Technical Field

The embodiment of the application relates to, but is not limited to, the technical field of computers, and in particular relates to an information reminding method, an information reminding device, information reminding equipment and an information reminding storage medium.

Background

On the online interactive platform, the user can output interactive resources. Generally, because the variety of interactive resources in the online interactive platform is large, a user needs to spend a lot of time searching for needed interactive resources when outputting the interactive resources. Through mutual recommendation of the interactive resources among the users, the time consumed by the users for searching the interactive resources can be reduced to a certain extent. However, in the related art, the accuracy of interactive resource recommendation is not high, and therefore, how to improve the accuracy of interactive resource recommendation is a problem that needs to be considered by those skilled in the art.

In view of this, embodiments of the present application provide an information reminding method and apparatus, a device, and a storage medium.

the method comprises the steps that a first terminal displays a first interactive resource on a first interface of an online interactive platform;

acquiring a user behavior event of a first user aiming at the first interactive resource;

generating a reminding message based on the account information of the first user and the user behavior event;

determining a second user who has established a social relationship with the first user on the online interaction platform;

On the other hand, an embodiment of the present application provides an information reminding method, where the method includes:

the method comprises the steps that a second terminal obtains a reminding message pushed by a first user who establishes a social relationship with a second user; the reminding message is generated based on account information of the first user and a user behavior event of the first user aiming at a first interaction resource of an online interaction platform;

and in the process of displaying a second interface of the online interaction platform to a second user, displaying the reminding message on the second interface.

In the embodiment of the application, a reminding message is generated by combining account information of a user based on a user behavior event of the first user on an online interaction platform aiming at a first interaction resource, and the reminding message is pushed to a second user who establishes a social relationship with the first user on the online interaction platform, so that the reminding message can be displayed on a second interface of the online interaction platform browsed by the second user. Therefore, the exposure of the interactive resources on the online interactive platform can be increased, and social interaction-related interactive resource recommendation behaviors can be realized on the computer. Because the interactive resources are recommended based on the social relationship, the recommendation accuracy can be improved, the efficiency of outputting the interactive resources on a computer can be improved, and the use experience of outputting the interactive resources in an online interactive platform by a user can be improved.

In order to make the purpose, technical solutions and advantages of the present application clearer, the technical solutions of the present application are further described in detail with reference to the drawings and the embodiments, the described embodiments should not be considered as limiting the present application, and all other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art without creative efforts belong to the protection scope of the present application.

In the following description, reference is made to "some embodiments" which describe a subset of all possible embodiments, but it is understood that "some embodiments" may be the same subset or different subsets of all possible embodiments, and may be combined with each other without conflict.

In the related technology, the reminding message related to the interactive resource can be presented on the interface browsed by the user in an action special effect mode such as rolling or staying on an online interactive platform so as to recommend the interactive resource. Since the sender and the receiver of the reminder message in the related art are usually not socially related to each other, the recommendation accuracy of the interactive resource recommendation method through the reminder message is not high.

The embodiment of the application provides an information reminding method which can be executed by a processor of computer equipment. Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an implementation flow of an information reminding method according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:

s101, a first terminal displays a first interactive resource on a first interface of an online interactive platform;

here, the first terminal may be any terminal device capable of accessing the online interactive platform, and may include, but is not limited to, a personal computer, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, or the like. The online interactive platform can be a platform which is authorized and comprises at least one interactive resource to be output. Such as an authorized application, an online shopping platform or online mall, etc. The interactive resources in the online interactive platform may include, but are not limited to, vendable or transferable resources such as physical objects, electronic resources, virtual currency or virtual services, and the like.

The first interactive resource may be any suitable interactive resource in the online interactive platform. The first interface may include, but is not limited to, one or more of a detail interface of the first interactive resource, an interactive resource list display interface of the online interactive platform, a home page of the online interactive platform, and the like.

During implementation, a client of the online interaction platform can be operated on the first terminal, and the first terminal can display the first interaction resource through a first interface of the client. And running a suitable browser on the first terminal, wherein the first terminal can access the first interface of the online interaction platform through the browser and display the first interaction resource on the first interface. The skilled person can select an appropriate manner to display the first interactive resource at the first terminal according to the actual situation, which is not limited herein.

Step S102, acquiring a user behavior event of a first user aiming at the first interactive resource;

here, the first user is a user that the first terminal is currently logged in on the online interactive platform. The user behavior event can include but is not limited to one or more of sharing, collecting, paying attention to, adding a list to be output, outputting and the like of the first interactive resource. In implementation, the user behavior event for the first interactive resource may be obtained by detecting a click event of a button of the first interface, such as sharing, collecting, paying attention to, adding to a list to be output or outputting, or detecting an output state of the first interactive resource.

