may include a plurality of items, for example, at least one of the following: identification information of the agent terminal; proxy Capability information (Proxy Capability) of the Proxy terminal; proxy Priority information (Proxy Priority) of the Proxy terminal; proxy State information (Proxy State) of the Proxy terminal. Therefore, in S301, the proxy terminal may send each item of proxy information separately, that is, send a plurality of messages, or send all the proxy information together, that is, send one message, and the embodiment is not limited in this embodiment.
As described in the above method 200, the proxy terminal may also directly serve as the target proxy terminal to send its proxy information, and therefore, in another possible implementation manner, S301 may include: broadcasting the agent information of the agent terminal in a terminal group, wherein the agent information indicates that the agent terminal is a target agent terminal, and the terminal group comprises the auxiliary terminal and the agent terminal.
In the above possible implementation manner, the proxy terminal may send at least one of the following proxy information to the secondary terminal through one or more messages: identification information of the agent terminal; proxy Capability information (Proxy Capability) of the Proxy terminal; proxy Priority information (Proxy Priority) of the Proxy terminal; and Proxy State information (Proxy State) of the Proxy terminal, and informing the auxiliary terminal that the Proxy terminal is the target Proxy terminal.
In each possible implementation manner, the proxy terminal may send its proxy information when joining the terminal group, or the proxy terminal may send the proxy information after updating its proxy information. Thus, in one possible implementation, the method may further include: and if the agent information of the agent terminal is updated, sending the updated agent information of the agent terminal. Through the possible implementation mode, the agent terminal can timely inform the central node or the auxiliary terminal when the agent information is updated.
In one possible implementation manner, after receiving the proxy request message sent by the secondary terminal, when determining whether to accept the proxy request, the proxy terminal may determine to accept the proxy request of the secondary terminal under at least one of the following conditions:
(1) the auxiliary terminal and the agent terminal are positioned in the same terminal group; i.e. the secondary terminal is a trusted terminal.
(2) The agent terminal has the capability of acting the auxiliary terminal to request the service of the agent, wherein the agent request message carries the service request information indicating the service of the agent.
(3) And the current proxy state of the proxy terminal allows the proxy of the auxiliary terminal.
The above conditions may be only satisfied with one or more conditions, and the agent terminal determines to accept the agent request of the auxiliary terminal. For example, the proxy request message may carry the auxiliary terminal information of the auxiliary terminal, and the proxy terminal may determine whether to accept the proxy request of the auxiliary terminal according to its proxy capability. For example, if the proxy terminal can proxy the service requested by the auxiliary terminal, the proxy terminal can accept the proxy request of the auxiliary terminal, and further, the proxy terminal can determine whether to allow the auxiliary terminal to be proxied according to the current proxy state of the proxy terminal, for example, whether the current proxy load of the proxy terminal is full, and the like.
In a possible implementation manner, after the agent terminal establishes the agent relationship with the secondary terminal, the agent terminal may update its agent information, for example, update its agent load state, for example, notify the central node, the central node updates the stored agent information of the agent terminal, or notify the secondary terminal of the terminal group.
It should be noted that, in the method for establishing a communication agent provided in the embodiment of the present application, the execution subject may be an establishment apparatus of the communication agent, or a control module in the establishment apparatus of the communication agent, configured to execute the establishment method of the communication agent. In the embodiment of the present application, a method for executing a communication agent establishment by a communication agent establishment apparatus is taken as an example, and the communication agent establishment apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present application is described.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a communication agent establishing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the communication agent establishing apparatus may be applied to the secondary terminal in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 4, the communication agent establishing apparatus 400 includes: a determining module 410, configured to determine a target agent terminal; a first sending module 420, configured to send a proxy request message to the target proxy terminal, where the proxy request message is used to instruct the secondary terminal to communicate with a network side in an identity of the target proxy terminal; the first receiving module 430 is configured to receive an agent request response message, and if the agent request response message carries agent confirmation information, establish an agent relationship with the target agent terminal.
In one possible implementation manner, the determining module 410 determines the target agent terminal, including: receiving agent information of at least one agent terminal sent by a central node, wherein the central node is a module of shared access of a terminal group, the agent information of the at least one agent terminal is stored, and the terminal group comprises the auxiliary terminal and the at least one agent terminal; and selecting the target agent terminal from the at least one agent terminal according to the auxiliary terminal information of the auxiliary terminal and the agent information of the at least one agent terminal based on an agent selection criterion.
In one possible implementation manner, the receiving, by the determining module 410, the agent information of at least one agent terminal sent by the central node includes: receiving agent information of the at least one agent terminal sent to the auxiliary terminal by the central node; or, receiving the agent information of the at least one agent terminal broadcasted by the central node in the terminal group.
In one possible implementation manner, the determining module 410 receives agent information of at least one agent terminal sent by a central node, including: and receiving the agent information of the at least one agent terminal sent by the central node, wherein the central node sends the agent information of the at least one agent terminal after the agent information of the at least one agent terminal is updated.

