Abstract
The invention provides a dryer, which comprises a shell and a fan arranged in the shell, wherein the shell comprises a main shell with an opening and an air inlet grille arranged on the opening in a detachable mode, and at least one side of the air inlet grille is connected with the main shell through a magnetic adsorption component. Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following embodiments and accompanying drawings. The exemplary embodiments and descriptions of the present invention are provided to explain the present invention, but not to limit the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the present invention provides an embodiment of a dryer including a casing 10 and a fan 20 disposed inside the casing 10. The housing 10 includes a main housing 11 having an opening and a detachable air inlet grille 12 disposed on the opening, at least one side of the air inlet grille 12 is connected to the main housing 11 through a magnetic absorption assembly 30.
Compared with the problem that the air inlet grille 12 cannot be detached or is difficult to detach in the prior art, by adopting the technical scheme of the invention, the magnetic adsorption component 30 has the advantage of being more convenient for disconnecting the connection mode, so that one side of the air inlet grille 12 provided with the magnetic adsorption component 30 can be more convenient to firstly remove the connection with the main shell 11, and further, the connection relation between other detachably connected parts and the main shell 11 is conveniently removed, so that the air inlet grille 12 can be conveniently detached and cleaned, the interior of the machine body can be conveniently cleaned in time, the freshness of air outlet is ensured, and the user experience is improved.
As a preferred embodiment, in the solution of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the first side of the air intake grille 12 is connected to the main housing 11 through a snap assembly 40, and the second side of the air intake grille 12 is connected to the main housing 11 through a magnetic absorption assembly 30. Compared with the traditional air inlet grille which is only connected by the buckles, the air inlet grille which is only connected by the buckles is very tight in clamping due to the combined action of the buckles when being disassembled, and the air inlet grille is difficult to disassemble by a user; in this embodiment, the side of the air inlet grille 12 connected by the magnetic attraction member 30 is relatively easy to open, so that the other side connected by the latch member 40 is relatively easy to open after the side of the magnetic attraction member 30 is opened. This embodiment may also utilize the connection of the snap assembly 40 to improve the stability of the connection between the air intake grille 12 and the main housing 11. Optionally, in the technical solution of the present embodiment, the first side of the air-inlet grille 12 and the second side of the air-inlet grille 12 are two opposite sides of the air-inlet grille 12. As another alternative, the first side of the air grille 12 and the second side of the air grille 12 are two adjacent sides of the air grille 12.
As another alternative embodiment, the first side of the air-inlet grille 12 and the second side of the air-inlet grille 12 may be connected to the main housing 11 through the magnetic attraction component 30. This embodiment is superior in flexibility of reopening the air-intake grille 12 compared to the above-described embodiment, but is slightly inferior in stability of the connection of the air-intake grille 12 to the main casing 11.
As shown in fig. 3, in the technical solution of the present embodiment, the magnetic adsorption component 30 includes a first magnetic adsorption member and a second magnetic adsorption member, the first magnetic adsorption member is installed on the main casing 11, the second magnetic adsorption member is installed on the air intake grille 12, and the first magnetic adsorption member and the second magnetic adsorption member are matched and adsorbed together. In the technical solution of this embodiment, one of the first magnetic attraction member and the second magnetic attraction member is a magnet member 31, and the other of the first magnetic attraction member and the second magnetic attraction member is a ferromagnetic member 32. As another alternative embodiment, the first magnetic attraction member and the second magnetic attraction member may be both the magnet member 31.
As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, an installation part 121 is provided on the air intake grille 12, the magnet member 31 is installed on the installation part 121, the main housing 11 is provided with an installation groove 111, and the ferromagnetic member 32 is installed in the installation groove 111. Magnet member 31 can be more firmly attached by attachment portion 121; similarly, the installation of the ferromagnetic member 32 through the installation groove 111 can also provide a stronger installation effect for the ferromagnetic member 32.
More preferably, a first positioning portion is disposed at a position of the first magnetic adsorbing member on the main casing 11, a second positioning portion is disposed at a position of the second magnetic adsorbing member on the air inlet grille 12, and the first positioning portion and the second positioning portion are cooperatively positioned. Through the cooperation of first location portion and second location portion, can let first magnetic adsorption piece and second magnetic adsorption piece adsorb the cooperation time and aim at to let air inlet grille 12 and main casing body 11 be connected inseparabler. In the technical solution of the present embodiment, the first positioning portion is a positioning groove 112, and the second positioning portion is a positioning bump 122. More preferably, in the solution of the present embodiment, a guide slope structure is formed at a position around the positioning groove 112, and the guide slope structure is inclined toward the positioning groove 112. The guiding slope structure can guide the positioning convex point 122, and help the positioning convex point 122 to accurately slide into the positioning groove 112.
As another alternative embodiment, the second positioning portion may be the positioning groove 112, and the first positioning portion may be the positioning bump 122.
As a preferable implementation manner, in the technical solution of this embodiment, the ventilation structure 123 is formed on substantially the whole of the air intake grille 12, so as to realize air intake with large air volume and ensure stable air volume. As another alternative embodiment, a ventilation structure 123 may be formed on a portion of the air intake grille 12. Optionally, in the technical solution of the present embodiment, the ventilation structure 123 is a mesh-shaped structure. As a preferred implementation manner, in the technical solution of this embodiment, the mesh-like structures are uniformly arranged, and the mesh-like structures become smaller from inside to outside. In addition, the net-shaped structure with other shapes such as a square grid shape, an arc shape and the like can ensure that the air inlet amount is larger and the air outlet is smoother.
As shown in fig. 3, in the technical solution of the present embodiment, a first reinforcing rib 124 is disposed at a position of a ventilation structure 123 on an air inlet grille 12, and on one hand, the first reinforcing rib 124 can reinforce the ventilation structure 123, so as to prevent the ventilation structure 123 from collapsing and ensure an appearance; on the other hand, the first reinforcing rib 124 may be used to limit and fix some parts in the dryer, so as to prevent the shaking caused by the loose fixation of the internal parts.
More preferably, in the solution of the present embodiment, the second reinforcing rib 125 is provided on the side of the air intake grille 12. The main function of the second reinforcing rib 125 is to reinforce the structural strength of the air-intake grille 12, and the second reinforcing rib 125 can also play a role in limiting and fixing the inner side edge of the main housing 11.
More preferably, as shown in fig. 2, in the technical solution of the present embodiment, an operation convex edge 126 is disposed at a peripheral position of the air intake grille 12 adjacent to the magnetic absorption component 30, and a side of the air intake grille 12 where the magnetic absorption component 30 is located is more conveniently operated by a user through the operation convex edge 126 to be opened. During disassembly, the operation convex edge 126 is slightly pushed by using the operation convex edges 126 at two sides of the lower part of the air inlet grille 12, and the disassembly of the air inlet grille 12 can be realized by opening the connection state of the magnetic adsorption component 30.

7. The drying machine according to claim 6, wherein a guide slope structure is formed at a peripheral position of the positioning groove (112), the guide slope structure being inclined toward the positioning groove (112).

The drier according to claim 1, characterised in that the first side of the air intake grille (12) is connected to the main casing (11) by means of a snap-in assembly (40), and the second side of the air intake grille (12) is connected to the main casing (11) by means of the magnetic attraction assembly (30).
9. The drier according to claim 1, characterised in that the first side of the air intake grille (12) and the second side of the air intake grille (12) are connected to the main casing (11) by means of the magnetic attraction assembly (30).
10. The drier according to claim 8 or 9, characterised in that the first side of the air inlet grille (12) and the second side of the air inlet grille (12) are two opposite sides of the air inlet grille (12).
11. The drier according to claim 1, characterised in that at least part of the air intake grille (12) is formed with a ventilation structure (123), or the entirety of the air intake grille (12) is formed with the ventilation structure (123).
12. The drier according to claim 11, characterised in that the air inlet grille (12) is provided with first stiffening ribs (124) at the location of the ventilation structure (123) and/or with second stiffening ribs (125) on the side of the air inlet grille (12).
13. The drying machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the peripheral position of the air intake grille (12) adjacent to the magnetic adsorption component (30) is provided with an operating flange (126).
