Abstract
The present invention provides a microswitch comprising: a base having a pivot support; a trigger mechanism having a drive link and a pivot fixed perpendicular to the drive link, the drive link having a link front end, a link body and a link rear end, the pivot being pivotably mounted on the pivot mount; and a junction box which is arranged on the base body and is provided with a box body, a normally open switch circuit and an external wiring column. The rear end of the rod and the normally open switch circuit can be matched with each other, so that the main control circuit forms a closed loop. The invention also provides an air fryer with the microswitch. According to the invention, even if the air fryer deforms, the normally open switch circuit can be ensured to be accurately triggered and closed, so that the reliability of the air fryer is improved; moreover, the problem that the microswitch is easy to age and damage can be avoided, so that the service life of the air fryer is prolonged, and the reliability is improved; and can be made compact.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a circuit control of a food cooking electric appliance, in particular to a microswitch for safely controlling a cooking electric appliance circuit and an air fryer with the microswitch.
Background
Along with the development of the society to the scientific and technological intelligence direction at present, the requirements of people on the intellectualization and automation of household appliances are increasing day by day. Especially in the field of food cooking appliances, the improvement of the intellectualization and automation level of the appliances brings convenience in life and pleasure in mind and body to people.
It can be said that it is increasingly desirable to have food cooking appliances that are more intelligent, automatic, and safe and reliable. Such food cooking appliances that people want to have include, for example, fully automatic air fryers, electric rice cookers, electric autoclaves, electric ovens, and the like. People only need to put the food raw materials into the appointed container of the corresponding cooking appliance and select the cooking menu according to the taste of the people, and the cooking appliance can automatically cook the food.
In order to realize the intelligent automation function of the cooking appliance, it is necessary to design program settings, circuit controls, and the like of the corresponding appliance. However, these designs increase the complexity of the arrangement of the components of the cooking appliance, which in some cases reduces the reliability of the appliance and in other cases may also reduce the lifetime of the appliance. This is undesirable.
For example, as an automatic cooking appliance which is very popular at present, the conventional air fryer suffers from the same problems as described above.
At present, an air fryer generally comprises a fryer holder main body and a fryer body, wherein a cavity for placing the fryer body is arranged in the fryer holder main body, the fryer body is positioned in the cavity, and the fryer body can be placed into the cavity or pulled out of the cavity in a horizontal push-pull mode.
To ensure reliability of the automated operation of the air fryer, it is desirable that the air fryer be able to detect, confirm that the pot is properly placed in the cavity of the pot holder body before beginning heating cooking.
For this purpose, conventional air fryers are usually provided with a microswitch consisting of a push rod, a cam-like element arranged at one end of the push rod, and a junction box. When the pot body is pushed into the cavity of the pot frame main body, the cam-like element is pushed and pressed by the pot body to move, so that the push rod is driven to reciprocate up and down along the longitudinal axis direction of the push rod, and therefore the contact pieces in the junction box are closed through the movement of the push rod, and a circuit is closed. Therefore, automatic cooking is realized under the condition that the pan body is correctly placed.
However, such an arrangement in the prior art has the following disadvantages:
first, the size of the push rod capable of reciprocating up and down along its longitudinal axis and the stroke of reciprocating movement are limited in the prior art due to the limited size of the cooking appliance and the compact development of the current cooking appliance. Under the condition, after the cooking appliance is used for a period of time, the push rod is prone to fail due to deformation of the pan body, the chassis of the pan frame main body, the cover body and the like (particularly in a long-term high-temperature and high-pressure environment), that is, the micro switch cannot be triggered to be closed after the pan body and the like are deformed due to the fact that the length of the push rod and the stroke distance of reciprocating movement of the push rod are short. Thereby causing a problem of lowering the reliability of the cooking appliance.
Secondly, the microswitch is triggered to switch on the circuit due to the installation of the pan body, so that the position of the microswitch in the prior art is very close to the pan body (especially the circuit joint contact point of the switch is very close to the pan body), when the food cooking appliance is used for cooking food, the temperature of the microswitch is relatively higher at the position which is closer to the pan body, and the gas flow in the pan and the impact of water vapor in the pan are relatively higher at the position which is closer to the pan body, thereby bringing about the problems of quick aging and damage, short service life and low reliability of the microswitch.