In one possible implementation manner, the determining module 410 determines the target agent terminal, including: and receiving agent information sent by the target agent terminal, wherein the agent information indicates that the target agent terminal is a current main terminal.
In one possible implementation manner, the determining module 410 receives the agent information sent by the target agent terminal, including: and receiving the agent information of the target agent terminal broadcasted by the target agent terminal in a terminal group, wherein the terminal group comprises the auxiliary terminal and the target agent terminal.

The establishing device of the communication agent in the embodiment of the present application may be a device, and may also be a component, an integrated circuit, or a chip in the terminal. The device can be a mobile terminal or a non-mobile terminal. By way of example, the mobile terminal may include, but is not limited to, the above-listed types of the terminal 12, and the non-mobile terminal may be a server, a Network Attached Storage (NAS), a Personal Computer (PC), a Television (TV), a teller machine, a kiosk, or the like, and the embodiments of the present application are not limited in particular.
The establishing device of the communication agent in the embodiment of the present application may be a device having an operating system. The operating system may be an Android (Android) operating system, an ios operating system, or other possible operating systems, and embodiments of the present application are not limited specifically.
The device for establishing a communication proxy provided in the embodiment of the present application can be used as an auxiliary terminal to implement each process implemented in the method embodiments of fig. 2 to fig. 3, and achieve the same technical effect, and is not described herein again to avoid repetition.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of another communication agent establishing apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present application, which may be applied to the agent terminal 11 in fig. 1, and as shown in fig. 5, the communication agent establishing apparatus 500 may include: a second receiving module 510, configured to receive a proxy request message sent by an auxiliary terminal, where the proxy request message is used to request the proxy terminal to proxy the auxiliary terminal for communication with a network side with an identity of the proxy terminal; a second sending module 520, configured to send an agent request response message to the auxiliary terminal if it is determined that the agent request of the auxiliary terminal is accepted, and establish an agent relationship with the auxiliary terminal, where the agent request response message carries agent confirmation information.

