Referring to fig. 8, the method for monitoring a drainage robot according to the present invention further includes the following steps:
and S50, controlling the drainage robot 10 to stop advancing when judging that the drainage robot 10 has a soaking danger according to the water depth information or the wading depth signal.
In the embodiment of the invention, in order to protect the engine and the electrical system of the waterlogging draining robot 10, the wading depth of the waterlogging draining robot 10 is limited, namely, the waterlogging draining robot 10 is limited to move when moving to a proper depth, so that the engine or other electronic components are prevented from damaging equipment due to wading.
Specifically, referring to fig. 9, when the water level reaches the water level warning line of the waterlogging draining robot 10 according to the water depth information or the wading depth signal, the waterlogging draining robot 10 is at risk of soaking, and if the waterlogging draining robot 10 continues to advance, the water level is higher, and the engine or other electronic components are more easily damaged.
Therefore, when the waterlogging draining robot 10 has a soaking risk, the power main body 103 controlling the waterlogging draining robot 10 immediately stops advancing, thereby preventing the soaking situation from occurring too deep in water level.
Correspondingly, in a specific embodiment, the wireless control terminal 108 is further configured to send an instruction to the onboard control terminal 109 to enable the onboard control terminal 109 to control the power main body 103 to stop advancing when it is determined that the waterlogging draining robot 10 has a risk of soaking according to the water depth information.
In another embodiment, when the onboard control end 109 judges that the waterlogging draining robot 10 has a soaking risk according to the water depth information, the power main body 103 is controlled to stop advancing.
In one embodiment, the water level warning line of the flood draining robot 10 is adjustable.
Referring to fig. 2, in one embodiment, the waterlogging draining robot 10 further includes a water level electrode 110, and the water level electrode 110 is disposed on the power body 103 and is configured to send a wading depth signal when the water level reaches the height of the water level electrode 110.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the risk of soaking caused by the water level being too deep is prevented, and the forward switch is controlled by the water level electrode 110.
Specifically, referring to fig. 9, when the water level reaches the height of the water level electrode 110, the water level electrode 110 is powered on to transmit a signal to the onboard controller, the onboard controller transmits the processed signal to the wireless control terminal 108 through the transmitter, and the wireless control terminal 108 sends an instruction to cut off the power supply of the forward button after receiving the information, that is, to cut off the power supply of the walking control, and to prohibit the device from moving forward again.
In another embodiment, when the onboard control end 109 judges that the waterlogging draining robot 10 has a risk of soaking according to the wading depth signal, the power body 103 is controlled to stop advancing.
In the embodiment of the invention, the risk of soaking caused by too deep water level is prevented, and the onboard control end 109 can be directly triggered by the wading depth signal of the water level electrode device 110, so that the onboard control end 109 directly controls the power main body 103 to stop advancing.
In addition, the operation state of the drainage robot 10 may also be displayed on the display screen 1072.
In a specific embodiment, the installation height of the water level electrode device 110 is lower than the positions of other lowest electronic components of the waterlogging draining robot 10.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the installation height of the water level electrode 110 is mainly determined by the positions of the electronic components at the lowest position, so that the water level is not soaked in the other electronic components. Therefore, when the waterlogging draining robot 10 moves forward until the water level contacts the water level electrode device 110, the control of the forward direction of the equipment is cut off, and the equipment is prevented from being soaked.
In one embodiment, the water level electrode 110 is mounted to a mounting hole in the side of the fuel tank.
In one embodiment, the drainage robot 10 further comprises a mounting seat for mounting the water level electrode device 110 on the power body 103.
In other embodiments, the water level electrode 110 may be mounted on the drainage robot 10 in other manners, which are not limited in this respect.
In one embodiment, the installation height of the water level electrode 110 is adjustable.
In one embodiment, the drainage robot 10 further includes an adjusting mechanism disposed on the power body 103 and used for adjusting the installation height of the water level electrode 110.
In one embodiment, the adjusting mechanism includes a vertical mounting seat, a plurality of fixing positions with different heights are formed on the vertical mounting seat, and the water level electrode device 110 can be buckled on any one of the fixing positions.
In other embodiments, the adjusting mechanism may also be configured to adjust the installation height of the water level electrode 110, and is not particularly limited herein.
In one embodiment, the installation height of the water level electrode device 110 is adjusted according to different flood drainage emergency work, geographical environment and climate conditions.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the water level electrode devices 110 with different heights are set for different flood drainage emergency work, geographical environments, climates, etc.
Specifically, before and after the flood season occurs, the staff can analyze according to data reports of a weather bureau, geographic environments, historical record data and the like, and properly adjust the water level warning line when the water level warning line is lower than the engine or other electronic components.
Specifically, when the staff judges that the water level of this drainage operation is higher, and the topography is complicated, the soaking risk of drainage robot 10 is great, for this reason, can reduce the mounted position of water level electrode ware 110 to the scope of advancing of restriction drainage robot 10. When the staff judges that the water level of the flood drainage operation is low and the terrain is flat, the soaking risk of the flood drainage robot 10 is low, and therefore the installation position of the water level electrode device 110 can be improved, the advancing range of the flood drainage robot 10 is enlarged, and the drainage efficiency of the flood drainage robot 10 is improved.
In another embodiment, the installation height of the water level electrode device 110 is adjusted according to the use condition of the waterlogging draining robot 10.
Specifically, when the drainage robot 10 is used for a long time, the sealing capability of the drainage robot 10 may be decreased, so that the risk of soaking an internal engine or other electronic components is increased, and for this reason, the installation position of the water level electrode device 110 may be decreased to limit the advancing range of the drainage robot 10. When the drainage robot 10 is used for a short time, the sealing capability of the drainage robot 10 is kept good, the soaking risk of the drainage robot 10 is small, and therefore the installation position of the water level electrode device 110 can be increased to enlarge the advancing range of the drainage robot 10 and improve the drainage efficiency of the drainage robot 10.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and substitutions can be made without departing from the technical principle of the present invention, and these modifications and substitutions should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