In addition to the air fryer, cooking appliances such as an electric cooker, an electric pressure cooker, and an electric oven have the same problems as described above, and thus, the description thereof is omitted.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems in the prior art, the present invention provides a micro switch, which enables an air fryer or other cooking appliances to avoid the reliability problem caused by deformation of a pot body and the like and the problem of aging and damage of the pot body by having the micro switch, thereby achieving the technical effects of long service life and good reliability.
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a microswitch comprising:
a base having a pivot support;
a trigger mechanism having a drive link and a pivot fixed perpendicular to the drive link, the drive link having a link front end, a link body and a link rear end, the pivot being pivotably mounted on the pivot mount; and
the junction box is arranged on the seat body and is provided with a box body, a normally open switch circuit and an external wiring column, the normally open switch circuit can be matched with the rear end of the rod, the external wiring column is used for connecting a main control circuit of an electric appliance,
the transmission rod can rotate around the pivot, so that the rear end of the transmission rod moves, and the movement of the rear end of the transmission rod can trigger the normally open switch circuit to be switched on, so that the main control circuit forms a closed loop.
Preferably, the rod front end is a post rod extending in a vertical direction.
Preferably, the seat body is provided with a guide groove at a position corresponding to the front end of the rod, and the guide groove is used for enabling the post rod at the front end of the rod to be inserted and slide along the guide groove.
Preferably, the drive rod is curved overall.
Preferably, the transmission rod is entirely in the shape of a zigzag curve.
Preferably, the normally open switch circuit comprises a push rod, a first contact and a second contact which are stacked at intervals in the box body, wherein the first contact is fixedly arranged in the box body, the second contact is fixedly arranged on the box body at one end, the other end of the second contact is arranged in a cantilever mode and has certain flexibility, when the transmission rod is triggered to pivot, the rear end of the rod can push the push rod of the normally open switch circuit, and then the push rod pushes the second contact, so that the second contact is in contact with the first contact.
Preferably, the normally open switch circuit has a third contact and a fourth contact fixed in the case and spaced apart from each other.
And further preferably, the rear end of the rod of the transmission rod is provided with a conductive plate, the two ends of the conductive plate are respectively provided with a bulge corresponding to the third contact piece, the fourth contact piece and the position, when the transmission rod is triggered to pivot, the rear end of the rod moves to be close to the third contact piece and the fourth contact piece of the normally open switch circuit, so that the bulges of the conductive plate on the rear end of the rod are respectively contacted with the third contact piece and the fourth contact piece, the third contact piece and the fourth contact piece are connected, and the circuit is closed.
Preferably, the base is formed by assembling two or more detachable components.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided an air fryer having any one of the microswitches described above therein.
According to the microswitch provided by the invention, the transmission rod capable of pivoting also ensures that the rear end of the rod can have a sufficient moving stroke, so that even if parts such as a pot body, a chassis of a pot frame main body, a cover body and the like are deformed after the air fryer is used for a period of time (even under a long-term high-temperature and high-pressure environment), the rear end of the rod of the transmission rod can be ensured to be accurately matched with a normally open switch circuit, the microswitch is ensured to be triggered to be closed, and the reliability of cooking electrical appliances such as the air fryer and the like is improved.
In addition, according to the microswitch provided by the invention, as the pivotable transmission rod is adopted, the transmission rod can be set to have a proper longitudinal length so as to ensure that the position of a circuit joint contact of a trigger switch, particularly a switch, is far away from a pot body, so that the impact of air flow in the pot and water vapor in the pot on the trigger switch is reduced, the microswitch is not easy to age and damage, the service life is prolonged, and the reliability is improved; while not increasing the size of the air fryer in the direction of height and the like.

Detailed Description
First aspect of the invention
Referring to fig. 1-3, there is shown an overall structure of a microswitch according to the invention when assembled on a motor casing; and, as shown in fig. 4-5, there is shown an exploded structure of the micro switch according to the present invention.
The microswitch is arranged on a motor cover 1 and comprises a base body 10, a trigger mechanism 20 and a junction box 30. The base 10 is mounted on the motor cover 1, or a part of the motor cover 1 may form a part of the base 10; the trigger mechanism 20 and the junction box are respectively mounted on the base 10.