Step S103, generating a reminding message based on the account information of the first user and the user behavior event;

here, the account information may include, but is not limited to, one or more of user identification, user personal information, account setting information, or the like. The reminding message can include but is not limited to one or more of a text message, a link message and the like, and can be used for representing the user behavior event of the first user for the first interactive resource. Step S104, determining a second user who has established a social relationship with the first user on the online interaction platform;

here, the social relationship may include, but is not limited to, one or more of family, friends, colleagues, classmates, specific common interests, and the like. The second users may be all users who have established a social relationship with the first user on the online interaction platform, or may be some users who satisfy a specific condition among all users who have established a social relationship with the first user on the online interaction platform. Here, the second interface is an interface displayed after the second user logs in the online interaction platform, and may include, but is not limited to, one or more of a detail interface of the interactive resources on the online interaction platform, an interactive resource list display interface of the online interaction platform, a home page of the online interaction platform, and the like.

In some embodiments, the account information of the first user may include a user identification of the first user; the user behavior event may include a behavior type and a name of the first interactive resource. Here, the user identification may be an account number of the user, a nickname of the user, a real name of the user, or the like. Output interactive resources may include, but are not limited to, selling goods, purchasing goods, outputting virtual services, and the like. The specific assembly rule may be that the user identifier, the behavior type, and the name of the first interactive resource of the first user are directly spliced to obtain the reminding message, or that the user identifier, the behavior type, and the name of the first interactive resource of the first user are substituted into the reminding message template based on a specific reminding message template to obtain the reminding message. In practice, a person skilled in the art may select an appropriate assembly rule according to practical situations, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto.

In some embodiments, the step S103 may include: and assembling the user identifier, the behavior type, the name of the first interactive resource and the virtual resource return point identifier of the first user according to a specific assembly rule to obtain the reminding message. Here, the virtual return point identification may be an identification for determining the amount of virtual resources allocated to the first user at the time of return point. The specific assembly rule may be that the user identifier, the behavior type, the name of the first interactive resource, and the virtual resource return point identifier of the first user are directly spliced to obtain the reminding message, or that the user identifier, the behavior type, the name of the first interactive resource, and the virtual resource return point identifier of the first user are substituted into the reminding message template based on a specific reminding message template to obtain the reminding message.

In some embodiments, the reminder message may also carry address information of the first user. According to the information reminding method provided by the embodiment of the application, based on the user behavior event of the first user on the online interaction platform aiming at the first interaction resource, the reminding message is generated by combining the account information of the user, and the reminding message is pushed to the second user who establishes the social relationship with the first user in the online interaction platform, so that the reminding message can be displayed on the second interface of the online interaction platform browsed by the second user. Therefore, the exposure of the interactive resources on the online interactive platform can be increased, and social interaction-related interactive resource recommendation behaviors can be realized on the computer. Because the interactive resources are recommended based on the social relationship, the recommendation accuracy can be improved, the efficiency of outputting the interactive resources on a computer can be improved, and the use experience of outputting the interactive resources in an online interactive platform by a user can be improved. Furthermore, the reminding message can also carry a virtual return point identifier, so that return point reward can be carried out on the user pushing the reminding message based on the virtual return point identifier, and a scale effect is formed through benefit incentive.

Step S204, when the first user agrees to push the reminding message, the resource type of the first interactive resource is obtained;

here, whether the user agrees to push the reminder message may be determined by querying a specific identification field for identifying whether the user agrees to push the reminder message. The resource categories may be categories that classify interactive resources in any suitable dimension. For example, when the interactive resource is a commodity of an online shopping platform, the resource category may be a commodity category (such as apparel, food, household goods, etc.), or may be a price level of the commodity (such as small-amount commodity, large-amount commodity, etc.); when the interactive resource is an e-book in an online book city, the resource category may be the year of the work (e.g., ancient times, recent times, modern times, etc.) or the subject category (e.g., literature, computers, mathematics, philosophy, etc.).

