The burner 100 with pot detection function described in any of the above embodiments is preferably located entirely on the table top, and indeed, it is within the scope of the present invention to be located partially under the table top and partially on the table top.
Please refer to fig. 1-6 for understanding. The embodiment of the invention also provides a table-top type kitchen range, which comprises the burner 100 with the pot detection function as set forth in any one of the above embodiments, wherein the table-top type kitchen range in the embodiment has two burners 100 with the pot detection function, in fig. 4, one burner 100 with the pot detection function is arranged at a position close to a wall for storage, and the other burner 100 with the pot detection function is in a working position. The burner 100 with pot detection function in the embodiment is integrally arranged on the table top, so that the mounting is convenient, and sufficient primary air can be ensured.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the table top cooktop further includes a base 200, an air intake assembly 300, and a drive assembly 400. The base 200 encloses a mounting cavity 111 for mounting the intake assembly 300 and the drive assembly 400. Air inlet assembly 300 can be the valve module, connects the air supply for to drawing the ejector tube injection gas, and air inlet assembly 300 is fixed in base 200, and drive assembly 400 is used for driving mount pad 1 and rotates around base 200, and drive assembly 400 can be fixed in base 200, and drive assembly 400's output drives mount pad 1 and rotates. In this embodiment, the burner 100 having the pot detection function is rotated with respect to the base 200 by providing the air intake assembly 300 and the driving assembly 400 in the base 200.
The base 200 can be installed at the position close to the wall of the table top, when the burner 100 with the pot detection function is used, the mounting base 1 is rotated to enable the air inlet of the diffraction tube to be opposite to one air outlet of the air inlet assembly 300, when the burner 100 with the pot detection function is not suitable, the burner 100 with the pot detection function is placed at the position close to the wall by the rotatable mounting base 1, and the reserved space can be used for placing articles such as chopping blocks. The first side of the base 200 can be set to be a plane, the second side of the mounting base 1 is also a plane, and when the mounting base 1 is rotated to a position close to a wall, the first side and the second side are on the same plane, so that the space occupied by the table-top type kitchen range is smaller.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the air outlet of the air inlet assembly 300 is fixed relative to the base 200, when the burner 100 with pot detection function is rotated to the working position, the air outlet of the air inlet assembly 300 faces the air inlet of the combustion component 2, i.e. the position of the air outlet of the air inlet assembly 300 is fixed relative to the table top, and the position of the burner is adjusted to adapt to the air inlet of the air inlet assembly 300 when in use.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the mounting base 1 includes a connecting member 12, the connecting member 12 may be in a plate shape, one end of the connecting member 12 is fixed on the mounting arm 11, and the other end of the connecting member 12 is fixed on the output end of the driving assembly 400, the base 200 includes a stroke hole 201 for guiding the connecting member 12, and during the rotation process, the connecting member 12 rotates along the formed hole, and does not swing up and down, and has higher stability. When the connecting member 12 is located at one end of the stroke hole 201, the burner 100 with the pot detection function is located at a position close to the wall, and when the connecting member 12 is located at the other end of the stroke hole 201, the burner 100 with the pot detection function is located at a working position.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the driving assembly 400 includes a motor 401 and a gear set 402, an output end of the gear set 402 is fixed to the connecting member 12, the motor 401 drives the mounting base 1 to rotate through the driving gear set 402, and the gear set 402 can be implemented by using the prior art as long as it can drive the connecting member 12 to rotate horizontally under the driving of the motor 401.
In the embodiment of the invention, the table-top type kitchen range further comprises a moving part 500 for moving the burner 100 with the pot detecting function, the moving part 500 comprises a roller wheel arranged on the mounting arm 11, and when the mounting base 1 is rotated, the roller wheel is in rolling connection with the table top.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the table top type kitchen range further includes a locking mechanism 600 for locking the burner 100 with pot detection function in the working position on the base 200. The locking mechanism 600 comprises an electromagnetic lock 601 fixed on the base 200 and a locking block 602 fixed on the mounting base 1, and the locking mechanism 600 extends out of the locking rod after being triggered and retracts the locking rod after being disconnected; the electromagnetic lock 601 is provided with a lock rod, the lock rod extends out after the electromagnetic lock 601 is powered on, and the lock rod retracts after the electromagnetic lock 601 is powered off, and the electromagnetic lock 601 can be realized by adopting the existing direct-current electromagnetic lock 601; when the mounting base 1 moves to the working position, the locking block 602 corresponds to the locking rod, the locking rod is controlled to extend out and be inserted into the locking block to lock the mounting base 1, and accordingly the locking rod is controlled to retract to unlock the mounting base 1. In this embodiment, a micro switch 51 may be disposed in the base 200, the micro switch 51 is linked with the electromagnetic lock 601, when the connecting member 12 rotates to the working position, the micro switch 51 is triggered, and the electromagnetic lock 601 is turned on.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the table top type kitchen range includes two above-mentioned burners 100 with pot detection function and two driving assemblies 400 corresponding to the burners 100 with pot detection function one by one, and the air inlet assembly 300 includes two air outlets, and each air outlet corresponds to one burner 100 with pot detection function. In this embodiment, the two burners 100 with pot detection function have independent movements and can be controlled independently, and the two burners 100 with pot detection function can be used simultaneously or independently. When both the burners 100 having the pot detection function are stored, they may be in a straight shape.
