The following several specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a system architecture of a license template generation method provided in the present application, and as shown in fig. 1, the system includes a first terminal device 11 and a server 12. The server 12 is connected to the first terminal device 11.
The first terminal device 11 is configured to design license template interface information, and send the license template interface information to the server 12. The license template interface information comprises license base map information, metadata item content domain information and the like. The first terminal device 11 may be a mobile phone, a computer, or other terminal device.
The server 12 is configured to receive the license template interface information sent by the first terminal device 11, generate a license template according to the license template interface information, and store the license template, for example, generate a license template file in a national standard GB/T33190-2016 (Fixed-layout Document Format, OFD for short) Format of an electronic file storage and exchange Format Document.
Optionally, the first terminal device 11 is further configured to obtain the electronic license template stored in the server 12, and generate an electronic license entity.
For example, when a business department makes a business license, a user may access the first terminal device 11 to obtain the electronic license template of the business license stored therein from the server 12, and then fill the electronic license template of the business license with corresponding content, such as information of a business name, a business type, a legal agent, etc., to generate an electronic license entity, and issue the electronic license entity to the business.
Optionally, the system further includes a second terminal device 13, and the second terminal device 13 is connected to the server 12. The second terminal device 13 may be a computer, a mobile phone, or other terminal device.
The second terminal device 13 is used for obtaining the electronic license template stored by the server 12 and generating the electronic license entity.
Specifically, the server 12 is connected to the first terminal device 11 and the second terminal device 13 respectively; the first terminal device 11 is configured to design license template interface information and send the license template interface information to the server 12; the server 12 is configured to receive the license template interface information sent by the first terminal device 11, generate a license template according to the license template interface information, and store the license template; the second terminal device 13 is used for obtaining the electronic license template stored by the server 12 and generating the electronic license entity.
For example, when the business department makes a business license, the user may obtain the electronic license template of the business license stored by the user from the server 12 by accessing the second terminal device 13, and then fill corresponding contents, such as the name of the business, the type of the business, legal agents, and the like, in the electronic license template of the business license to generate an electronic license entity, and issue the electronic license entity to the business. The electronic license template of the business license is the license template of the business license which is generated and stored according to the license template interface information after the server 12 receives the license template interface information of the business license sent by the first terminal device 11 in advance.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow diagram of a license template generation method provided in the present application, where an execution subject of the method may be a license template generation apparatus, and the license template generation apparatus may be part or all of a terminal device, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
s201, receiving a first instruction, wherein the first instruction comprises at least one base map.
The base map may be a local base map, may be a picture type, and may also be a type such as a word Document, a Portable Document Format (PDF) Document, and an OFD Document. The same template can select one or more base maps, but must be of the same type of file.
For example, if the same template includes three base maps, the three base maps must all be files of the same type, such as all OFD document types, or all PDF document types, or all picture types.
Specifically, when the single-page template is manufactured, a base map can be included in the first instruction; when making a multi-page template, multiple base maps may be included in the first instruction.
In addition, the first instruction may be operation information triggered by the user through the terminal device.
For example, fig. 3 is an interface schematic diagram for generating a license template provided by the present application, as shown in fig. 3, a user may trigger a first instruction by clicking a base map importing control 31 on a terminal device, and the user may continuously click the base map importing control multiple times to import multiple base maps page by page. Of course, after the introduction map control is clicked once, a plurality of base maps can be introduced at one time by setting the number of the introduction map.
Further, the user may also trigger the first instruction in other manners, for example, the user triggers the first instruction through a physical key, for example, a key on a keyboard; or the user triggers the first instruction through voice preset voice.
S202, generating a page corresponding to each base map in at least one base map based on the B/S architecture, and loading the corresponding base map in each page to generate a document object corresponding to each base map.
In this step, if the first instruction includes a plurality of base maps, when generating a page corresponding to each base map in the plurality of base maps, the page corresponding to each base map in the plurality of base maps may be generated at a time, so that a user may select any page according to his or her needs, thereby setting the base map on the page; or sequentially generating a page corresponding to each base map in the base maps according to the receiving sequence of each base map in the base maps, that is, after the user sets the page corresponding to the base map received earlier, generating a new page corresponding to the base map, so that the user sets each base map in the base maps according to a certain sequence, and the missing or repeated setting is prevented.
In addition, the document object corresponding to each base map comprises the base map and the paper size specification, the normal placement direction, the typesetting sequence and the like of the base map. The paper size specification, the normal placement direction and the typesetting sequence of the base map can be default settings of the terminal equipment, so that the license template generation process can be simplified, and the template design efficiency can be improved; the user can set the license template through the terminal equipment, so that the diversity of the license template can be improved. If the paper size specification, the normal placement direction, and the layout order of the base drawings are set by the user through the terminal device, the user may set by the terminal device before generating the page corresponding to each base drawing in the at least one base drawing.
S203, receiving a second instruction, wherein the second instruction comprises information of a content domain of the metadata item.
The second instruction may be operation information of the user on the terminal device.