The establishing device of the communication agent in the embodiment of the present application may be a device having an operating system. The operating system may be an Android (Android) operating system, an ios operating system, or other possible operating systems, and embodiments of the present application are not limited specifically.
The communication agent establishing apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present application can be used as a target agent terminal to implement each process implemented in the method embodiments of fig. 2 to fig. 3, and achieve the same technical effect, and is not described herein again to avoid repetition.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 6, an embodiment of the present application further provides a communication device 600, which includes a processor 601 and a memory 602, and a program or an instruction stored on the memory 602 and executable on the processor 601, for example, when the communication device 600 is used as a secondary terminal, the program or the instruction is executed by the processor 601 to implement each process of the embodiment of the method for establishing a communication agent in the method 200, and the same technical effect can be achieved. Or, when the communication device 600 is used as a proxy terminal, the program or the instruction is executed by the processor 601 to implement each process of the communication proxy establishing method embodiment in the method 300, and the same technical effect can be achieved, and in order to avoid repetition, details are not described here again.
Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of a hardware structure of a terminal for implementing the embodiment of the present application.
The terminal 700 includes, but is not limited to: a radio frequency unit 701, a network module 702, an audio output unit 703, an input unit 704, a sensor 705, a display unit 706, a user input unit 707, an interface unit 708, a memory 709, and a processor 710.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the terminal 700 may further include a power supply (e.g., a battery) for supplying power to various components, which may be logically connected to the processor 710 via a power management system, so as to manage charging, discharging, and power consumption management functions via the power management system. The terminal structure shown in fig. 7 does not constitute a limitation of the terminal, and the terminal may include more or less components than those shown, or combine some components, or have a different arrangement of components, and will not be described again here.
It should be understood that in the embodiment of the present application, the input Unit 704 may include a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) 7041 and a microphone 7042, and the Graphics Processing Unit 7041 processes image data of still pictures or videos obtained by an image capturing device (e.g., a camera) in a video capturing mode or an image capturing mode. The display unit 706 may include a display panel 7071, and the display panel 7071 may be configured in the form of a liquid crystal display, an organic light emitting diode, or the like. The user input unit 707 includes a touch panel 7071 and other input devices 7072. The touch panel 7071 is also referred to as a touch screen. The touch panel 7071 may include two parts of a touch detection device and a touch controller. Other input devices 7072 may include, but are not limited to, a physical keyboard, function keys (e.g., volume control keys, switch keys, etc.), a trackball, a mouse, and a joystick, which are not described in detail herein.
In the embodiment of the present application, the radio frequency unit 701 receives downlink data from a network side device and then processes the downlink data in the processor 710; in addition, the uplink data is sent to the network side equipment. In general, radio frequency unit 701 includes, but is not limited to, an antenna, at least one amplifier, a transceiver, a coupler, a low noise amplifier, a duplexer, and the like.
The memory 709 may be used to store software programs or instructions as well as various data. The memory 709 may mainly include a storage program or instruction area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program or instruction area may store an operating system, an application program or instruction (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.) required by at least one function, and the like. In addition, the Memory 709 may include a high-speed random access Memory and a nonvolatile Memory, where the nonvolatile Memory may be a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Programmable ROM (PROM), an Erasable PROM (EPROM), an Electrically Erasable PROM (EEPROM), or a flash Memory. Such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device.
Processor 710 may include one or more processing units; alternatively, processor 710 may integrate an application processor that handles primarily the operating system, user interface, and application programs or instructions, etc. and a modem processor that handles primarily wireless communications, such as a baseband processor. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into processor 710.
Wherein the processor 710 may be configured to perform the following steps:
determining a target agent terminal; sending an agent request message to the target agent terminal, wherein the agent request message is used for instructing the auxiliary terminal to communicate with the network side with the identity of the target agent terminal; and receiving an agent request response message, and if the agent request response message carries agent confirmation information, establishing an agent relationship with the target agent terminal. The embodiment of the present application further provides a readable storage medium, where a program or an instruction is stored on the readable storage medium, and when the program or the instruction is executed by a processor, the program or the instruction implements each process of the above-mentioned method for establishing a communication agent, and can achieve the same technical effect, and in order to avoid repetition, details are not repeated here.
Wherein, the processor is the processor in the terminal described in the above embodiment. The readable storage medium includes a computer readable storage medium, such as a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and so on.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a chip, where the chip includes a processor and a communication interface, the communication interface is coupled to the processor, and the processor is configured to run a network-side device program or an instruction, so as to implement each process of the above-mentioned method for establishing each communication agent, and achieve the same technical effect, and in order to avoid repetition, the description is omitted here.

Claims (48)

1. A method for establishing a communication agent is applied to a terminal, and is characterized in that the terminal is an auxiliary terminal, and the method comprises the following steps:
determining a target agent terminal;
sending an agent request message to the target agent terminal, wherein the agent request message is used for instructing the auxiliary terminal to communicate with the network side with the identity of the target agent terminal;
and receiving an agent request response message, and if the agent request response message carries agent confirmation information, establishing an agent relationship with the target agent terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining a target proxy terminal comprises:
receiving agent information of at least one agent terminal sent by a central node, wherein the central node is a module of shared access of a terminal group, the agent information of the at least one agent terminal is stored, and the terminal group comprises the auxiliary terminal and the at least one agent terminal;
and based on an agent selection criterion, evaluating according to the auxiliary terminal information of the auxiliary terminal and the agent information of the at least one agent terminal, and selecting the target agent terminal from the at least one agent terminal.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein receiving the agent information of the at least one agent terminal sent by the central node comprises:
receiving agent information of the at least one agent terminal sent to the auxiliary terminal by the central node; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,

and receiving the agent information of the at least one agent terminal sent by the central node, wherein the central node sends the agent information of the at least one agent terminal after the agent information of the at least one agent terminal is updated.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein determining a target proxy terminal comprises:
and receiving the agent information of the target agent terminal sent by the central node.

