Fig. 1-3 are schematic diagrams illustrating an explosion of an integrated cabinet air conditioner and an anti-theft structure according to the present application, which mainly include a chassis, a left side plate, a right side plate, a top cover, an inner panel, an outer panel, a fourth supporting member, a fifth supporting member, a third supporting member, a second supporting member, a first supporting member, an anti-theft hook, and an anti-theft hook nut; a plurality of square clamping holes are uniformly formed in the left side panel and the right side panel close to the bent edge of the outer panel, the left side and the right side of the outer panel are provided with the same number of buckles (shown in figures 1-3), the lower portion of the outer panel is bent and provided with screw holes and anti-theft hook through holes (first through holes 154), and the chassis is provided with the anti-theft hook through holes (second through holes 141) and screw holes corresponding to the outer panel. When the locking device is installed, the left side plate, the right side plate, the chassis and the top cover are fixed, then the outer side plate clamping hook is inserted into the clamping hole of the left side plate and the right side plate in an aligning mode, the outer panel is pushed upwards by force until the outer panel is firmly locked with the left side plate and the right side plate (as shown in figure 2), and the outer panel can be fastened with the chassis through screws after the locking. The middle parts of the second supporting part and the first supporting part during manufacturing are additionally provided with waist-shaped holes to facilitate the installation of the anti-theft hooks (as shown in figure 8).
Fig. 1-7 are schematic diagrams mainly used for illustrating the appearance structure of the unit after being mounted on a cabinet door panel. After the second supporting part and the first supporting part are fixed on the lower edge of the door panel mounting hole, the two supporting strips protrude out of the flange edge of the door panel and form a mounting platform with the lower edge of the mounting hole, the two supporting strips are fixed together by fixing screws or bolts, the mounting door panel is clamped between the two supporting strips, the strength and the rigidity of the door panel are enhanced, and sealing rubber strips are pasted on the mounting platform. A sealing rubber strip is pasted on the outward side of the raised flange edge of the cabinet air conditioner, when the cabinet air conditioner is embedded into the mounting hole of the cabinet door plate, the unit naturally falls on the mounting platform, the fixing hole and the matching hole between the raised flange edge of the cabinet air conditioner and the mounting door plate are adjusted and aligned, then, the bottom of the unit and the second supporting part are fastened by using a self-tapping screw, and the bottom of the unit and the first supporting part are fastened by using a self-tapping screw; and finally, the cabinet air conditioner and the cabinet door plate can be fastened and installed by using screws or bolts, and the sealing rubber strip is tightly pressed between the cabinet door plate and the raised flange edge of the cabinet air conditioner.
After the integrated cabinet air conditioner is fixed on a cabinet door plate, a hole is formed in the middle of a first supporting part and a second supporting part on the door plate through a waist-shaped hole, then the thread side of the anti-theft hook is inserted into holes of the first supporting part, the door plate and the second supporting part, meanwhile, one side of the anti-theft hook is inserted into corresponding holes of a rear panel and a bottom plate, and finally, the nut of the anti-theft hook is screwed on the inner side of the cabinet, so that the aim of externally dismantling the outer panel cannot be achieved. The schematic structure of the anti-theft hook and the anti-theft nut is shown in fig. 9.
It should be noted that when the cabinet air conditioner is assembled and delivered, the second supporting component is fixed on the fourth supporting component by using a tapping screw or a wire binding, the first supporting component is fixed on the fifth supporting component by using a tapping screw or a wire binding, the anti-theft hooks and the anti-theft nuts are randomly distributed, and the two supporting strips and the anti-theft hook assembly are taken down to be pre-installed on the lower edge of the installation hole of the cabinet door panel when being installed on site.

Claims (15)