The base 10 has a pivot support 11. The pivot support 11 can be configured in a slot hole form, and can also be configured in any form capable of supporting a pivot, such as a blind hole. The trigger mechanism 20 has a transmission lever 21 and a pivot 22 fixed perpendicularly to the transmission lever 21, the transmission lever 21 having a lever front end 21a, a lever main body 21b and a lever rear end 21c, the pivot 22 being pivotably mounted on the pivot mount 11.
The microswitch further has a terminal box 30, and the terminal box 30 is mounted on the base 10, for example, the terminal box 30 can be fixedly mounted on the base 10 by a suitable method such as screw fastening or snapping. The junction box 30 includes a box 31, a normally open switch circuit 32, and an external post 33. Wherein the normally open switch circuit 32 is capable of interacting with the post rear end 21 c; the external terminal 33 is used for connecting a main control circuit of an electric appliance.
Furthermore, the transmission rod 21 can rotate around the pivot 22, so that the rod rear end 21c moves correspondingly, and the movement of the rod rear end 21c can trigger the normally open switch circuit 32 to be switched on, so that the main control circuit forms a closed loop.
Specifically, the rod front end 21a may be a post rod extending in a vertical direction. The length of the post rod can be properly set according to the requirement. When the pan, for example an air fryer, is pushed correctly into the cavity of the body of the pot holder, the pan will push against the front end 21a of the rod 21, i.e. the mast, moving it from front to back, substantially in a horizontal direction. The transmission lever 21 will thereby rotate about the pivot 22 and the lever rear end 21c will move accordingly, so that the lever rear end 21c interacts with the normally open switch circuit 32, so that the main control circuit forms a closed circuit. Therefore, the automatic cooking by electrifying is ensured to be started under the condition that the pan body is correctly placed.
According to the microswitch provided by the invention, the transmission rod 21 capable of pivoting ensures that the rod rear end 21c can have a sufficient moving stroke, so that even if parts such as a pot body, a chassis of a pot rack main body, a cover body and the like are deformed after the air fryer is used for a period of time (especially under a long-term high-temperature and high-pressure environment), the rod rear end 21c of the transmission rod 21 and the normally open switch circuit 32 can be ensured to be accurately matched with each other, the microswitch is ensured to be triggered to be closed, and the reliability of the air fryer is improved.
In addition, according to the microswitch provided by the invention, as the pivotable transmission rod 21 is adopted, the transmission rod can be set to have a proper longitudinal length, so that the trigger switch, particularly the position of a circuit joint contact of the switch is far away from the pot body, the impact of air flow in the pot and water vapor in the pot on the trigger switch is reduced, the problem that the microswitch is easy to age and damage is avoided, the service life of cooking appliances such as an air fryer is prolonged, and the reliability is improved; at the same time, the size of the air fryer in the direction of the height and the like is not increased, and the compactness can be realized.
In the microswitch according to the invention, the base 10 may be assembled from two or more parts which are detachably attached for more convenient manufacturing and assembly. For example, the seat body 10 may be assembled by an upper seat body assembly 10a and a lower seat body assembly 10b, and may be assembled by fastening bolts, for example.
As a preferable design, the holder body 10 may be provided with a guide groove 12 at a position corresponding to the rod front end 21a, and the guide groove 12 is used for the post of the rod front end 21a to be inserted and slide along the guide groove 12. This can ensure the movement locus of the rod distal end 21a more reliably.
In addition, the transmission rod 21 can be curved or bent in a broken line shape, so as to meet the requirements of various air fryer and cooking appliances on shape and size, and further contribute to the compactness of the appliances.
Further, the normally open switch circuit 32 may be preferably provided to have a plunger of a relatively small size, and a first contact piece and a second contact piece stacked at an interval in the case 31, wherein the first contact piece is fixedly provided in the case 31, and the second contact piece is fixed to the case 31 at one end thereof and is cantilevered at the other end thereof to have a certain flexibility.
When the transmission rod 21 is triggered to pivot, the rear end 21c of the rod can push the ejector rod of the normally open switch circuit 32, and then the ejector rod pushes the second contact piece, so that the second contact piece is contacted with the first contact piece, and the main control circuit is closed.
