Thus, a feature defined as "first" or "second" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more of that feature. In the description of the present embodiment, "a plurality" means two or more unless otherwise specified. The following explanation is first made in this embodiment for the technical terms applied:
a compound machine; the multifunctional machine or the all-in-one machine refers to a machine integrating printing, copying and scanning functions.
Personal printing: after the original function of the compound machine is started, all documents printed to the compound machine cannot be directly discharged and can be temporarily stored in a hard disk of the compound machine; after logging in the compound machine, a user can click a 'personal printing' button on a main screen of the compound machine to view a printing list, and the user can select to delete or print.
Online printing: when the server is online, a document printed by the user is temporarily stored in the server, and when the user logs in the complex machine and picks up paper, the server sends the printed document to the complex machine to print the paper out, which is called online printing.
Off-line printing: when the server is off-line, the document of the user is printed to the compound machine and then temporarily stored in the hard disk, the user logs in the compound machine to select printing in the personal printing list, and the behavior of printing paper out of the hard disk of the compound machine is called off-line printing.
Offline print list: the user logs in the compound machine and then sees the list formed by the document information of all the documents printed in the hard disk of the compound machine.
Printing a list on line: and a list formed by the document information of all the documents printed on the server and viewed by the user after logging in the compound machine.
In the related art, the print driver firstly uploads the document printed by the user to the server, but when the uploading fails, the personal print mode of the compound machine can be opened, and the document is transmitted to the compound machine for storage. However, since some client network environments are unstable, if a user prints a large number of documents, a part of the documents may be on the server and a part of the documents may be on the complex machine. In this case, after logging in the compound machine, the user must enter the online print list and the offline print list to select the document and discharge the document, which is time-consuming and is not friendly to experience, and the user cannot know the full view of the document that can be printed.
In order to enable a user to quickly know the overall appearance of a document capable of being printed, the embodiment of the application provides a target document display method, and fig. 1 shows a flow chart of the target document display method provided by the embodiment of the application, and the embodiment of the application provides the method operation steps as described in the embodiment or the flow chart, but more or less operation steps can be included based on conventional or non-creative labor. The order of steps recited in the embodiments is merely one manner of performing the steps in a multitude of sequences, and does not represent a unique order of performance. When implemented in a practical system or server product, the method according to the embodiments or shown in the drawings can be executed sequentially or in parallel (for example, in the context of parallel processors or multi-threaded processing), and the method can include:
s101, obtaining a login request, wherein the login request comprises a user identifier.
In the embodiment of the application, the user allowed to print the document in the compound machine is a legal user authenticated by the compound machine, the user identification uniquely represents the user logging in the compound machine, and the user identification is verified to judge whether the user logging in the compound machine has the authority of printing the document in the compound machine.
S102, under the condition that the user identification points to a legal user, a first target document obtaining request is sent to a server, and the first target document obtaining request is used for obtaining document information of a document corresponding to the user identification from the server.
And S103, sending a second target document acquisition request to the compound machine, wherein the second target document acquisition request is used for acquiring document information of a document which is stored in the compound machine and corresponds to the user identification.
And S104, in the compound machine, the acquired document information is displayed in a unified manner.
In the embodiment of the present application, in order to facilitate a user to know the full view of a document that can be printed, the compound machine may pull document information of the document that can be printed from both the server and the local storage of the compound machine. Specifically, document information of documents stored in the server and documents stored in the compound machine are acquired by transmitting a first target document acquisition request to the server and a second target document acquisition request to the compound machine, respectively.
In a specific embodiment, the server may install an embedded list program into the compound machine when the machine is locked, and the user may view the buttons of the embedded list program when logging into the compound machine. After a user clicks, the list can sequentially initiate two HTTP requests, the first HTTP request is a first target document acquisition request, the request can request an online printing list in a server, namely, a document list of the user on the server is taken by using a server user printing document list interface (in an HTTP mode), and if the server is offline, the online printing list is empty; after the first request is completed, a second HTTP request is requested to be sent, the HTTP request is a second target document acquisition request, the request can request an offline printing list in the compound machine, namely a document list temporarily stored on the compound machine by a user, the compound machine provides an HTTP interface to acquire, and the embedded program is run on the compound machine, so that the embedded program is called by local HTTP and can be accessed certainly. After the second HTTP request is completed, the offline print list and the online print list data are merged and displayed in a list in the compound machine.
