In the following description, a service resource balance allocation method according to an embodiment of the present application is described, and fig. 1 shows a schematic flow chart of a service resource balance allocation method provided by an embodiment of the present application, where the embodiment of the present application provides the method operation steps described in the embodiment or the flowchart, but may include more or fewer operation steps based on conventional or non-creative labor. The order of steps recited in the embodiments is merely one way of performing the order of steps and does not represent a unique order of execution. When implemented by a system or server product in practice, the method may be performed sequentially or in parallel (e.g., in a parallel processor or multi-threaded processing environment) as shown in the embodiments or figures, where the method may include:
s101, acquiring service resource information, wherein the service resource information comprises a region identifier, a region limit identifier and service resource quantity information corresponding to service resources.
For different scenarios, different traffic resources may be corresponding. For example, taking an application program for providing an information service as an example, the corresponding business resource may be an information resource. Taking an application program for providing a media content service as an example, the corresponding service resource may be a media content resource. Taking an application program for providing payment service as an example, the corresponding business resource may be a virtual article resource.
Taking the application program of recruiting class as an example, the main body corresponding to the recruiter can provide a working opportunity, and the working opportunity can also be regarded as a service resource, wherein the service resource is provided in the form of an order, and then the account corresponding to the recruiter is the order account.
The area identifier represents an area where the main body corresponding to the order account is located, specifically, may correspond to an area where a company of the recruiter is located, for example, if a factory where the recruiter is located is in a su-state Gusu area, the area identifier is an identifier of the su-state Gusu area.
The area restriction identifier is used to indicate whether the allocation of the service resource needs to refer to the area information, for example, if the area restriction identifier points to the restricted area, the service resource may be allocated in the area corresponding to the order account or in an adjacent area, and if the area restriction identifier points to the unrestricted area, the service resource may be allocated in a larger area.
The service resource quantity information characterizes the quantity of service resources to be allocated, for example, how many working posts can be provided by recruiters, or how many content release positions can be provided by some content publishers.
S102, determining at least one target first account according to the area identifier and the area limitation identifier.
Specifically, the target first account may be determined according to a preset area in response to the fact that the area restriction identifier points to an unrestricted area, where the area of the preset area is greater than the area of the area pointed to by the area identifier; and responding to the condition that the area restriction identification points to the restriction area, and determining the target first account according to the area pointed to by the area identification.
In one embodiment, each first account may include attribution information, and the target first account may be determined according to the attribution information of the first account, for example, in response to the situation that the area restriction identifier points to the unrestricted area, the first account whose attribution information falls into the preset area is determined as the target first account; and in response to the condition that the area restriction identifier points to the restriction area, determining the first account of which the attribution information falls into the area pointed by the area identifier as a target first account.
The method for determining the preset area is not limited, for example, if the factory where the recruiter is located is in the su-state Gusu area, the preset area may be the entire su state. That is, if the area is not restricted, the business resources may be allocated within the scope of the su state metropolitan area, and if the area is restricted, the business resources may be allocated within the su state gusu area.
The target first account in the embodiment of the present application is an account that can receive the service resources allocated by the order account, that is, in the embodiment of the present application, the order account is an account that provides the service resources to the target first account. Taking a recruitment scenario as an example, a recruiter may receive a business resource provided by the recruiter via a manager, that is, the recruiter provides the business resource to the manager, and the recruiter generates a consumption of the business resource by receiving the business resource from the manager. In this scenario, the target first account may be understood as an account to which a manager corresponds.
S103, classifying each target first account based on the maturity of the account to obtain maturity identification corresponding to the target first account.
Specifically, for each target first account, acquiring the use duration of the target first account; responding to the condition that the using time length is smaller than a preset time threshold value, and obtaining a first maturity identifier; and responding to the situation that the using time is greater than or equal to a preset time threshold value, and obtaining a second maturity identifier. The time threshold is not limited in the embodiment of the present application, and may be set according to actual situations.
