Abstract

Background
With the increasing size of display devices (such as televisions, commercial display screens, etc.), the application scenes of the display devices are also more and more abundant, and the display devices have application scene requirements of being placed on a desktop and wall-mounted application requirements of being hung on a wall surface. For example, in a home scenario, a television display screen has application requirements for placement on a television cabinet and also has application requirements for hanging on a television background wall according to the arrangement of the home environment; in the field of commercial display screens, the display screen has application requirements for placement on a showcase and also has application requirements for hanging for display on a storefront wall. However, the existing display device is generally designed to be only wall-mounted or only desktop-mounted, that is, the existing display device can only meet one application requirement and cannot simultaneously meet application requirements of multiple usage scenarios.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the application provides a display device assembly, wherein the support can be freely switched between a storage state and an unfolding state, so that the display device can meet application requirements of various use scenes.

a display device;

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are only some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments herein without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, fig. 1 is a schematic view of a first state of a display device assembly according to an embodiment of the present application, fig. 2 is a schematic view of a second state of the display device assembly according to an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 3 is a schematic view of a first part of a structure of the display device assembly according to an embodiment of the present application. The embodiment of the application provides a display device assembly 100, which comprises a display device 10, a bracket 20, a first magnetic piece 31, a second magnetic piece 32 and a supporting rod 40; the support 20 is rotationally connected with the display device 10, the first magnetic piece 31 is installed on the display device 10, the second magnetic piece 32 is installed on the support 20, one side, away from the display device 10, of the first magnetic piece 31 and one side, away from the support 20, of the second magnetic piece 32 are mutually attracted, the first magnetic piece 31 is detachably connected with the support rod 40, and the second magnetic piece 32 is detachably connected with the support rod 40.
Referring to fig. 1, when the first magnetic element 31 on the display device 10 and the second magnetic element 32 on the bracket 20 are attracted together under the action of magnetic force, the bracket 20 is in a folded state, and the bracket 20 is disposed close to the display device 10 and forms a part of the display device 10, it can be understood that the display device 10 can be suspended on a wall without any obstacle when the bracket 20 is folded, and the display device is suitable for application scenarios of wall-mounted display.
Referring to fig. 2, when one end of the stand 20 rotates to a certain angle in a direction away from the display device 10, the support rod 40 can be supported between the first magnetic member 31 and the second magnetic member 32 to avoid the first magnetic member 31 and the second magnetic member 32 from being attracted together, at this time, the stand 20 is in an unfolded state relative to the display device 10, at this time, the display device 10 is suitable for application scenarios in desktop display, and both the stand 20 and the display device 10 serve as stress points to enable the display device 10 to be placed on the desktop.
It can be seen that, in the embodiment of the present application, by arranging the bracket 20, the first magnetic member 31, the second magnetic member 32 and the support rod 40 in the display device assembly 100, the bracket 20 can be freely switched between the storage state and the unfolding state, so that the display device 10 can meet the application requirements of multiple usage scenarios. In addition, the display device assembly 100 is simple in structure and easy to assemble and disassemble.
Illustratively, the first magnetic member 31 and the second magnetic member 32 may each be a magnet.
In some embodiments, the side of the first magnetic member 31 facing away from the display device 10 may be N-pole, and the side of the second magnetic member 32 facing away from the stand 20 may be S-pole, so that when the support bar 40 is not provided between the first magnetic member 31 and the second magnetic member 32, the first magnetic member 31 and the second magnetic member 32 may be attracted together under the interaction of the N-pole and the S-pole.