In one embodiment, the method further includes acquiring system time information of the compound machine; the method also comprises the steps of generating a first target document acquisition request according to the user identification and the system time information; sending the first target document acquisition request to a server to trigger the server to determine a first time interval according to the system time information, query a document corresponding to the user identifier received in the first time interval, and return document information of the document to the compound machine;
generating a second target document acquisition request according to the user identification and the system time information; sending the second target document acquisition request to a multifunction machine to trigger the multifunction machine to determine a second time interval based on the system time information, to query documents received within the second time interval and corresponding to the user identifier, and to return document information of the documents to the multifunction machine.
The embodiment of the application is not limited, and a specific method for determining the first time interval and the second time interval according to preset system time information is provided. For example, a time interval formed at a time point spaced less than 24 hours from the preset system time information may be determined as the first time interval, and a time interval formed at a time point spaced less than 12 hours from the preset system time information may be determined as the second time interval. In one embodiment, the setting method of the first time interval and the second time interval may also be opened to the user, so that the user can quickly screen the document information of the required document for the user.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a flowchart of a unified display method is shown, and specifically, in the compound machine, the unified display of the acquired document information includes:
s201, setting a first mark for the document information of the document from the server.
S202, a second flag different from the first flag is set to document information of a document from the multifunction device.
S203, displaying each piece of document information and a mark corresponding to the document information, wherein the mark is the first mark or the second mark.
In the embodiment of the application, under the condition that the first target document acquisition request fails to respond, the server is judged to be in an off-line state; in the multifunction device, the offline state is displayed. Referring to fig. 3, which shows a schematic diagram of a unified display effect, it can be seen from fig. 3 that not only the document information of each document, but also the source of the document information and the current state of the server can be displayed in a unified display interface, so that intensive display of related information is achieved, rich information is displayed for a user in a limited interface, and the user can timely and intuitively know the server state, the document information of each document and the storage location of the document.
The embodiment of the application further discloses the operation of the print driver in executing the print task, which comprises the following steps:
and S301, under the condition that the print driver acquires a document print request, sending a document upload request to the server, wherein the document upload request is used for sending a document pointed by the document print request to the server.
And S302, responding to an uploading permission response fed back by the server, and sending the document to the server.
And S303, responding to other conditions, namely any condition except the uploading permission response is not acquired, and sending the document to the compound machine.
In the embodiment of the present application, it is considered that in the related art, the document is not beneficial to quota management of the document by using an offline mode, so in the embodiment of the present application, a printing mode that preferentially sends the document to a server is adopted, so that quota management is performed based on the server, for example, three documents per 200 sheets per month, 50 sheets in color, four documents per 100 sheets per month, black and white, and no color. Therefore, the drive printing to the server can perform the interception and statistics of the prior quota, for example, only 10 black and white documents are left in the month of zhangsane, and if zhangsane submits one black and white document with 20 pages, the server refuses to print and informs the reason. Zhang three can apply for additional quota or be processed in other ways to the superior leader.
Usually, an enterprise has a requirement on the IT system of the enterprise for failure repair time, which is a relatively large pressure on the IT department of the enterprise, so if a server failure occurs or a server network is interrupted, the priority of a quota is not so high, and the highest priority in the case of failure cannot affect the normal business printing of the whole company, so that a driver can directly send a document to a compound machine for temporary storage when detecting that the server is offline, and a user can print the document in an offline printing list after logging in the compound machine (at this time, the online printing list cannot be accessed because the server is offline).
After the server failure is recovered, the server captures all the print logs in the period of time when the failure occurs in the compound machine, and performs quota deduction, so overdraft may occur, and the reason for overdraft is that the user job is not submitted to the server in advance to perform quota prejudgment when the server fails, but is directly sent to the compound machine. These overdraft data IT can be seen in the aggregated reports at the bottom of each month and reasonably redistribute employee quotas the next month ago.
Therefore, offline and online printing can be achieved simultaneously, quota management when the server is online and uninterrupted printing when the server fails. The scheme aims to provide a unified list when offline printing and online printing coexist, so that a user does not need to switch between the two lists to print.
Specifically, the server is configured with quota information corresponding to the user identifier, and in the method, the server performs the following operations:
and responding to the acquired document uploading request, acquiring quota information and used quota information corresponding to the user identifier, wherein the used quota information is determined according to the document information of the document corresponding to the user identifier in the server. And determining difference quota information between the quota information and the used quota information. And sending quota alarm information to the print driver under the condition that the difference quota information is smaller than the difference quota threshold value.
According to the method and the device, the documents which are located in the server and the compound machine locally and allowed to be printed can be displayed for the user, a uniform entrance for document display is provided for the user through integrating display resources, the user can conveniently know the full appearance of document information in time, the operation path of the user is shortened, and the printing efficiency and the user viscosity of the user are improved.