In addition, as still another preferable mode, the normally open switch circuit may take other forms. For example, the normally open switch circuit may be configured to have a third contact and a fourth contact fixed and spaced apart from each other within case 31. In this case, the transmission lever 21 has a lever rear end 21c provided with a conductive plate, and projections are provided at both ends of the conductive plate in correspondence with the third and fourth contact pieces and positions.
When the transmission rod 21 is triggered to pivot, the rear end 21c of the rod moves close to the sum of the third contact and the fourth contact of the normally open switch circuit, so that the protrusions of the conductive sheet on the rear end 21c of the rod respectively contact the sum of the third contact and the fourth contact, the third contact and the fourth contact are connected, and the main control circuit is closed.
Second aspect of the invention
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is also provided an air fryer, wherein the air fryer has any one of the microswitches as described in the first aspect above. The micro switch may be mounted to a pot rack body of the air fryer.
When the pan body of the air fryer is accurately pushed into the cavity of the pan frame main body, the pan body pushes the post rod at the front end 21a of the rod of the transmission rod 21 of the microswitch, so that the post rod moves from front to back along the horizontal direction approximately. The transmission lever 21 will thereby rotate about the pivot 22 and the lever rear end 21c will move accordingly, so that the lever rear end 21c interacts with the normally open switching circuit, so that the main control circuit forms a closed circuit. Therefore, the automatic cooking by electrifying is ensured to be started under the condition that the pan body is correctly placed.
Although the embodiments disclosed in the present application are described above, the descriptions are only for the convenience of understanding the present application, and are not intended to limit the present application. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the disclosure as defined by the appended claims.

1. A micro-switch, comprising:
a seat body (10) having a pivot support (11);
a trigger mechanism (20), the trigger mechanism (20) having a drive rod (21) and a pivot (22) fixed perpendicular to the drive rod (21), the drive rod (21) having a rod front end (21a), a rod body (21b) and a rod rear end

the junction box (30), the junction box (30) is installed on the base body (10), the junction box (30) is provided with a box body (31), a normally open switch circuit (32) and an external terminal (33), the normally open switch circuit (32) can be matched with the rear end (21c) of the rod, the external terminal (33) is used for connecting a main control circuit of an electric appliance,
the transmission rod (21) can rotate around a pivot (22), so that the rear end (21c) of the transmission rod moves, and the movement of the rear end (21c) of the transmission rod can trigger the normally open switch circuit (32) to be switched on, so that a closed loop is formed by the main control circuit.
2. Microswitch according to claim 1, wherein the lever front end (21a) is a post extending in a vertical direction.
3. Microswitch according to claim 2, characterized in that the seat (10) is provided with a guide slot (12) at a position corresponding to the lever front end (21a), the guide slot (12) being used for the insertion and sliding of the stem of the lever front end (21a) along the guide slot.
4. Microswitch according to claim 1, wherein the transmission lever (21) is overall curved.
5. Microswitch according to claim 1, wherein the transmission lever (21) is overall in the shape of a meander line.

The microswitch of claim 1, wherein the normally open switch circuit (32) has a plunger, and a first contact and a second contact stacked at a distance in the case (31), wherein the first contact is in a fixed arrangement in the case (31), the second contact is fixed at one end to the case (31) and is cantilevered at the other end to have flexibility, and when the actuator lever (21) is actuated to pivot, the lever rear end (21c) can push the plunger of the normally open switch circuit (32), and the plunger pushes the second contact, so that the second contact is in contact with the first contact.
7. The microswitch of claim 1, wherein the normally open switch circuit (32) has a third contact and a fourth contact secured within the case (31) and spaced apart from each other.

The microswitch of claim 7, wherein the lever rear end (21c) of the transmission lever (21) is provided with a conductive plate, and projections are provided at both ends of the conductive plate corresponding to the third and fourth contact pieces, respectively, and when the transmission lever (21) is tactingly pivoted, the lever rear end (21c) moves close to the third and fourth contact pieces of the normally open switch circuit (32) so that the projections of the conductive plate at the lever rear end (21c) contact the third and fourth contact pieces, respectively, thereby making the third and fourth contact pieces close and closing the circuit.
9. The microswitch of claim 1, wherein the base is assembled from two or more removable components.
10. An air fryer having a microswitch as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
