Abstract
The invention discloses an online monitoring and emergency treatment system and method for transformer oil leakage, and relates to the field of transformer monitoring. At present, an on-line monitoring and emergency treatment system for oil leakage is not available so as to monitor whether transformer oil leaks or not at all. The invention comprises a transformer oil drain tank, an oil drain pipeline, an accident oil tank, an oil leakage sensor, a rain drain ditch, a cable ditch, a communication module, a monitoring system, a control unit, an emergency treatment device and a rain drain ditch valve, wherein the transformer oil drain tank and the accident oil tank are connected through the oil drain pipeline, the oil leakage sensor is respectively arranged in the transformer oil drain tank, the accident oil tank, the rain drain ditch and the cable ditch, the communication module is connected with the oil leakage sensor and the monitoring system, the control unit is respectively connected with the monitoring system and the emergency treatment device, and the rain drain ditch valve is arranged in the rain drain ditch to prevent the leaked transformer oil from flowing out of a transformer oil station. The technical scheme has simple structure and reliable operation, and can accurately obtain the leakage degree and speed of the transformer oil.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of transformer monitoring, in particular to an online monitoring and emergency treatment system for transformer oil leakage.
Background
The transformer substation is an important component of the power grid, the main transformer in the high-voltage-class transformer substation has large volume and is mostly oil-filled equipment, especially an ultrahigh-voltage and extra-high-voltage alternating-current transformer substation, the weight of the main transformer can reach hundreds of tons, and the transformer oil is also more than tens of tons.
The transformer can cause too high working temperature, increase of oil temperature and easy occurrence of oil leakage due to factors such as short circuit, overload and the like. The reasons for oil leakage include that an oil drain valve is not tightly closed, a sleeve is not matched with a conducting rod or a gasket is not tightly sealed, and various material connection parts are not tight. Oil seepage usually occurs at each connecting position of the transformer, and because the transformer is large in size, slight oil leakage is sometimes difficult to find in time, and oil leakage is usually found by inspection staff when dust is accumulated to a certain degree. Because oil leakage is not found timely, equipment defects cannot be found timely, and hidden danger is easily caused.
In general, an oil drain tank is connected below the transformer, and is connected with an accident oil tank through a special oil drain pipeline, when an accident occurs, such as oil injection or explosion, oil of the transformer can drain into the oil drain tank and then flow to the accident oil tank, and the accident oil tank has the function of preventing the expansion of the accident caused by fire and the like due to the leakage of the oil. If the transformer has serious faults such as explosion and the like, oil leaks out of the oil drain pool, such as a cable trench and a rain drain, the oil flows out of the transformer substation along with a rain water pipeline, flows into a river through the drain, serious water pollution is caused, and serious environmental problems are caused.
At present, no on-line monitoring and emergency treatment system for oil leakage exists, whether the transformer oil leaks or not can be monitored at any time, the transformer oil is prevented from leaking to an external ditch of a transformer substation, and the pollution of oil leakage is guaranteed to be minimum.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved and the technical task to be put forward in the invention are to perfect and improve the prior art scheme, and provide an online monitoring and emergency treatment system for transformer oil leakage so as to achieve the purpose of reducing oil pollution. As shown in fig. 1, the transformer oil leakage on-line monitoring and emergency treatment system comprises a transformer oil drain tank 1, an oil drain pipeline 11, an accident oil tank 2, an oil leakage sensor 3, a rainwater tank 4, a cable trench 10, a wireless communication module 6, a monitoring system 5, a control unit 7, an emergency treatment device 8 and a rainwater tank valve 9, wherein the transformer oil drain tank 1 and the accident oil tank 2 are connected through the oil drain pipeline 11, the oil leakage sensor 3 is arranged in the transformer oil drain tank 1, the accident oil tank 2, the rainwater tank 4 and the cable trench 10, the wireless communication module 6 is connected with the oil leakage sensor 4 and the monitoring system 5 through signal lines, the control unit 7 is respectively connected with the monitoring system 5 and the emergency treatment device 8, and the rainwater tank valve 9 is arranged in the rainwater tank 4. If an accident occurs, such as oil injection or explosion, more leaked transformer oil is leaked into the oil drain tank 1, then flows to the accident oil tank 2, the oil leakage sensors 3 in the oil drain tank 1 and the accident oil tank 2 continuously receive signals, the oil leakage signals are transmitted to the wireless communication module 6, the wireless communication module 6 transmits information to the monitoring system 5, and the monitoring system 5 sends alarm information to inform that leaked oil flows into the accident oil tank.
If the leakage of the transformer oil is serious, the oil drain pool is blocked or the oil is sprayed out to the nearby ground, or the transformer is exploded and other serious faults, so that the oil is leaked out of the oil drain pool 1, such as a cable pit 10 and a rain pit 4, oil leakage sensors 4 in the cable pit 10 and the rain pit 4 transmit oil leakage signals to a wireless communication module 6, the wireless communication module 6 transmits information to a monitoring system 5, the monitoring system 5 sends an alarm and transmits the information to a control unit 7, the control unit 7 starts an emergency treatment device 8, the emergency treatment device 8 closes a rain pit valve 9, the transformer oil is prevented from leaking out of the groove outside a transformer substation 12, and the lowest oil leakage pollution is ensured. The transformer is ensured to run safely and stably, the cost is saved, and the transformer can be monitored remotely.
In order to draw attention of workers, an alarm device is arranged in the monitoring system, and the alarm device is a sound horn.
In order to improve the accuracy of detection, the number of oil leakage sensors arranged in the rainwater ditch and the cable ditch is at least 2. The oil leakage sensors arranged in the rainwater ditch and the cable trench are distributed at equal intervals.
In order to effectively prevent transformer oil from flowing out of the transformer substation 12 and polluting the environment, an oil suction blanket is arranged in the emergency treatment device, the control unit 7 starts the emergency treatment device 8, the emergency treatment device 8 releases the oil suction blanket, and the rainwater drain valve 9 is closed.