While specific embodiments of the invention have been described above, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that this is by way of example only, and that the scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims. Various changes and modifications to these embodiments may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, and these changes and modifications are within the scope of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. A burner with pot detection function is characterized by comprising an installation base, a combustion part, a probe, an elastic part and a pot detection part, wherein the combustion part, the probe, the elastic part and the pot detection part are installed on the installation base; the probe triggers the pot sitting detection piece when a pot sits on the pot and is connected with the combustion part through the sealing plate so as to seal the upper end of the installation space, and the probe moves upwards through the elastic piece and resets when the pot is taken down;
the combustion component comprises a gas mixing chamber fixed in the mounting seat, a fire cover arranged on the gas mixing chamber and an upper cover plate arranged on the fire cover, the gas mixing chamber and the fire cover form a gas mixing chamber, and the fire cover is provided with a fire hole communicated with the gas mixing chamber and used for emitting flame; when the pot is seated, the sealing plate is attached to the upper cover plate so as to seal the upper end of the mounting space.
2. The burner with pot inspection function according to claim 1, wherein the upper surface of the burning unit has an annular sealing surface, and the sealing plate is fitted to the annular sealing surface to seal the upper end of the installation space when the pot is seated.
3. The burner with pot detection function as claimed in claim 1,
the center of the fire cover is provided with a mounting hole, and the upper cover plate and the probe cover together cover the position right above the mounting hole; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the middle part of the upper cover plate is sunken inwards to form an annular concave surface, and when a pot is seated, the sealing plate is attached to the position, close to the inner ring, of the concave surface and sealed; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the edge part of the upper cover plate is bent downwards to form an annular flow guide surface; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the combustion part further comprises an installation drainage seat, the fire cover is installed on the gas mixing chamber through the inner ring of the installation drainage seat, and the installation drainage seat comprises a drainage surface which is close to the position of the fire cover and extends outwards and downwards to the installation seat.
4. The burner with pot detection function as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a fixing member fixed on the mounting base, wherein the fixing member comprises a first guiding hole, the probe comprises a limiting protrusion, the lower end of the probe is inserted into the first guiding hole, and two ends of the elastic member respectively abut against the fixing member and the limiting protrusion.
5. The burner with pot detection function as claimed in claim 4,
the pot sitting detection piece comprises a microswitch fixed on the mounting seat, when a pot sits, the limit bulge triggers the microswitch to be closed, and when the probe resets, the limit bulge moves upwards to disconnect the microswitch; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the fixing part comprises a lower fixing part and an upper fixing part, the first guide hole is formed in the lower fixing part, the second guide hole for guiding the probe is formed in the upper fixing part, and the pot sitting detection part is arranged between the lower fixing part and the upper fixing part.
6. A table top cooking appliance, characterized in that it comprises a burner with pot detection function as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5.
7. The table-top cooking appliance according to claim 6, wherein the mounting base comprises a mounting arm, a mounting cavity with a positioning hole at the upper end is formed in the mounting arm, the combustion component is fixed in the mounting arm and extends out of the mounting cavity at the positioning hole, and an air inlet of an injection pipe of the burner with the pot detection function is positioned at one end, far away from the combustion component, of the mounting arm.
8. The table top cooktop of claim 6, further comprising a base, an air intake assembly disposed within the base and configured to provide gas to the combustion component, and a drive assembly configured to drive the mount to rotate about the base.
9. The table top hob of claim 8,
the air outlet of the air inlet assembly is fixed relative to the base, and when the combustor with the pot detection function is rotated to a working position, the air inlet of the combustion part is over against the air outlet of the air inlet assembly; and/or the presence of a gas in the atmosphere,
the mounting seat comprises a connecting piece which is fixed at the output end of the driving assembly, and the base comprises a stroke hole for guiding the connecting piece; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the driving assembly comprises a motor and a gear set, and the motor drives the mounting seat to rotate by driving the gear set; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the table-top type kitchen range further comprises a moving component used for moving the burner with the pot detection function; and/or the presence of a gas in the atmosphere,
the table-top cooker also comprises a locking mechanism, the locking mechanism comprises an electromagnetic lock fixed on the base and a locking block fixed on the mounting seat, the electromagnetic lock comprises a locking rod, the electromagnetic lock extends out of the locking rod after being triggered, and the locking rod is retracted after being disconnected; when the installation seat moves to a working position, the locking block corresponds to the locking rod in position, and the installation seat is locked by controlling the locking rod to extend out and be inserted into the locking block.
10. The table top cooking appliance of any one of claims 8-9, wherein the table top cooking appliance comprises two burners with pot detection function and two driving assemblies corresponding to the burners with pot detection function in a one-to-one manner, and the air inlet assembly comprises two air outlets, and each air outlet corresponds to one burner with pot detection function.