Therefore, the reminding message can be pushed according to the wish of the user, the personal privacy of the user can be protected, selective reminding message pushing can be carried out on social contact members of the user according to the resource type of corresponding interactive resources, the accuracy of interactive resource recommendation can be improved, unnecessary disturbance on a reminding message receiver can be reduced, and the use experience of the user on an online interactive platform is improved. Furthermore, the push type can be set for each social member of the user, the accuracy of interactive resource recommendation can be further improved, and the efficiency of interactive resource output on a computer is improved. The following takes a scenario in which the online interaction platform is a kyoto shopping platform as an example for illustration. The scene is that the reminding message is displayed in a bullet screen mode in a main picture area of commodity details of a Jingdong shopping platform. A pop-up generally refers to a commentary subtitle that pops up when a video is viewed over a network, and may appear on the video in a scrolling, hovering, or even more motion-specific manner, which is a short comment made by a person viewing the video. Currently, barrage is moving from the young to the mainstream platform. The user can search other users with common interests through the barrage, and build other previous interest circles. On some E-commerce platforms, can be based on the barrage technique, carry out the shopping guide through the barrage to the user can see live broadcast and purchase commodity, and direct payment of placing an order, the purchase flow is very smooth. At present, users in a Jingdong shopping platform are named actually, only acquaintance shopping circles are required to be maintained, the existing sharing, collection or attention clicking events are combined, shopping carts are added, ordering events are added, and reminding messages are pushed, so that social bullet screen shopping guide reminding in a main commodity detail image area can be completed, shopping guide link skipping can be even completed, and the shopping guide conversion rate is directly improved.

In order to better understand the information reminding method provided by the embodiment of the application, firstly, the problems of shopping guide in the form of a bullet screen in the related art are explained. In the related art, the shopping guide in the form of bullet screen has the following disadvantages: 1) users who do not have acquaintance shopping circle relationship and are connected with the shopping platform; 2) the bullet screen has single content and is not diversified enough; 3) points of benefit for the shopping guide are not obvious.

In view of this, the embodiment of the present application provides an information reminding method, which can maintain the real-name friend relationship of a user and manage the commodity types that can be shared by friends. In addition, the social property barrage file can be dynamically generated according to the user behavior events and displayed through a plurality of high-exposure entries, such as a home page newspaper, a main picture area of commodity details, a discovery channel and the like. Furthermore, the users can be promoted to quickly purchase through real-name shopping circle sharing and barrage reminding, and the point return of sale is finished through points.

Fig. 4A is a schematic view of an implementation flow of an information reminding method provided in an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 4A, the method may include the following steps:

step S9100, a user adds friends through a newly added friend relation function module to form a friend relation list;

step S9200, the user sends the bullet screen message to other users who have established social relation with the user through the bullet screen message sending module;

step S9300, other users receive the bullet screen information through the bullet screen information display module and display the received bullet screen information;

The following describes specific implementation processes of the above functional modules, respectively.

The functions implemented by the newly added friend relationship function module may include: the method and the system can support the user to add the friends manually in various ways, recommend the user to remark the real names of the friends, form a friend relationship list, and guide the user to share the barrage with the friends in the same intention. In the Jingdong shopping platform, the specific implementation scheme aiming at the module is as follows: through an account setting-my profile management-newly-added friend management interface under a friend gathering path, a user can remark a friend relationship and set commodity types which can be shared by friends. As shown in table 2, the buddy relationship table may include, but is not limited to, one or more fields of a number, a user Identification (ID), a buddy ID, whether to block sharing, category restrictions, and the like.

The functions implemented by the bullet screen message sending module can include: after the user performs related operations on the single item detail page of the commodity, the user combines the friend list and the positioning address to form a bullet screen shopping guide case, and then the bullet screen message is sent to the friend through the jingdong message middleware jmq. In the Jingdong shopping platform, the specific implementation scheme aiming at the module is as follows: when a user pays attention to, collects, shares, adds in a shopping cart or leaves a list on a single-item page, firstly, according to whether the user set in the newly-added friend relationship function module shields sharing, interactive Toast reminding or non-interactive Toast reminding is determined, and then, the bullet screen content is assembled in combination with a positioning address, the friend real name and the class limitation of each friend in a friend list (for example, the bullet screen content "the friend JIMI of your purchases iPhoneX in beijing and goes to a surrounding shopping bar soon") can be assembled. The assembly of the part of bullet screen content can also be used for combining different scenes according to the actual operation of a user. After the data assembly and processing are finished, the bullet screen information is sent out in real time through the middleware, and the bullet screen information is displayed through the bullet screen information display module. After the bullet screen content is assembled, the bullet screen return point identification is added besides the necessary bullet screen identification aiming at the function in the return point reward module.