It can be appreciated that by providing the concave structure on the first magnetic member 31, when the first magnetic member 31 and the second magnetic member 32 are attracted together, the connection between the first magnetic member 31 and the second magnetic member 32 can be maintained by the magnetic attraction force, and the second magnetic member 32 can also play a limiting role on the first magnetic member 31, so as to improve the stability of the connection between the first magnetic member 31 and the second magnetic member 32. It is understood that the recessed features may be grooves or through holes. Illustratively, the size of the portion of the second magnetic member 32 entering the recess structure is adapted to the size of the recess structure, i.e., the portion of the second magnetic member 32 entering the recess structure fills the inner space of the recess structure to avoid a gap between the outer surface of the second magnetic member 32 and the inner surface of the recess structure, which would cause the second magnetic member 32 to easily move within the recess structure, thereby making the connection therebetween unstable.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, the support bar 40 may have an arc shape (a portion of a circle). When one end of the bracket 20 rotates in a direction away from the display device 10, the second magnetic member 32 on the bracket 20 moves on a circle around the rotation connection point of the bracket 20 and the display device 10, that is, when the bracket 20 rotates, the movement track of the second magnetic member 32 is an arc, and the second magnetic member 32 and the first magnetic member 31 are respectively located at two ends of the arc, so that the support bar 40 is set to be arc, that is, the shape of the support bar 40 is identical to the movement track of the second magnetic member 32, and the two ends of the support bar 40 can be accurately aligned with the first magnetic member 31 and the second magnetic member 32 respectively, thereby ensuring firm connection between the support bar 40 and the first magnetic member 31 and the second magnetic member 32 respectively. It is understood that the support bar 40 may have other shapes (e.g., bent, etc.) than an arc, but the two ends of the support bar 40 must be located on the arc, and the region between the two ends may have other shapes.
In some embodiments, the detachable connection between the first magnetic member 31 and the support rod 40 may be a magnetic connection, and the detachable connection between the second magnetic member 32 and the support rod 40 may be a magnetic connection. It will be appreciated that the magnetic connection may facilitate the disassembly and assembly of the support rod 40 and the first and second magnetic members 31 and 32. However, in other embodiments, the detachable connection between the support rod 40 and the first magnetic member 31 and the second magnetic member 32 may be other connection methods, such as a snap-fit connection.
When the connection manner between the support rod 40 and the first magnetic member 31 and the second magnetic member 32 is magnetic connection, the material of the support rod 40 is a magnetic material, and for example, the material of the support rod 40 may include at least one of metal materials such as iron, cobalt, nickel, and the like. In some embodiments, the material of the support rod 40 is iron.
It can be appreciated that when the first magnetic member 31 has a concave structure and the support rod 40 is connected to the first magnetic member 31 by magnetic attraction, the support rod 40 enters the concave structure toward one end of the first magnetic member 31, so that the connection between the support rod 40 and the first magnetic member 31 is more stable. Illustratively, the size of the portion of the support rod 40 that enters the recessed structure is adapted to the size of the recessed structure, i.e., the portion of the support rod 40 that enters the recessed structure fills the interior space of the recessed structure to avoid gaps between the outer surface of the support rod 40 and the inner surface of the recessed structure, which would cause the support rod 40 to easily move within the recessed structure, thereby making the connection therebetween unstable.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is an enlarged schematic view of a region a in fig. 4. The display device assembly 100 may further include a hinge 50, with the pivotal connection between the stand 20 and the display device 10 being made by the hinge 50.
Referring to fig. 5, the hinge 50 may include a hinge pivot 53, a first rotating member 51 and a second rotating member 52, where the first rotating member 51 and the second rotating member 52 are both sleeved on the hinge pivot 53, the first rotating member 51 is fixedly connected with the display device 10, and the second rotating member 52 is fixedly connected with the bracket 20.
The first rotating member 51 may be fixedly connected to the display device 10 by a screw, and the second rotating member 52 may be fixedly connected to the display device 10 by a screw.
Illustratively, the first and second rotatable members 51, 52 may each be sheet-like to facilitate a secure connection with the display device 10.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the display apparatus 10 may include a housing 11, and a bracket 20 rotatably coupled to the housing 11. That is, the part of the display apparatus 10 rotatably connected to the stand 20 is the housing 11, and the stand 20 may be formed integrally with the housing 11 when the stand 20 is in the storage folded state. For example, a notch may be designed on the housing 11, where the stand 20 is disposed, and when the stand 20 is in the folded state, the stand 20 just fills the notch, and at this time, the stand 20 is flush with the outer surface of the housing 11, so that the appearance of the display device 10 is more attractive. For example, when the display apparatus 10 is a television, the housing 11 may be a rear cover of the television.
Illustratively, the first magnetic member 31 may be fixed to the display apparatus 10 by an adhesive, and the second magnetic member 32 may be fixed to the stand 20 by an adhesive.
The material of the bracket 20 may be plastic or metal, etc. Illustratively, the material of the stand 20 may be the same as that of the housing 11 of the display device 10.
Illustratively, the support bar 40 may be a telescopic bar, i.e., the length of the support bar 40 may be adjustable, and when it is desired to rotate the stand 20 at a large angle relative to the display device 10, the support bar 40 may be extended to a longer length, thereby maintaining a larger distance between the rotating end of the stand 20 and the display device 10; when it is desired to rotate the stand 20 at a small angle with respect to the display apparatus 10, the support bar 40 may be shortened to a short length, thereby maintaining a small distance between the rotating end of the stand 20 and the display apparatus 10. Illustratively, the angle by which the stand 20 rotates relative to the display device 10 may be 30 °, 35 °, 40 °, 45 °, 50 °, 55 °, 60 °, and the like.
It is understood that the display device 10 may be a television, a commercial display screen, a computer display, a tablet computer, or other various types of display products.

a first magnetic member mounted on the display device;

the support rod is detachably connected with the first magnetic piece, and the second magnetic piece is detachably connected with the support rod;