the air conditioner comprises an air conditioner shell (1) and a plug-in structure (2), wherein the air conditioner shell (1) is arranged on an installation window (31) of a cabinet door panel (3) in a penetrating mode, so that one part of the air conditioner shell (1) is located on the outer side of the cabinet door panel (3), and the other part of the air conditioner shell is located on the inner side of the cabinet door panel (3); the plug-in structure (2) penetrates through a mounting opening (32) of the cabinet door panel (3) so that a first end (21) of the plug-in structure (2) is located on the outer side of the cabinet door panel (3) and is inserted into the air-conditioning casing (1) to limit the air-conditioning casing (1), a second end (22) of the plug-in structure (2) is located on the inner side of the cabinet door panel (3), and the second end (22) of the plug-in structure (2) is fixed to the cabinet door panel (3).
2. The integrated air conditioner mounting assembly of claim 1, wherein:
the first end (21) of the inserting structure (2) is formed into an arc hook shape; and/or the second end (22) of the plug-in structure (2) is processed into a threaded structure, the integrated air conditioner mounting assembly further comprises a threaded fastener (4), and the threaded fastener (4) is matched and connected with the threaded structure to fix the plug-in structure (2) on the cabinet door panel (3).
3. The integrated air conditioner mounting assembly according to claim 1 or 2, wherein:
the air conditioner cabinet further comprises a first supporting part (51), wherein the first supporting part (51) is fixedly arranged on the outer side surface (33) of the cabinet door panel (3) to support the part of the air conditioner shell (1) positioned outside the cabinet door panel (3);
the air conditioner cabinet further comprises a second supporting part (52), wherein the second supporting part (52) is fixedly arranged on the inner side surface (34) of the cabinet door panel (3) to support the part, located on the inner side of the cabinet door panel (3), of the air conditioner shell (1).
4. The integrated air conditioner mounting assembly of claim 3, wherein:
the first supporting component (51) comprises a first sheet-shaped part (511) and a second sheet-shaped part (512), the first sheet-shaped part (511) and the second sheet-shaped part (512) are connected and bent at the connection part, the first sheet-shaped part (511) is in fit connection and fixed with the outer side surface (33) of the cabinet door panel (3), and the second sheet-shaped part (512) is in fit connection with the bottom of the air-conditioning casing (1) positioned outside the cabinet door panel (3);
the second supporting component (52) comprises a third sheet-shaped part (521) and a fourth sheet-shaped part (522), the third sheet-shaped part (521) and the fourth sheet-shaped part (522) are connected and bent at the connection position, the third sheet-shaped part (521) is connected and fixed with the inner side surface (34) of the cabinet door panel (3) in an attaching mode, and the fourth sheet-shaped part (522) is connected with the bottom of the air-conditioning shell (1) located on the inner side of the cabinet door panel (3) in an attaching mode.
5. The integrated air conditioner mounting assembly of claim 4, wherein:
the first sheet-shaped part (511) is provided with a first mounting hole (513), and the first mounting hole (513) is opposite to the mounting opening (32) on the cabinet door panel (3); the third sheet-shaped part (521) is provided with a second mounting hole (523), and the second mounting hole (523) is opposite to the mounting opening (32) on the cabinet door panel (3), so that the plug-in structure (2) can sequentially pass through the first mounting hole (513), the mounting opening (32) and the second mounting hole (523).
6. An integrated air conditioner mounting assembly according to any one of claims 1-5 wherein:
air conditioner casing (1) includes left side board (11), right side board (12), top cap (13), chassis (14), outer panel (15) and interior panel (16), left side board (11) with right side board (12) are located the relative both sides of horizontal direction, outer panel (15) with interior panel (16) are located the relative both sides of horizontal direction, top cap (13) with chassis (14) are located the relative both sides of vertical direction, left side board (11), right side board (12) top cap (13) chassis (14) outer panel (15) with interior panel (16) enclose into the accommodation space who holds air conditioner main part jointly.
7. The integrated air conditioner mounting assembly of claim 6, wherein:
the upper end of the left side plate (11) is fixedly connected with one side of the top cover (13), the upper end of the left side plate (11) is also fixedly connected with one side of the inner panel (16), the lower end of the left side plate (11) is fixedly connected with one side of the chassis (14), the lower end of the left side plate (11) is also fixedly connected with one side of the inner panel (16), the upper end of the right side plate (12) is fixedly connected with one side of the top cover (13), the upper end of the right side plate (12) is also fixedly connected with one side of the inner panel (16), the lower end of the right side plate (12) is fixedly connected with one side of the chassis (14), the lower end of the right side plate (12) is also fixedly connected with one side of the inner panel (16), the upper end of the outer panel (15) is connected with the left side plate (11), the right side plate (12) and the top cover (13) respectively.
8. The integrated air conditioner mounting assembly of claim 6, wherein:

when the outer panel (15) is installed on the left side plate (11) and the right side plate (12), the first buckle (151) is clamped into the first clamping groove (111) and the second buckle (152) is clamped into the second clamping groove, and then the outer panel (15) is pushed upwards to the upper end of the outer panel to be connected with the top cover (13).

when the outer panel (15) is pushed upwards to the upper end to be connected with the top cover (13), the extension part (153) is positioned at the lower end of the chassis (14) and is connected with the chassis (14); and/or the extension (153) extends to a position a preset distance from the cabinet door panel (3), wherein the preset distance is larger than 0.
12. The integrated air conditioner mounting assembly of claim 10, wherein:
the extending portion (153) is provided with a first through hole (154), the chassis (14) is provided with a second through hole (141), the first through hole (154) is opposite to the second through hole (141), and the first end (21) of the inserting structure (2) can be inserted into the air conditioner shell (1) from the first through hole (154) and the second through hole (141) in sequence.
13. An integrated air conditioner mounting assembly according to any one of claims 6-12 wherein:
the cabinet door further comprises a third supporting part (53), a fourth supporting part (54) and a fifth supporting part (55), wherein the third supporting part (53) is fixedly arranged on the inner side surface (34) of the cabinet door panel (3) so as to fix the top cover (13);
the fourth supporting part (54) is fixedly arranged on the inner side surface (34) of the cabinet door panel (3) so as to fix the left side plate (11);
the fifth supporting part (55) is fixedly arranged on the inner side surface (34) of the cabinet door panel (3) so as to fix the right side plate (12).
14. The integrated air conditioner mounting assembly of claim 13, wherein:
the third supporting part (53) comprises a fifth sheet-shaped part and a sixth sheet-shaped part, the fifth sheet-shaped part and the sixth sheet-shaped part are connected and bent at the connection part, the fifth sheet-shaped part is attached to and fixed with the inner side surface (34) of the cabinet door panel (3), and the sixth sheet-shaped part is fixedly connected with the top cover (13);
the fourth supporting component (54) comprises a seventh sheet-shaped part and an eighth sheet-shaped part, the seventh sheet-shaped part and the eighth sheet-shaped part are connected and bent at the connection part, the seventh sheet-shaped part is attached to and fixed with the inner side surface (34) of the cabinet door panel (3), and the eighth sheet-shaped part is fixedly connected with the left side plate (11);
the fifth supporting component (55) comprises a ninth sheet-shaped part and a tenth sheet-shaped part, the ninth sheet-shaped part and the tenth sheet-shaped part are connected and bent at the connection part, the ninth sheet-shaped part is attached to and fixed with the inner side surface (34) of the cabinet door panel (3), and the tenth sheet-shaped part is fixedly connected with the right side plate (12).
15. An integrated air conditioning unit comprising the integrated air conditioning mounting assembly of any one of claims 1-14, further comprising an air conditioning body disposed inside the air conditioning housing (1).