Fig. 4C is a schematic view of an implementation flow of a bullet screen message sending module according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 4C, the bullet screen message sending module may include the following steps:

The functions realized by the bullet screen message display module can comprise: when receiving the real-time barrage message push, carrying out barrage display on the single item detail page and providing a related conversion function. The pushed barrage message may be received through the jingdong message middleware jmq and displayed in the form of a barrage in the business detail main map area on the merchandise detail page. In addition, the information can be distinguished according to the types of the bullet screen information, and aiming at the types of attention and collection, the user can be guided to enter the item detail page of the commodity corresponding to the bullet screen information, and aiming at the type of placing the item, the user can be guided to enter the placing page of the commodity corresponding to the bullet screen information. Or jump processing in different scenes can be performed according to the dimensions of the store and the dimensions of a Standard Product Unit (SPU), for example, if a currently browsed commodity and a commodity corresponding to the bullet screen message are in the same store, a user can be guided to enter a detail page of the commodity corresponding to the bullet screen message; if the currently browsed goods and the goods corresponding to the barrage message correspond to the same SPU, the user can be guided to directly enter the ordering page of the SPU. In this manner, accurate shopping guide behavior in the form of shopping circles of a social nature may be facilitated. The bullet screen message can be displayed in a bullet screen mode in a single-item detail page, and can also be displayed in a bullet screen mode in an App home page area and other sub-modules so as to improve the exposure rate of the bullet screen message. In addition, based on the received barrage message, a recommendation information presentation module (such as a discovery channel, a home page report, etc.) may perform a Professional Generated Content (PGC)/User Generated Content (UGC) recommendation, etc.

Fig. 4D is a schematic view of an implementation flow of a bullet screen message display module according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 4D, the bullet screen message display module may include the following steps:

here, step S9302 may include one of: step S93021, display the item detail page of the goods; step S93022, displaying a first page of a Jingdong shopping platform;

The functions implemented by the return point reward module may include: when other users enter the single item detail page or generate conversion behaviors such as collection, order placement and the like through the bullet screen message displayed by the bullet screen message display module, the users sharing the bullet screen message can be rewarded according to the current bullet screen return point identification. For example, the second user may be interested in the current commodity by checking the bullet screen message, and enter the purchase process by clicking the bullet screen message, where the bullet screen message carries information such as a user identifier of the second user sharing the bullet screen message, a bullet screen return point identifier, or a reward system identifier. When the second user finishes the conversion behavior of the commodity, the first user can be rewarded with the return points through the related rewarding system and the rewarding rule. Besides the purchasing operation, different reward rules can be formulated according to the actual conditions aiming at other operation behaviors of the commodity corresponding to the bullet screen message.

Fig. 4E is a schematic flow chart illustrating an implementation process of a return point reward module according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 4E, the return point reward module may include the following steps:

step S9401, when detecting that other users generate ordering or other conversion behaviors aiming at commodities corresponding to the bullet screen message to be processed by clicking the received bullet screen message, performing point return on the user sharing the bullet screen message according to the current bullet screen point return identification.

According to the information reminding method provided by the embodiment of the application, the bullet screen message is generated according to the user behavior events (such as attention, collection, shopping cart adding, ordering and the like) of the user aiming at the commodities of the Jingdong shopping platform, and the bullet screen message is pushed to other users who establish friend relationships with the user through the message sending interface of the message middleware jmq. Other users receive the barrage message through the message receiving interface of the message middleware jmq and store it in the jimdb database. And when other users browse the single item detail page, inquiring the received bullet screen message from the database, and displaying the shot screen message received by exposure in a bullet screen form in the business detail main picture area. In addition, when other users enter the order placing interface of the corresponding commodity by clicking the received bullet screen message and click the order placing button, the corresponding settlement page can be skipped through the H5 link or the openapp interface, and the order placing is completed according to the existing settlement service logic.

The information reminding method provided by the embodiment of the application can improve the richness and accuracy of the content when the business detail main picture core area of the commodity detail page is socially released in the APP through an engineering method under the same display window, and can bring the following beneficial effects: 1) the commodity purchasing use experience of the user is improved, the shopping circle of the user is cultivated, and the commodity dimensional use experience is provided; 2) the bullet screen shopping guide of social nature is used, the exposure of the commodity is increased, and the conversion rate of browsing and purchasing the commodity is improved.

Based on the foregoing embodiments, an information reminding device is provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the device includes each unit and each module included in each unit, and can be implemented by a processor in a computer device; of course, the implementation can also be realized through a specific logic circuit; in implementation, the processor may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Microprocessor (MPU), a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or the like.

Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an information reminding device according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 5, the information reminding device 1000 includes a first display module 1001, a first obtaining module 1002, a first generating module 1003, a first determining module 1004, and a pushing module 1005, where:
