Abstract
The application provides a panel body subassembly, rack air conditioner and rack. The panel body assembly comprises a panel, a first connecting piece and a second connecting piece, wherein the panel comprises a first part and a second part, and one end of the first part is hinged with the second part; a door lock assembly for locking the first portion. the panel comprises a first part 1 and a second part 3, wherein one end of the first part 1 is connected with the second part 3 in a hinge manner;
and the door lock assembly is used for locking the first part 1.

In some embodiments, the door lock assembly is provided on the inside of said first portion 1, with a corresponding locking hook 11 provided on the inside of said first portion 1.

In some embodiments, the locking portion 61 includes a lock bar 611 and a reset member, the lock bar 611 is movable in an opening direction of the lock hook 11, and the reset member is capable of resetting the lock bar 611 into the lock hook 11.
The locking part 61 may include a lock rod 611 and a reset member, the lock rod 611 can move along the opening direction of the lock hook 11, so that the lock rod 611 enters the lock hook 11 to realize locking, and the lock rod 11 is separated from the lock hook 11 to facilitate opening the panel; and the reset piece resets the lock bar 611 into the lock hook 11, and the reset piece comprises a spring 612, so that the structural stability of the lock catch is improved.
In some embodiments, the door lock assembly further comprises a transmission part 62 capable of driving the locking part 61 to move.
In order to facilitate the movement of the locking part 61, the driving part 62 is used for driving, and the driving part 62 is also arranged at the inner side of the panel, so that the opening of the first part 1 can be completed only after the panel is opened.
In some embodiments, the transmission part 62 includes a brake cable having one end connected to the lock bar 611.
The transmission part 62 specifically adopts a brake cable structure, is simple to operate and can be arranged at a proper position.
When the first part 1 is unlocked, the lock rod 611 needs to be pulled through the brake cable, when the lock rod 611 moves to the corresponding position, the lock rod contacts with the bracket 613 for limiting, and the bracket 613 is pushed to rotate until the end of the bracket 613 slides to the first part 1 abutting against the panel, so as to prevent the first part 1 from being locked again.
When the first part 1 is closed, the bracket 613 is reset first, then the first part 1 is pushed, at this time, the lock hook 11 passes through the hole of the lock hook 11 and contacts with the lock rod 611 first, because the lock hook 11 has a guiding part on the outer periphery, the lock rod 611 can be pushed to move until the lock rod 611 slides to the opening edge of the lock hook 11, and the lock rod 611 slides into the lock hook 11 by continuous pushing, so that the first part 1 can be locked.
According to another aspect of the present application, there is provided a cabinet air conditioner including the panel body assembly as described above.
The door lock assembly is arranged in a shell 5 of the panel body and used for locking the first part 1, the first part 1 is provided with two lock hooks 11, and the shell 5 is provided with lock hook 11 holes suitable for the size.
In some embodiments, the cabinet air conditioner includes a housing 5 and a condenser 4, the condenser 4 is fixed on the second portion 3, and the second portion 3 is clamped on the housing 5; the door lock assembly is disposed within the housing 5.
The condenser 4 and the second part 3 of the panel can be directly connected through rivets, one side of the second part 3 is provided with a hook 31, and meanwhile, a corresponding position on a side plate of the shell 5 of the panel body is provided with a hook 31 hole, as shown in figure 3, when the condenser 4 and the second part 3 of the panel are installed, one side of the hook 31 on the second part 3 is connected with the hook 31 hole on the side plate of the shell 5 of the panel body, and the other side of the hook 31 on the second part 3 is fixed through rivets.
According to still another aspect of the present application, there is provided a cabinet including the panel body assembly as described above or the cabinet air conditioner as described above.
It is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the above embodiments can be freely combined and superimposed without conflict.

Claims (10)
1. A panel body assembly, comprising:
-a panel comprising a first part (1) and a second part (3), one end of the first part (1) and the second part (3) being hingedly connected;
a door lock assembly for locking the first part (1).
2. The panel body assembly according to claim 1, wherein the door lock assembly is provided on an inner side of the first portion (1), the first portion (1) being provided on the inner side with a corresponding locking hook (11).
3. The panel body assembly of claim 2, wherein the door lock assembly includes a telescopically movable latch (61); the locking part (61) is moved to be matched with the locking hook (11) to lock the first part (1).
4. The panel body assembly according to claim 2, wherein the door lock assembly further comprises a limiting member for limiting the first portion (1) when the latch portion (61) is disengaged from the latch hook (11) to open the first portion (1).
5. The panel body assembly according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the locking portion (61) includes a lock bar (611) and a reset member, the lock bar (611) is movable in an opening direction of the lock hook (11), and the reset member enables the lock bar (611) to be reset into the lock hook (11).
6. The faceplate assembly of claim 5, wherein the door lock assembly further comprises a transmission portion (62) that is configured to move the locking portion (61).
7. The panel body assembly according to claim 6, wherein the transmission portion (62) includes a brake cable having one end connected to the lock bar (611).
8. A cabinet air conditioner comprising the panel body assembly of any one of claims 1-7.
9. The cabinet air conditioner according to claim 8, comprising a housing (5) and a condenser (4), wherein the condenser (4) is fixed to the second part (3), and the second part (3) is snapped onto the housing (5); the door lock assembly is arranged in the shell (5).
10. A cabinet comprising the panel body assembly of any one of claims 1 to 7 or the cabinet air conditioner of any one of claims 8 to 9.