The method of claim 5, wherein the target agent terminal is an agent terminal selected from the at least one agent terminal based on an agent selection criterion for the central node based on the secondary terminal information of the secondary terminal and the agent information of the at least one agent terminal.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein receiving the agent information of the target agent terminal selected and transmitted by the central node comprises:
and receiving agent information of the target agent terminal selected and sent by a central node, wherein the target agent terminal is selected by the central node from the at least one agent terminal after the auxiliary terminal information of the auxiliary terminal is updated, or the central node is selected by the central node from the at least one agent terminal after the agent information of the at least one agent terminal is updated.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein determining a target proxy terminal comprises:
receiving agent information of at least one agent terminal sent by at least one agent terminal;
and selecting the target agent terminal from the at least one agent terminal according to the auxiliary terminal information of the auxiliary terminal and the agent information of the at least one agent terminal based on an agent selection criterion.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein receiving the agent information of the at least one agent terminal sent by at least one agent terminal comprises:
and receiving the agent information of the at least one agent terminal broadcasted by the at least one agent terminal in a terminal group, wherein the terminal group comprises the auxiliary terminal and the at least one agent terminal.
10. The method according to any of claims 2 to 4 and 6 to 9, wherein the secondary terminal information comprises at least one of:
the type of the auxiliary terminal;
the auxiliary terminal requests the service type of the agent;
identification information of the auxiliary terminal;
and the agent requirement of the auxiliary terminal.
11. The method of any of claims 2, 6 and 8, wherein the agent selection criteria comprises at least one of:
selecting according to the agent priority of the at least one agent terminal;
selecting according to the availability status of the at least one proxy terminal;
and selecting according to the reliability state of the at least one agent terminal.
12. The method of claim 1, wherein determining a target proxy terminal comprises:
and receiving agent information sent by the target agent terminal, wherein the agent information indicates that the target agent terminal is a current main terminal.
13. The method of claim 12, wherein receiving the agent information sent by the target agent terminal comprises:
and receiving the agent information of the target agent terminal broadcasted by the target agent terminal in a terminal group, wherein the terminal group comprises the auxiliary terminal and the target agent terminal.
14. The method according to any of claims 2 to 9 and 12 to 13, wherein the proxy information comprises at least one of:
identification information of the agent terminal;
agent capability information of the agent terminal;
agent priority information of the agent terminal;
agent state information of the agent terminal.
15. The method of claim 14, wherein the proxy state information comprises at least one of: an availability status; a reliability status.
16. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 9 and 12 to 13, wherein the proxy request message carries service request information, wherein the service request information is used to indicate that the secondary terminal requests a proxy service.
17. A method for establishing a communication proxy is applied to a terminal, and is characterized in that the terminal is a proxy terminal, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving an agent request message sent by an auxiliary terminal, wherein the agent request message is used for requesting the agent terminal to communicate with a network side by using the identity of the agent terminal;
and if the agent request of the auxiliary terminal is confirmed to be accepted, sending an agent request response message to the auxiliary terminal, and establishing an agent relationship with the auxiliary terminal, wherein the agent request response message carries agent confirmation information.
18. The method of claim 17, wherein prior to receiving the proxy request message sent by the secondary terminal, the method further comprises:
and sending the agent information of the agent terminal.
19. The method of claim 18, wherein transmitting the agent information of the agent terminal comprises:

and broadcasting the agent information of the agent terminal in a terminal group, wherein the terminal group comprises the auxiliary terminal and the agent terminal.
21. The method of claim 18, wherein transmitting the agent information of the agent terminal comprises:
broadcasting the agent information of the agent terminal in a terminal group, wherein the agent information indicates that the agent terminal is a target agent terminal, and the terminal group comprises the auxiliary terminal and the agent terminal.
22. The method of any one of claims 18 to 21, further comprising:
and if the agent information of the agent terminal is updated, sending the updated agent information of the agent terminal.
23. The method according to any of claims 17 to 21, wherein determining to accept the proxy request of the secondary terminal comprises:
determining to accept the proxy request of the secondary terminal in at least one of:
the auxiliary terminal and the agent terminal are positioned in the same terminal group;
the agent terminal has the capability of acting the auxiliary terminal to request the service of the agent, wherein the agent request message carries service request information indicating the service of the agent request;
and the current proxy state of the proxy terminal allows the proxy of the auxiliary terminal.
24. An apparatus for establishing a communication proxy, applied to a secondary terminal, the apparatus comprising:
the determining module is used for determining the target agent terminal;
a first sending module, configured to send a proxy request message to the target proxy terminal, where the proxy request message is used to instruct the secondary terminal to communicate with a network side with the identity of the target proxy terminal;

and selecting the target agent terminal from the at least one agent terminal according to the auxiliary terminal information of the auxiliary terminal and the agent information of the at least one agent terminal based on an agent selection criterion.
26. The apparatus of claim 25, wherein the determining module receives the agent information of the at least one agent terminal sent by the central node comprises:
receiving agent information of the at least one agent terminal sent to the auxiliary terminal by the central node; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and receiving the agent information of the at least one agent terminal broadcasted by the central node in the terminal group.
27. The apparatus of claim 26, wherein the determining module receives agent information of at least one agent terminal from the central node, comprising:
and receiving the agent information of the at least one agent terminal sent by the central node, wherein the central node sends the agent information of the at least one agent terminal after the agent information of the at least one agent terminal is updated.
28. The apparatus of claim 24, wherein the determining module determines a target agent terminal, comprising:

The apparatus of claim 28, wherein the target agent terminal is an agent terminal selected from the at least one agent terminal based on agent selection criteria for the central node based on the secondary terminal information for the secondary terminal and agent information for the at least one agent terminal.
30. The apparatus of claim 29, wherein the determining module receives the agent information of the target agent terminal selected and transmitted by the central node, comprising:
and receiving agent information of the target agent terminal selected and sent by a central node, wherein the target agent terminal is selected by the central node from the at least one agent terminal after the auxiliary terminal information of the auxiliary terminal is updated, or the central node is selected by the central node from the at least one agent terminal after the agent information of the at least one agent terminal is updated.
31. The apparatus of claim 24, wherein the determining module determines a target agent terminal, comprising:
receiving agent information of at least one agent terminal sent by at least one agent terminal;
and selecting the target agent terminal from the at least one agent terminal according to the auxiliary terminal information of the auxiliary terminal and the agent information of the at least one agent terminal based on an agent selection criterion.
32. The apparatus of claim 31, wherein the determining module receives agent information of at least one agent terminal sent by at least one agent terminal, comprising:
and receiving the agent information of the at least one agent terminal broadcasted by the at least one agent terminal in a terminal group, wherein the terminal group comprises the auxiliary terminal and the at least one agent terminal.
33. The apparatus according to any of claims 25 to 27 and 29 to 32, wherein the secondary terminal information comprises at least one of:
the type of the auxiliary terminal;
the auxiliary terminal requests the service type of the agent;
identification information of the auxiliary terminal;
and the agent requirement of the auxiliary terminal.
34. The apparatus of any of claims 25, 29 and 31, wherein the agent selection criteria comprises at least one of:
selecting according to the agent priority of the at least one agent terminal;
selecting according to the availability status of the at least one proxy terminal;
and selecting according to the reliability state of the at least one agent terminal.
35. The apparatus of claim 24, wherein the determining module determines a target agent terminal, comprising:
and receiving agent information sent by the target agent terminal, wherein the agent information indicates that the target agent terminal is a current main terminal.
36. The apparatus of claim 35, wherein the determining module receives the agent information sent by the target agent terminal, comprising:
and receiving the agent information of the target agent terminal broadcasted by the target agent terminal in a terminal group, wherein the terminal group comprises the auxiliary terminal and the target agent terminal.
37. The apparatus according to any of claims 25 to 32, 35 to 36, wherein the proxy information comprises at least one of:
identification information of the agent terminal;
agent capability information of the agent terminal;
agent priority information of the agent terminal;
agent state information of the agent terminal.
38. The apparatus of claim 37, wherein the proxy state information comprises at least one of: an availability status; a reliability status.
39. The apparatus according to any one of claims 24 to 32 and 35 to 36, wherein the proxy request message carries service request information, where the service request information is used to indicate that the secondary terminal requests a proxy service.
40. An apparatus for establishing a communication proxy, applied to a proxy terminal, the apparatus comprising:
a second receiving module, configured to receive an agent request message sent by an auxiliary terminal, where the agent request message is used to request the agent terminal to communicate with a network side by using the identity of the agent terminal;
and the second sending module is used for sending an agent request response message to the auxiliary terminal and establishing an agent relationship with the auxiliary terminal if the agent request of the auxiliary terminal is determined to be accepted, wherein the agent request response message carries agent confirmation information.
41. The apparatus of claim 40, wherein the second sending module is further configured to send the proxy information of the proxy terminal before receiving the proxy request message sent by the secondary terminal.

46. The apparatus of any of claims 40 to 44, wherein the second sending module determining to accept the proxy request of the secondary terminal comprises:
determining to accept the proxy request of the secondary terminal in at least one of:
the auxiliary terminal and the agent terminal are positioned in the same terminal group;
the agent terminal has the capability of acting the auxiliary terminal to request the service of the agent, wherein the agent request message carries service request information indicating the service of the agent request;
and the current proxy state of the proxy terminal allows the proxy of the auxiliary terminal.
47. A terminal, comprising: a processor, a memory, and a program or instructions stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the program or instructions when executed by the processor implementing:
