When the valve head is closed, the first throttle valve and the valve seat 10 are sealed through a sealing line, the second throttle valve is sealed through the window oversealing degree, and the tightness of the valve when the valve is closed is ensured through the two seals; when the valve is opened, the front valve and the rear valve of the first throttle valve have small pressure difference, the steam flow rate is small, the impact on the first seal is reduced, the second throttle valve mainly has a certain impact on the lower edge of the window, and the sleeve overseal sealing influence is not influenced.
The valve head 7 and the valve seat 10 are adjusted by adopting the adjustable area of the variable cross section molded line, so that the adjusting performance is improved, and the throttle noise of the valve is reduced. The driving mode of the valve head 7 can adopt manual, motor driving, hydraulic driving and other modes for lifting the valve head to realize manual control or remote control; the connection with the driving mechanism is realized by changing the connection mode of the flange 3 and the valve head 7.
