Claims (9)

1. The mounting method of the circular silo steel structure is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the upright post structure is divided into a plurality of upright post units, and pre-assembly is carried out between upright posts in each upright post unit and support structures among the upright posts so as to combine to form the upright post unit with an arc-shaped sheet structure;
assembling and combining the steel structure parts to form a circular frame structure, and installing a roof color steel plate on the circular frame structure to complete the assembly of the steel structure at the top of the silo;
hoisting each upright column unit, and installing the upright column unit on a concrete platform at the top of a silo of the cement silo in place;
after the installation of each upright post unit is finished, installing a connecting structure between the upright post units to preliminarily finish the installation of the upright post structure, so that each upright post unit is combined to form an annular structure, and adjusting the upright post structure;
hoisting a steel structure at the top of the silo to be embedded into the top of the upright post structure, and installing the steel structure at the top of the silo to ensure that the steel structure is installed and fixed at the top of the upright post structure;
and (3) filling the annular structure where the upright post structure is located to obtain the cylindrical silo wall.
2. The method for installing the steel structure of the circular silo according to the claim 1, wherein after the assembling of the upright units and before the hoisting of the upright units, the method further comprises the following steps:
and installing temporary support structures on the stand columns so as to hoist the steel structure at the top of the silo to the temporary support structures when the steel structure at the top of the silo is hoisted, and temporarily supporting the steel structure at the top of the silo through the temporary support structures.
3. The method for installing the steel structure of the circular silo according to the claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the method further comprises the following steps after the assembling of the upright units and before the hoisting of the upright units:
and mounting a safety protection cage on the inner side of each upright column so as to mount a steel structure at the top of the silo on the safety protection cage when the steel structure at the top of the silo is mounted.
4. The method for installing the steel structure of the circular silo as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the pre-assembling of the vertical column units and/or the assembling of the steel structure of the top of the silo is performed on the ground.
5. The method of installing a steel structure for a circular silo according to claim 1 or 2,
the column unit is hoisted by adopting a crawler crane, the crawler crane for hoisting the column unit is a CC-1800-1 type 300t crawler crane, the main rod of the crawler crane for hoisting the column unit is 60m, the auxiliary rod of the crawler crane is 66m, the hoisting radius of the crawler crane is 38m, and the hoisting weight of the crawler crane is 19t.
6. The method of installing a steel structure for a circular silo according to claim 1 or 2,
and hoisting the steel structure at the top of the silo by adopting a crawler crane, wherein the crawler crane for hoisting the steel structure at the top of the silo is a 300t crawler crane, and the hoisting radius is 38m.
7. The method of installing a steel structure for a circular silo according to claim 1 or 2,
when the steel structure at the top of the silo is installed, the upright post is adjusted so that the position of the upright post is matched with the position of a bolt hole of the steel structure at the top of the silo, and the steel structure at the top of the silo is installed on the upright post through a bolt.
8. The method of installing a steel structure for a circular silo according to claim 1 or 2,
when the upright post units are installed, lifting lugs arranged on the upright posts and the concrete platform are fixedly connected through steel wire ropes, so that the upright posts are fixed through the steel wire ropes.
9. The method of installing a steel structure for a circular silo according to claim 1 or 2,
and reserving a plurality of hoisting positions on the roof color steel plate so as to hoist the steel structure at the top of the silo through the hoisting positions.