For example, fig. 4 is a schematic interface diagram of another generation license template provided by the present application, where the page shown in fig. 4 is a page corresponding to a copy of a license of a base map, and a user may drag a text control 411 in a form field 41 to the right side of a name in the base map by using a mouse to form a layer metadata item content field 42; the user may set information of the metadata item content field 42, such as visual contents of content field name, width, height, position location, color, font, etc., by filling out the corresponding contents of the property list 43, and may adjust the width, height, and position location of the metadata item content field 42 by mouse dragging.
For another example, the user may drag the picture control 412 in the form field 41 to the bottom right corner region of the base map by using a mouse to form the layer metadata item content field 45; the user may set information of the metadata item content field 45, such as visual contents of content field name, width, height, position location, color, font, etc., by filling out the corresponding contents of the property list 43, and may adjust the width, height, and position location of the metadata item content field 45 by mouse dragging.
The user may set a plurality of metadata items first and then set the information of the content fields of the metadata items one by one. When the user does not set the information of the content field of the metadata item, the information of the metadata content field may be a default setting, such as default height, width, or the like.
The user enters a page corresponding to the license plate of the base map by clicking on the license plate 461 in the page selection area 46, and makes a setting of a content field of a corresponding metadata item on the page. Certainly, the user can switch the pages at any time, and the content domain of the metadata item of each page is set; or setting other pages after setting one page and clicking to store.
And S204, sending the information of the metadata item content field and the document object to a server, wherein the information of the metadata item content field and the document object are used for indicating the server to generate a license template.
The information of the content field of the metadata item and the document object may be sent to the server at the same time or may be sent to the server at a time-sharing basis. The content domain information of the metadata item corresponding to each page base map can be sent to the server page by page or sent to the server together.
For example, referring to fig. 4, after the user sets the corresponding metadata item attribute information in the page corresponding to the copy of the base image license, the user clicks the save control 47, and the terminal device sends the metadata item attribute information of the page to the server.
The method comprises the steps of receiving a first instruction comprising at least one base map; generating a page corresponding to each base map in at least one base map based on a B/S architecture, and loading the corresponding base map in each page to generate a document object corresponding to each base map; receiving a second instruction comprising information of a content field of the metadata item; the information of the metadata item content field and the document object are sent to the server, so that the server generates the license template according to the information of the metadata item content field and the document object, the license template generation process can be simplified, a plurality of templates can be designed, and the template design efficiency is improved.
Fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of another license template generation method provided by the present application, where an execution subject of the method may be a license template generation apparatus, and the license template generation apparatus may be part or all of a terminal device, for example, a mobile phone or a computer, and as shown in fig. 5, the method includes:
s501, receiving a third instruction, wherein the third instruction comprises setting information of the base map, and the setting information comprises at least one of setting information of the size of the base map, setting information of the placement direction of the base map or setting information of the typesetting sequence of the base map.
The third instruction may be operation information of the user on the terminal device. For example, the user may trigger the third instruction by clicking a control on the screen of the terminal device, or by physical pressing a button.
For example, fig. 6 is a schematic interface diagram of another generation license template provided in the present application, and as shown in fig. 6, a base diagram of two picture formats imported by the user is shown in a file list 61, which are a license original and a license copy respectively. The user can change the typesetting sequence of the license original by checking the background image desired to be set in the document list 61, for example, checking the license original, and then clicking the up-shift or down-shift in the typesetting setting area 62; the size of the license original may be set by clicking the size setting area 63, and for example, the size of the imported license original may be used as the size of the map by checking out the original.
When the third instruction includes setting information of a plurality of base maps, the contents of the setting information of each base map may be the same or different. For example, the settings information of the size of the base map of the two base maps may be the same or may be different.
Through different designs of the setting information of the size of the base map, the setting information of the placing direction of the base map or the setting of the typesetting sequence of the base map by the user, the diversity of the license template can be improved.

For example, fig. 8 is an architecture diagram of an OFD format file provided in the present application, and after the server receives information of a metadata item content field and a document object, a selected picture is stored in the Res folder shown in fig. 8, and a document res.xml file is written; xml file to write the information of the metadata item content field into the TPLS/TPL _ n/form. If the template has a plurality of Pages, a plurality of Page _ n folders are created under the Pages folders, n is the current Page number-1, and the file structure of each Page under the Page _ n is the same. And meanwhile, a corresponding TPL _ n folder is also created under TPLS, and information such as the position style of the form field of each page number template table is recorded. The server forms effective files through integration processing of xml text content, after compression processing of text information and picture information, the suffix of the updated file is OFD, and a license template in an OFD format is generated. In addition, the structure of the OFD layout file shown in fig. 8 belongs to the prior art, and is not described herein again.
The information of the content fields of the metadata items may include: the identification of the content domain, the position information of the content domain corresponding to the identification of any content domain, the width of the content domain, the height of the content domain, the style of the font in the content domain, the size of the font in the content domain, the color of the font in the content domain, and the alignment mode of the font in the content domain. See S604 for a detailed description.