According to the embodiment of the application, compared with an account which is used for a long time, the account which is newly put into use is inferior in the distribution of the service resources, the inclination of the service resources is further aggravated, and the maturity identification is set, so that the account which is newly put into use is emphasized based on the maturity identification when the service resources are distributed, the disadvantage caused by the use duration is reduced, and the distribution inclination of the service resources is restrained to a certain extent. In the embodiment of the application, the account which is newly put into use for a short time is characterized by the first maturity identification, and the account which is put into use for a period of time is characterized by the second maturity identification.
S104, distributing the service resources according to the service resource quantity information and the maturity identification corresponding to each target first account.
Referring to fig. 2, a flow chart of a service resource allocation method is shown, where the method includes:
s1041, acquiring the association degree of each target first account and each order account according to each target first account.
The service resource information in the present application further includes an order account, where the order account is an account for providing the service resource.
In one embodiment, the association degree determining method includes:
s1, determining a second account according to the target first account, wherein the second account is an account for consuming service resources provided by the target first account.
The second account is an account that consumes the business resources provided by the target first account. That is, first, there is a correspondence between the second account and the target first accounts, or, for each target first account, there is a respective second account, for recruitment as an example, the target first account may be the account to which the manager corresponds, and the second account corresponds to the account of the recruiter under the manager's name.
S2, at least one piece of first attribute information corresponding to the order account is obtained, and the first attribute information is used for representing the capability information of the order account for providing the service resources.
In this embodiment of the present application, the at least one first attribute information includes at least one of scale information, type information, activity information, satisfaction information, and directivity information corresponding to the order account; the scale information characterizes the operation scale of the main body pointed by the order account; the type information characterizes the business operation type of the main body pointed by the order account; the activity information represents activity degree information of related accounts of the orders provided by the order accounts in historical expense; the satisfaction information characterizes degree information of the order provided by the order account meeting the requirements of the related account; the directionality information characterizes a requirement of the order account for the associated account.
Still taking recruitment as an example, the scale information is the enterprise scale corresponding to the recruiter, specifically, the scale information can be represented by a scale level form, for example, the scale information is updated once a month according to the number of incumbent staff of the current enterprise; the staff at work is class A above 8 thousands of people, class B is 2 thousands to 8 thousands of people, and class C is below 2 thousands of people.
The type information is the type of the enterprise corresponding to the recruiter. Specifically, information based on the recruiter's operational characteristics, operational scope, or operational business can be categorized as electronic factories, logistics, electrical, photoelectric, auto-parts, mechanical, new energy, and the like.
The activity information may be an activity of an internal person of the recruiter, such as a person promotion. For example, the activity information may be obtained as an internal average time to recruitment or as a result of an ordering of average time to recruitment. Specifically, the time of the first time of job improvement after the recruiter is engaged can be counted, wherein the first 30% of the average job improvement time sequence is more active, the middle 40% is generally active, and the last 30% is inactive.
The satisfaction information can be understood as the degree of matching of the corresponding subject of the recruiter with the humanized requirement of the recruiter. For example, the satisfaction information may be determined according to the quality of life of the surrounding of the subject corresponding to the recruiter. For example, the satisfaction information may be determined according to information such as the number of canteens, the accommodation environment, and the like. If the independent canteen is provided, more than 3 types of catering are provided, the dormitory is less than or equal to 6 people, and the dormitory environment is clean, the marker is satisfied; the independent canteen is provided, and the dormitory is less than or equal to 10 people, and the general satisfaction is marked; other cases were marked as unsatisfactory.
Directionality information can be understood as a particular requirement for the recruiter. For example, the special requirements may include the presence or absence of tattoos, the presence or absence of disabilities, the presence or absence of bottoms, whether specific ethnicities, whether specific penetrations, etc.
S3, obtaining second attribute information corresponding to each piece of first attribute information in the second account aiming at each piece of second account, wherein the second attribute information represents the capability information of actually consuming business resources of the second account.
In this embodiment of the present application, the method for obtaining the second attribute information includes:
s31, acquiring a third account corresponding to the second account, wherein the second account consumes the service resources provided by the third account.
In this embodiment of the present application, the third account is an account that provides service resources for the second account, and the second account also consumes the service resources allocated by the third account. Still taking recruitment as an illustration, the following examples are used to illustrate the content of each account:
manager a (corresponding to the target first account) wishes to retrieve the business resources of his order provided by enterprise a (corresponding to the order account) from enterprise a, then the degree of association between manager a and enterprise a, that is, the degree of association between the target first account and the order account, may be determined based on embodiments of the present application. To determine this degree of association, the following account information is acquired:
a plurality of recruiters can exist under the name of manager a, each recruiter can go to an enterprise for recruitment, and an account corresponding to the recruiter can be used as the second account in the embodiment of the application.
For a certain recruiter (corresponding to the second account) under the name of manager a, the manager may have arrived at a certain enterprise for application, and then the account corresponding to the certain enterprise is the third account corresponding to the second account.
S32, regarding each piece of first attribute information, using information corresponding to the first attribute information in the third account as second attribute information corresponding to the first attribute information.
The third account or the order account is an account corresponding to a certain enterprise, and can have the same attribute, wherein the value corresponding to the attribute in the order account is the first attribute information, and the value corresponding to the attribute in the third account is the second attribute information. That is, the second attribute information may include at least one of size information, type information, liveness information, satisfaction information, and directivity information corresponding to the third account.
S4, determining the association degree between the target first account and the order account according to the first attribute information and the second attribute information.
In one embodiment, for each second account, a matching degree between the second account and the order account is calculated based on second attribute information corresponding to the second account. The degree of association can be determined based on each of the degrees of matching.
In one embodiment, the obtained association degree may be further modified so as to further improve the capability of the association degree to characterize the relationship between the target first account and the order account. Specifically, the number of fourth accounts corresponding to the target first account may be obtained, where the fourth accounts are accounts that do not consume the service resources currently and have the capability of receiving the service resources allocated by the target first account. And correcting the association degree between the target first account and the order account according to the number of the fourth accounts.
Taking recruitment as an example, a manager can regularly visit back or communicate with the recruiter responsible for the manager, and can determine the current recruiter which does not participate in the work, the recruiter is more likely to receive the service resources allocated by the order account, and the higher the number of the recruiter, the more the service resources allocated by the target first account correspondingly. The account corresponding to the recruiter of the type is the fourth account, that is, the higher the number of the fourth accounts, the higher the association degree between the target first account and the order account can be correspondingly increased, because the demand degree of the target first account on the business resources allocated to the order account is increased, the obtained association degree can be corrected based on the number of the fourth accounts in the embodiment of the present application. For example, the number of the first accounts may be multiplied by the association degree to obtain the corrected association degree.
In one embodiment, the check-in rate of the historical order allocated by the target first account to the order account may also be obtained. And correcting the association degree between the target first account and the order account according to the check-in rate. The higher the check-in rate of the historical order, the higher the probability that the target first account successfully distributes the business resources for the order account in balance. Taking recruitment as an example, for an order account, the check-in rate of a historical order reflects the business capabilities of a manager corresponding to the target first account. Therefore, the obtained association degree can be corrected based on the check-in rate of the historical order. Of course, the check-in rate of the historical order and the number of the fourth accounts may be used together to correct the obtained association degree, and for example, the check-in rate of the historical order, the number of the fourth accounts and the association degree may be directly multiplied to obtain the corrected association degree.
S1042, determining the actual association degree of the target first account and the order account according to the association degree and the maturity identification.
Specifically, a weight coefficient corresponding to the maturity identification is obtained; and taking the product of the weight coefficient and the association degree as the actual association degree of the target first account and the order account. In the embodiment of the application, the weight coefficient corresponding to the first maturity identifier is higher than the weight coefficient corresponding to the second maturity identifier, so that the actual association degree of the newer target first account can be enhanced to a certain extent, accordingly, corresponding more service resources can be obtained, and the distribution inclination of the service resources is restrained to a certain extent.
S1043, distributing the service resources according to the actual association degree.
Referring to fig. 3, a flow chart of a method for allocating service resources based on actual association is further shown, where the method includes:
s10431, obtaining the actual association degree of each target first account, and determining the distribution duty ratio coefficient corresponding to the target first account.
In one embodiment, for each target first account, the formula may be: the distribution duty ratio coefficient corresponding to the target first account is determined by the actual association degree (i)/the actual association degree sum value, wherein the actual association degree (i) is the actual association degree of the target first account, and the actual association degree sum value is the sum value of the actual association degrees of all the target first accounts.
S10432, obtaining a protection coefficient for balancing service resource allocation results.
In the embodiment of the application, the service resources are further allocated and balanced by setting the protection coefficient, and the setting principle of the protection coefficient is that by setting a more proper coefficient smaller than 1, the service resources acquired by each target first account are restrained to the same extent, the service resources which are too high are prevented from being acquired by a certain target first account, the residual service resources possibly generated after being restrained can be allocated correspondingly, and the residual service resources can be allocated again, so that the allocation inclination of the service resources is further slowed down.
S10433, obtaining the distribution number of the target first account according to the distribution duty ratio coefficient, the protection coefficient and the service resource number information.
In one embodiment, a product of the allocation duty factor, the protection factor, and the traffic resource quantity information may be determined as an allocation quantity of the target first account.
S10434, distributing the service resources according to the distribution quantity.
In the embodiment of the application, the method for distributing the service resources based on the distribution quantity comprises the following steps:
s104341, for each target first account, judging whether the distribution number is higher than a preset number threshold, and if so, setting the distribution number as the number threshold.
The embodiment of the application does not limit the specific data of the quantity threshold, and can be determined according to actual conditions. The target first account with too high a certain service resource allocation amount can be further restrained through the preset number threshold value, so that serious inclination of the service resources is avoided.
S104342, distributing the service resources according to the distribution quantity of each target first account.
And S104343, in response to the situation that the service resources remain, allocating the remaining service resources again.
The embodiment of the application is not limited to a specific manner of re-allocation, for example, the remaining service resources may be allocated to the target first accounts obviously obtaining fewer service resources, or the remaining service resources may be opened to all the target first accounts and taken by each target first account as required.
According to the embodiment of the application, the inclination of service resource allocation is restrained from multiple angles by considering various strategies such as account maturity, protection coefficient setting and quantity threshold value setting, so that the remarkable effect of balancing service resource allocation can be achieved.
The embodiment of the application also discloses a service resource balance distribution device, as shown in fig. 4, the device comprises:
the service resource information obtaining module 10 is configured to obtain service resource information, where the service resource information includes a region identifier, a region restriction identifier, and service resource quantity information corresponding to a service resource.
The target first account determining module 20 is configured to determine at least one target first account according to the area identifier and the area restriction identifier.
And the classification module 30 is configured to classify each of the target first accounts based on the maturity of the account, and obtain a maturity identifier corresponding to the target first account.
And the allocation module 40 is configured to allocate the service resources according to the service resource quantity information and the maturity identifier corresponding to each of the target first accounts.
In one embodiment, the classification module is configured to perform the following operations:
acquiring the using time length of each target first account;
responding to the condition that the using time length is smaller than a preset time threshold value, and obtaining a first maturity identifier;
and responding to the situation that the using time is greater than or equal to a preset time threshold value, and obtaining a second maturity identifier.
In one embodiment, the allocation module is configured to perform the following operations:
for each target first account, acquiring the association degree of the target first account and the order account;
determining the actual association degree of the target first account and the order account according to the association degree and the maturity identification;
